Seda has been one of our staycation choices, and we have come back a few times over the past year for the following reasons: 1. Great location, very accessible, and in good proximity to both Paseo de Santa Rosa, Solenad, and Vista Mall which are all within walking distance from the hotel. 2. Great buffet breakfast in terms of food quality, variety, and freshness. 3. Pool area, which is enjoyed by my son so much. 4. Accommodating and very friendly staff. Our most recent stay, however, was spoiled a bit by too much noise from the room above ours, well into past 1 AM. There was loud talking, laughing, stomping of feet, and moving of furniture. We did report it to customer service, and they acted on it expeditiously.

We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it.

Overall, our experience was very positive. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and courteous, and they made every effort to fulfill the requests we had. The only drawback is the lack of nearby shops, so we would recommend arriving with all necessary items in advance. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and well managed.

Celebrated our first wedding anniversary here and the place is just peaceful. Although the property is beautiful, we stayed at the start of the typhoon and there were leaks in the windows inside the room. AC was leaking, as well. Shower switch from handheld to rain shower was not working but not a big deal. Hand soap wasn't provided either. All in all, we had a good night's rest. Breakfast buffet is a hit or miss.

Todo fue genial. De la guardia de seguridad, a las recepción y a todos los personales son muy acomodados. La habitación es espaciosa y el baño era grande con su baño. La piscina es grande y hay un gimnasio y spa. Era una hermosa estancia. Es un poco lejos de la tienda de conveniencia, pero en general era grande.

Todo el mundo es satisfactorio. Hay restaurantes y el personal de servicio del restaurante es bueno.

With previous stays at Anya exceeding expectations for relaxation and rejuvenation, it's regrettable to highlight shortcomings in our recent visit. Housekeeping fell short: patio uncleaned, bath towels not replenished, essential toiletries missing unless requested. Escala cuenta con una de las más increíbles y la mejor piscina infinita de Tagaytay. Just a small tip for the front desk team, especially the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to go briefly over the booking details and share a little information about the hotel's facilities during the check-in process. No es una denuncia, es sólo una sugerencia amable de alguien que trabaja también en la industria de la hospitalidad, por lo que los huéspedes no tendrán que pedir cada detalle más tarde.

Nos ha gustado nuestra estadía aunque sería perfecto si la casa se prestaba atención a la limpieza - es un animal amigable, así que el lobby y la habitación tienen un olor asombroso que realmente podría utilizar un poco de limpieza. La caja para el agua libre era sucia, no usábamos los vasos de agua temiendo que no sea limpio también. La piscina no era tan limpia como la - quizás fue debido a la lluvia, no lol. Los agentes de recepción fueron útiles - fueron arriba y más allá ayudandome con el calentador de agua :) Gracias! El hotel está en una habitación con una cafetería, champú y bolsa de lavandería, pero no está listo. Los restos son razonablemente preciosos y la comida estaba bien ~ tuvimos cena en Sweet Knot Haven y desayuno en el café Bodhi.

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible. My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room 😂.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Hoping next time you will have a heated pool 😊 The overall experience was good. We will be back again.
