Location: The hotel is located close to the Queenstown airport but approximately 15 mins away from Queenstown itself. Parking: There is no parking bays at the Hilton (only valet) itself but it shares with Doubletree which is limited. Due to some maintenance work, level P2 was closed off and had to park in a reserved slot for the night. Cost of parking is NZ$ 16 per night. Rooms: This is where my issue lies, the room temp is centrally managed and it was freezing at night especially with the floor to ceiling windows. Had to go to the front desk for portable heater and extra blankets on the 1st night. Bathroom is non-heated (with tiled floors) so extra cold in there. In most places we stayed in NZ, the bathrooms had heated lamps overhead for comfort. I requested the accessible room for mom and it was provided as requested although the location of the room was on one end of the building which is a distance to walk. Food: Breakfast was a good selection and ran from 630 to 1030am.

El hotel está situado fuera de Queenstown, pero el taxi de agua está disponible desde el hotel. La ubicación del lago permite la paz y la tranquilidad, así como la vida silenciosa.

great location being a 7 to 10 minutes drive away from the hustle and bustle of the queenstown town center very convenient to head to the airport, towards te anau or north towards arrowtown / cromwelll / wanaka without getting stuck in the morning traffic clean and modern room with decent amenities provided

Stayed at Kamana Lakehouse during our recent visit to Queenstown for honeymoon. We were greeted with a greeting card & a chocolate bar upon entering the room. Room is clean and comfortable. The view is stunning!

Más decepcionante fue la promesa de una “cucina” que se presentaba con un barbecho exterior, microondas, tostadora, caldera, placas, bolas y un mini frigorífico. La casa de la habitación era muy buena, pero no era una cocina. Cuando planteamos la cuestión de la publicidad diferente con nuestro anfitrión, no recibimos ninguna aclaración ni simpatía. De lo contrario, fue un hermoso lugar.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

因為這家酒店選擇在箭鎮逗留了三天兩晚，事實這個選擇非常正確，為了它打算在箭鎮秋季到來的時候再來一次新西蘭。晴天的美毋庸置疑，陰雨天更有英倫氣息。四人入住雙卧套房，超大的客廳，白天有陽光晚上圍着壁爐在一起聊天，非常放鬆，還有前後兩個露台，可以看到雪山與遠處的海耶斯湖，幸運地看到了微弱的極光。廚房設施非常齊全，做飯很方便。每天會打掃，有地暖和電熱毛巾架，洗衣機烘乾機也都有。穿過酒店的高爾夫球場可以徒步到海耶斯湖，箭鎮步行半小時，也可以讓酒店隨時安排車輛接送，皇后鎮也有免費穿梭巴士，對非自駕人羣非常友好。

Stayed 3 nights and overall a very positive experience, thanks to its fantastic amenities. After long days spent exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, the private hot tub is an absolute highlight. Soaking in the warm water was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind tired muscles.

房東老太太Janet真的很用心的佈置了每一處，都非常喜歡，第一天在民宿看見了以後彩虹，民宿風景很棒！早餐是Janet做的，每天都不一樣，Janet自己做的蛋糕太好吃啦！還有奇亞籽酸奶，美式，拿鐵，可可的選擇！
