Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing.

Номер был хороший, к сожалению не смогли заселить раньше, но это не беда - погулял немного по городу. Расположение отеля прям рядом с остановкой Twin City Liner. Вообщем рекомендую, но только не хватает холодильника в номере, а так 10/10

¡Es una estancia tan hermosa! Recomiendo muy bien la sauna en el hotel, y el desayuno es grande. La ubicación también es buena, con caminar a distancia a los principales lugares turísticos. Hay un autobús que va directamente al aeropuerto. El receptor es muy amigable! Me quedaré de nuevo cuando visito Bratislava la próxima vez.

La habitación es grande, la cama y el tobillo son muy cómodos.Pero el aire acondicionado no es adecuado, no es fácil de dormir por la noche, dijo que encontraría a alguien para verlo, y no hay nadie.

Overview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

Spa shouldn’t be listed as an amenity if it’s an extra 65€ fee.  This hotel was generally overpriced for the quality offered.  Room was a bit shabby.   Breakfast was not the best and could get quite overcrowded.   The lunch menu was reasonable for 10€.

My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍
