Viaje agradable y fácil para los turistas. La actividad marina y el salto de isla en isla son fáciles de realizar y la habitación del hotel es grande y limpia. Me dijeron que la habitación cerca de la piscina y el mar está completamente renovada y el personal me preguntó si quería mejorar. Estaba contento con Mountain View ya que realmente me quedé en la habitación y vi la vista desde allí.

Mi pareja y yo acabamos de pasar tres noches en una Palm Villa en Gayana Marine Resort. ¡Qué lugar para alojarse... Simplemente increíble! Desde el principio todo fue perfecto. Llegamos al ferry y el personal fue muy servicial. El ferry salió a tiempo y tardó menos de 30 minutos. Al llegar nos dieron toallas frías y una bebida. El personal nos explicó todo detalladamente y nos llevaron a nuestra habitación unos 30 minutos antes. ¡La Palm Villa era preciosa! Si puedes gastar un poco más y tener esta habitación, ¡vale la pena! Me quedé sin palabras cuando entré. ¡Súper limpio y ordenado! ¡Las fotos en línea no le hacen justicia a este resort! Comimos en el restaurante Macac. Había mucho para elegir en el menú y todo sabía fresco y delicioso. El desayuno está incluido y todo se preparaba fresco a pedido. También había un bufé que tenía pasteles, fruta, cereales y mucho más. Hicimos uso de los deportes acuáticos que también están incluidos. Usamos los kayaks y las tablas de remo. Hay muchas opciones disponibles y solo tienes que venir y preguntar, ¡no es necesario reservar! ¡Todos los miembros del personal fueron encantadores! Todos te saludan, son muy amables y se esfuerzan al máximo para ayudarte. ¡Su inglés era impresionante! Solo habíamos reservado dos noches, pero nos encantó tanto que ampliamos nuestra estadía. Recomiendo mucho este lugar y espero que la gerencia vea esta reseña para transmitirla al personal. Gracias. Tasha y Chris.

La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. Era adecuada para una familia y para aquellos que prefieren relajarse. La vista desde nuestra habitación era fascinante e impresionante. Su comida es súper sabrosa. Solo necesitamos de 5 a 10 minutos para acceder a los lugares para comer y a un paquete de viaje a Pasar Semporna. Reservaremos este hotel nuevamente cuando regresemos a Semporna.

The staff friendliness is just amzing 10/10. Excellent Service.Our room had amazing view of the sea and opposite resort called Gayana. Dinner: Only Buffet option is available and its about RM167/person +taxes. The spread are fairly good and it is delicious. Though they do have 2 more different Restaurant in the island,Japanese and fine dining. Breakfast: Included in the room price. Menu changes daily. I have nothing to complaint about the room,for us its comfortable.All rooms have exactly the dane Designs the only difference is where it is located. You are paying for the view. Activities: For me I think 3 days 2 nights are perfect to spend your time here, swimming by the pool,kayaking,snorkling,Jungle trekking, visiting the private beach. 1 hour complimentary use of snorklinh masks. I like the public guests showers and towel provided.Very convinient. One thing that I would like to comment is the boat fees are relatively very expansive.15 mins speedboat per person one way cost about Rm80+taxes..Just return trip cost RM170++ per person. This is not even including island conservation fees and tourist fees. All this added fees makes the Hotel cost more expansive. Because a boat trip to nearby or same Island cost only Rm40. GAYANA ECO RESORT provided inclusive/complimentary return boat fees. I hope the Management can improve this because we as Guests are going to spend more money on F&B and at the Bar. Last but not least I would like to compliment the service and staffs in thsi Resort I think they did such an amazing job. Overalö the Resort is beautiful andclose to the nature.

I had a pleasant stay at Sutera Mantanani Island Resort and would recommend it to those looking for a relaxing island getaway. The resort offers beautiful ocean views and a clean, well-maintained beach, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. I also appreciated the clear directional signs around the property, which made it easy to locate facilities and navigate the resort. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a short escape from the city. For areas of improvement, it would be great if the resort could provide more indoor activities, especially during periods of bad weather when outdoor activities are limited. Additional board games, karaoke sessions, movie nights, or other entertainment options would help keep guests occupied. I also noticed that there were no visible lifeguards or safety personnel around the beachfront and resort areas. Having dedicated safety staff on-site would provide greater peace of mind for guests, particularly families with children. In addition, given the resort’s remote island location, it would be reassuring to know what medical emergency support is available. Clear information about emergency response procedures, first-aid facilities, or access to medical assistance would help guests feel more secure during their stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciate the warm hospitality of the staff. With a few enhancements to guest activities and safety measures, the resort could offer an even better experience for future visitors.

