In my opinion, the hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Let’s start with the PROs: - The location is good because it is near to the 2 main malls in Melaka for shopping and linked. - Room is huge so its good for family travels as well. - Friendly staff (some) CONs: - The room is not very clean (the windows, carpet) and some parts are broken (eg. the shower head) - The service requires improvement. I requested for 2 sets of cutlery and the staff mentioned they will get someone to send up with 10 mins. Till the next day, nothing came and they clearly forgot about it. - The TV is not watchable and to be honest, as a 5 star hotel, they are still using cable TV which is not clear due to those grey lines. - The plates for breakfast are still dirty and not cleaned properly. I would stay here because of the location but in terms of service and room conditions, this hotel is definitely not reaching the 5 star mark.

El hotel es grande limpio y bien mantenido. Puede caminar fácilmente del hotel al centro turístico. O tomar un coche barato. La piscina es grande y agradable y bueno para relajarse o sol. La habitación es grande y mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. Tenía una ducha separada y bañera jacuzzi!!! Soooo agradable para apresurar en el jacuzzi. Tenía un gran refrigerador que realmente mantuvo los artículos frío! Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves!!! El agua era abs calientes con mucha presión.

I had a wonderful stay at Noble Resort Hotel Melaka, and it truly exceeded expectations. The Premier Executive services were exceptional — professional, attentive, and thoughtfully delivered, making the entire stay feel comfortable and well taken care of. The team was warm, efficient, and always ready to assist, which added a premium touch to the experience. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently situated near shopping malls, making it easy to access retail outlets, cafés, and daily necessities. There are also plenty of food options nearby, from local delights to well-known eateries, so finding great meals was effortless throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a full day out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and elegance. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, quality service, and a pleasant stay.

The hotel was at a strategic location, walking distance to Jonker Walk and other nearby attractions. Plenty of food places around too. Weekend breakfast was good with many choices. There’s a free parking provided by the hotel 👍🏼 Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Hotel Puri for making my stay here awesome 😀

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and it continues to be a great choice for family trips. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Jonker Street Night Market, which makes it super convenient for food, shopping, and exploring the area. The rooms are fairly clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. While not luxurious, everything was in good condition and met our expectations. For the price we paid, it's definitely worth it. We'll be happy to come back again!

Hotel de diseño clásico con buen rollo. Ingrese al hotel y reciba la bienvenida como atención y hospitalidad de superestrella. El tamaño de la habitación es excelente, con camas cómodas y baños. El desayuno es bueno con variedad. La conexión a internet no es buena.

Era una habitación muy bonita con suficientes camas para toda la familia. La ubicación también es excelente para los turistas locales con autos, ya que se puede llegar fácilmente a todos los lugares de interés de Malacca en aproximadamente 30 minutos en auto. Asegúrese de aprovechar las entradas con descuento para las atracciones que ofrece la recepción, puede ayudarlo a ahorrar mucho dinero.

The hotel facilities are new and well-maintained, and the overall environment is very pleasant. Breakfast is slightly pricey, and while the food quality is fine, the variety is somewhat limited. Still, the hotel is quite family-friendly and suitable for those traveling with children. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

El Holiday Inn es uno de los hoteles más agradables de la zona, y el ambiente y las vistas fueron fantásticos, y el personal amigable y orientado al servicio son definitivamente el mayor activo del hotel. No sólo manejan reservas, sino que también comparten sugerencias útiles para hacer su estancia más significativa. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Amazing indoor and outdoor living experience in this hotel. Love the private balcony facing Melaka River. I can spend my entire afternoon there with good coffee and snacks (coffee machine and snacks provided free in room). Tried their Kaya thost during breakfast. I gave 10/10! At night soak yourself in the bathtub with essential oil provided. Awesome experience! Every single detailing the room can wow you with such a specious and comfortable space. The best part is the hotel car park is just within minutes reach from your hotel room. So, it is so convinient after check out. All tourist attractions and restourant surrounding are within walking distance. Will definitely come back next time.
