The place needs maintenance and upgrades of the facility. The AC and hot shower are bery good but The room was not cleaned well. Checked in here because of the proximity to the place that i need to visit or else I will not booking here. No special amenities but the price is expensive. You can find better hotels in Manila with their price. I am not sure if it was because of the holiday season but def not worth the price. The good side is the service of the staff. They are very accomodating, kind and warm.

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

The rooms felt quite dated, and unfortunately the beds were too firm and uncomfortable. I also experienced some skin irritation around my neck, which may have been caused by the pillows. The bathroom lighting was very dim, and the space appeared unmaintained. The towels also looked worn and slightly discolored. I understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations to improve the overall guest experience, so I remain hopeful that future stays will be more comfortable once the upgrades are completed.

Todo fue genial. De la guardia de seguridad, a las recepción y a todos los personales son muy acomodados. La habitación es espaciosa y el baño era grande con su baño. La piscina es grande y hay un gimnasio y spa. Era una hermosa estancia. Es un poco lejos de la tienda de conveniencia, pero en general era grande.

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

It was our first time here and will definitely come back. The place is relaxing. Some of the staff are nice and friendly some are not. The room we booked is spacious can fit more than 2 people. The only downside is the amenities and breakfast buffet. Food varieties is not worth the price. Nothing much to do inside Anya but if you're looking for a chill place and have a quiet conversation this is a place for you. Hoping the next time they will add more amenities like sauna and other activities to do inside.

Escala cuenta con una de las más increíbles y la mejor piscina infinita de Tagaytay. Just a small tip for the front desk team, especially the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to go briefly over the booking details and share a little information about the hotel's facilities during the check-in process. No es una denuncia, es sólo una sugerencia amable de alguien que trabaja también en la industria de la hospitalidad, por lo que los huéspedes no tendrán que pedir cada detalle más tarde.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.
