A great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

The hotel itself has been renovated to better ambience room is larger than the first time, the bed is firm although not too comfortable as is really a small twin bed if your tall and heavy and toss and turn not good idea, I wish they make it into at least fall size bed. Pillow are soft, wifi is good not too strong but its ok. bathroom is better renovated no more curtain now its a glass wall. water pressure is strong and good hot water , safe in the room, large tv with movies and good channel option.

The hotel is cozy and near commercial district of legaspi.

We stayed here with our friends. We used the pool to hang out which is fun but a heads up, their pool is 5ft and above. There is a kiddie pool but It would be nice if the adult pool starts at least 4ft. Considering Filipinos average height isn’t above 5ft 🙂

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

This place is best for nearby gala. It is just around the corner. And easy to locate and access to terminal. The place is nice and quite. You can relax and enjoy while resting and watching television. I will recommend this place and I suggest to have more options for breakfast. But overall the place is welcoming.

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

Las instalaciones no se atreven a enflajar y bajar las expectativas al mínimo. No hay nada en la habitación, excepto sabido, un pequeño baño de agua, dos toallas, no hay teléfono, nada va a bajar a la recepción para encontrar a alguien. La recepción está cerrada a las 10 de la noche. Para no ser honesto, he reservado la mejor habitación, y hay muchas habitaciones grandes, con balcón y refrigerador de agua caliente (con aire acondicionado muy guay), porque muchas habitaciones tienen agua fría y ventilador eléctrico. No hay Wi-Fi en todas las habitaciones. Para ver el aire, 100 metros de la mano derecha es el centro de turistas, registrando varias subidas y ver las actividades de los incendios de la noche, es conveniente ver el aire. El servicio es bueno, la actitud es muy buena y muy entusiasta. Es que las cosas del restaurante son muy generales, el salchicha es muy poco fresco, el pescado también hace humeante, se recomienda salir a comer o llevarse seco para 2 horas.

The building and the amenities are good. The receptionist and security guards were helpful. My biggest problem is the noise of cleaning crew at midnight. I’m not sure if they know that the rooms are not sound proof. I reported an issue with the power turning off then on again. Took a long time to resolve it by having me transfer to another room. The room did not have a chair, so I opted to dine in for breakfast. The breakfast is in another hotel.
