Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing — lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely won’t run out of things to do! The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. Cleanliness was good, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. There’s a little room for improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!

Everything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. Other things were working fine. It's just the bathroom shower Lang sa room namin, di buo ung water na nalabas. Nasa isang side lang sya. But still working Kaya walang problema samin. Didn't expect din Na malakinang standard room. Babalik kami dito. 💓

I really like Pontefino, however, the lack of an elevator is a drawback. The rooms are large and the space is amazing. We did not make it to breakfast as we had plans and the second day the stairs/walk was a little much. Our place had ants, which was bad, but we were able to get through it as they did not attack our food or snacks. The room was large and ad a very nice balcony. I would stay here again, although I would wait for special rates as I feel we overpaid. Serv ice was good and I really feel for the employees who had to trek our luggage up and down those steps. Overall good stay with a few minor drawbacks. We had lunch at the restaurant, Pastorelli, I think it is called and it was very delicious.

The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

Was not expecting the Orchard Lane’s Superior Apartment bedroom was that run-down, the blankets were the worst of all we experienced in all our get-away stays, booked for 6 adults and 2 kids and they were expecting us to only use 2 blankets from the main room, extra blanket charged at 500php, the whole stay was compensated by the pretty sunset view outside, got foul smell at night from the main bedroom, we cannot figure out where the smell was coming from, walls were thin even the bathroom as you can hear other guests talking,it was a once in a lifetime experience as you will not likely to go back else you may want to try day tour instead. Do take note the sliding door connected to balcony were almost unscrewed so needs to take precaution in opening.

Good location, easy to find. Room is fine, but not that clean (especially the Aircon). Staff is very kind. Some amenities are not included, such as, hot water and slippers. Overall it is indeed a 3.5 star hotel. I'm Satisfied.

Nos alojamos aquí y fue excelente, excelente diseño, encantador y limpio, y el personal fue extremadamente servicial. Comimos en el restaurante y fue excelente calidad y relación calidad-precio. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a otros.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The room was spacious and clean . The real highlight was the stunning view of Taal Lake. We highly recommend Taal Vista Hotel, especially .It was a perfect getaway, and we can't wait to come back!
