La ubicación es conveniente para llegar a la Plaza Roja, el Museo Cheng He, la calle Jonker y el crucero por el río Malaca, entre otros lugares, a solo unos minutos a pie. La Mezquita del Estrecho está a 5 minutos en taxi. Puede disfrutar del amanecer desde su habitación. La vista desde el salón de la azotea también es fantástica. Puede observar la ciudad de Malaca y el estrecho. El personal del hotel es amable y siempre sonriente. Hay puestos de otoño y tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. Puede disfrutar de la gastronomía local en cualquier momento.

El hotel es grande limpio y bien mantenido. Puede caminar fácilmente del hotel al centro turístico. O tomar un coche barato. La piscina es grande y agradable y bueno para relajarse o sol. La habitación es grande y mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. Tenía una ducha separada y bañera jacuzzi!!! Soooo agradable para apresurar en el jacuzzi. Tenía un gran refrigerador que realmente mantuvo los artículos frío! Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves!!! El agua era abs calientes con mucha presión.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything working perfectly. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, and I felt relaxed throughout my stay. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Great location. Competent staff. Weekend breakfast is good but only ok during the week. Super elegant interior. Room windows small. Ask if you're in new wing or original building. Recommended.

The hotel located in a short walk to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. Very convenient for sightseeing without needing a car Parking is very limited, and the spaces are extremely tight. Drivers of larger vehicles will find it challenging. While the air conditioning eventually worked, it took quite a long time for the room to feel comfortably cool. This might be uncomfortable on hotter days. There also some stains on bedsheet.

Absolutely love the interior decoration of this hotel. The furnishing is luxurious and elegent. The bathtub is one of the highlight of the room. Welcome snack and tea is unique from Peranakan heritage. Breakfast is made to order instead of buffet but you can order as much as you can eat. The location is strategic near Kampung Morten and Melaka river. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended

Era una habitación muy bonita con suficientes camas para toda la familia. La ubicación también es excelente para los turistas locales con autos, ya que se puede llegar fácilmente a todos los lugares de interés de Malacca en aproximadamente 30 minutos en auto. Asegúrese de aprovechar las entradas con descuento para las atracciones que ofrece la recepción, puede ayudarlo a ahorrar mucho dinero.

Very nice and clean hotel. However, there were hiccups during check in. Check in time indicated is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm but was told that room not ready. Have to wait for 1 hour to get room allocation. So we brought the kids to the hotel’s playground and went back down to the reception 1 hour later only to be told to wait another 20minutes. After waiting for MORE THAN 20 minutes (with no staff at the reception at all) we went to enquire again. Was informed that we will be served next (after the current guest). So we waited again… in total, we waited about 2 hours just to get room keys. By then, our plans were all ruined due to the wait. We did not have time to explore Malacca Town as we have planned as it was a long weekend and we had to leave early the following day to avoid the traffic jam on the highway. All in all, the hotel is nice but the managing of the check in is terrible! 2 hours wasted just like that… if the reception staff informed us that it will take more than 2 hours to get the keys, perhaps we would not have waited at the hotel and proceed to town first. Hope to see improvement in this aspect

El Holiday Inn es uno de los hoteles más agradables de la zona, y el ambiente y las vistas fueron fantásticos, y el personal amigable y orientado al servicio son definitivamente el mayor activo del hotel. No sólo manejan reservas, sino que también comparten sugerencias útiles para hacer su estancia más significativa. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Ella incluso permitió un check-out tarde, aunque me eche a las 11:45 a volver a Singapur temprano y evitar el tráfico en el camino de causa. ************* our experience at the hotel is great. The building itself is stunning!!! The room is spacious & i personally love the big bathtub. The balcony is also beautiful and it makes a great place to relax while enjoying the view. However, the baby crib they provided us was a bit old and flimsy. Didn’t dare to put our baby inside it.
