Hoteles con Spa en Vestland, Noruega

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was comfortable. However, our arrival experience was disappointing. We booked through Trip.com and, at check-in, were told that the room we had reserved was much smaller and not what we were expecting. Based on that explanation, we paid an additional fee to upgrade. Later, the hotel explained that the confusion was caused by the room photos used by the booking platform. Regardless of whose mistake it was, as a guest I was placed in a position where I felt I had to pay extra because of conflicting information between the hotel and its booking partner. I believe hotels should work closely with their booking partners to ensure room descriptions and photos are accurate, so guests can make informed decisions before arrival. I hope this process is improved for future guests.

Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street. Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

La comida parece ser muy inconsistente! Aunque bueno, me sirvió una salada 3 maneras diferentes. Servicios de spa sólo abiertos de jueves a domingo, por lo que no podía aprovechar un masaje. Las vistas son excelentes! ¡Habitaciones excelentes! Personal super útil. ¡No hay supermercados, ni estaciones de gas cerca! Todo lo que necesitas tienes que tomar del hotel. Menu era un poco limitado.

Personal amable, habitación espaciosa y limpia, buen desayuno. En los alrededores hay muy poco que hacer, pero afortunadamente hay una estación de Bybanen a poca distancia que te lleva al centro en apenas 45 minutos. ¡Y por solo 51 coronas!

Scandic旗下酒店，已經全部翻新，設施很全很新，酒店比較大，有游泳池和spa，還有個劇場。spa到晚上19點結束，停車免費，旁邊就是sixt和avis的租車點，離酒店不遠有個購物中心，户外用品可以逛一逛，但是購物中心關門較早，需要合理安排時間。距離大型超市coop僅100米，可以步行到達。