En primer lugar, el ambiente es muy bueno y el ambiente de vacaciones en la playa privada está lleno de ambiente. ¡pero! ! ! La primera es que la decoración es relativamente antigua, se estima que tiene 20 años. Vi un techo caerse en una habitación contigua y los trabajadores lo estaban reparando. Entonces llegó el punto: ¡la habitación tenía mala higiene y había chinches! ¡Y no puedes verlo, por lo que no puedes evitarlo en absoluto! Me quedé dos días seguidos. El primer día me picó un mosquito de arena junto a la piscina, después del desayuno, a la mañana siguiente, fui a la enfermería a buscar a la enfermera y le apliqué un ungüento. Me quedé en la habitación todo el día sin atreverme a salir Bueno, por la tarde aparecieron unos cuantos bultos más que picaban, aparecieron nuevos bultos que picaban en el cuerpo, muslos, ombligo y otros lugares cubiertos por la ropa, y obviamente eran diferentes a los que tenía. ¡Los bultos picados por los mosquitos de arena! Entonces, cuando leí una reseña que decía que había insectos en la habitación del hotel, la respuesta oficial decía que eran mosquitos de arena, ¡lo cual confunde al público! ¡La culpa es que la higiene de la habitación no está bien hecha! Shangri-La realmente tiene la fuerza para persuadirnos de que renunciemos y ¡nunca volveremos! !

¡Nuestra estancia en Sagittarius Water Bungalows fue absolutamente fantástica! Desde la primera persona que nos atendió, Xiao Gu, hasta todo el personal de los bungalows sobre el agua y los propietarios, todos fueron increíblemente amables. Nos quedamos cinco días y cuatro noches y no queríamos irnos. El ambiente en la isla también es maravilloso, con actividades de karaoke todas las noches. Por cierto, ¡los propietarios cantan muy bien! Los bungalows ofrecen muchas actividades recreativas, como pesca en el mar, snorkel, un barco con fondo de cristal y drones para fotografía. El personal local (Xiao Hei) también ayuda a tomar fotos 📸. Además, se puede obtener la certificación de buceo y hacer excursiones de un día a otras islas, lo que garantiza mucha diversión. Vinimos a Semporna para obtener la certificación de buceo, y la escuela de buceo de los bungalows es muy recomendable. Los instructores son muy responsables y dedicados. Me gustaría agradecer a Xiao Li y al instructor Mohd Rizal Baba Selleh. El precio es justo y la enseñanza se centra en la seguridad y las habilidades del alumno, lo que te da mucha tranquilidad. La propietaria de la escuela de buceo también es súper amable. En resumen, valió muchísimo la pena, ¡y sin duda volveremos! También lo recomendaré a mis amigos y familiares 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Nexus Resort. The large private beach, beautiful sunsets, and peaceful natural environment were amazing. We loved seeing monkeys, colorful birds, and monitor lizards around the resort. Although the hotel is older, it was clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a renovated, spacious ocean-view room with a fantastic view. The staff were friendly, the spa was beautiful, and the restaurants offered good food at very reasonable prices, although service could sometimes be slow due to limited staff. Overall, Nexus offers excellent value for money, especially considering its beautiful beach, nature, reasonable restaurant and tour prices, and affordable transportation. Even the hotel taxi to the airport was only RM80, cheaper than Grab. We already miss this resort and hope to come back again.

Una joyita en una isla privada. Habitaciones súper gigantes en un paraíso tropical. Cuenta con dos restaurantes estilo asiático y western food. Una piscina descubierta frente al mar. Hay varias actividades para hacer como ser snorkeling, masajes, hikking, etc. el desayuno buffet es variado. El gimnasio es pequeño. Hay muchos monos y lagartos en la isla lo cual me pareció muy interesante de ver. Volvería definitivamente!
