Overall, the hotel itself was decent. The room, food, and general service were acceptable, and most of the staff were friendly. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the tour desk inside the hotel, especially when it came to payment. On my first day, the tour representative was very friendly, so I decided to book a tour through them. When I paid, the staff member spent quite a while setting up the card terminal and deliberately kept the part showing the exchange rate out of my view. I was never shown the exchange rate clearly, and I was never asked whether I agreed to have the transaction converted into Canadian dollars. I only found out afterward, when I received the transaction notification from my credit card company. The exchange rate they used was extremely poor, and I ended up paying about CAD $30 more than I should have. What bothered me most was that I had no idea this currency conversion was being applied at the time of payment. My understanding is that with Dynamic Currency Conversion, the customer should be clearly shown the exchange rate and final amount and should be given the choice to accept or decline it. That did not happen in my case. I did not go back to argue with them after I discovered it because I did not want this issue to ruin the rest of my vacation. However, after checking online reviews, I also found comments from other guests mentioning similar issues involving exchange rates and deposits. Because of that, I do not believe my experience was simply an innocent misunderstanding. The whole situation felt very misleading. In fact, I had already read some reviews about questionable exchange rates before the trip, so I specifically brought cash to pay the deposit in order to avoid this problem. Unfortunately, I still ended up being charged this way when making the final payment. The tour itself was also not a good fit for us. Almost everyone in the group was local, and the guide mainly spoke Spanish, so if you do not understand Spanish, you may miss a lot of the experience and there were some safety issues too. I also felt the tour was poor value and that several parts of the day seemed focused on encouraging additional spending. The tour was also highly overpriced. To be fair, I would not say the hotel itself is bad. I would still consider staying here again. However, I would strongly recommend being very careful with the tour desk and with any credit card payment. Make sure you can clearly see the currency, exchange rate, and final amount before tapping or inserting your card, and insist on being charged in MXN unless you personally choose otherwise.

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Excelente hotel, limpio, el personal amable tiene espectáculo gratuito todas las noches a las 9 pm, pero no disfruto de la variedad porque solo la estadía local, la playa no tiene agua clara sucia y en la playa quiero relajarme, disfrutar del sol para broncearme local. Ven a vender cosas tan molestas. No volveré de nuevo. Perdon por decir . Prefiero quedarme en mi casa, ir a la playa de mi casa. decepcionado.

Tuvimos que quedarnos aquí por accidente debido a cancelaciones de vuelos, pero mi esposa y yo quedamos muy contentos. El lugar es enorme y está perfectamente ubicado justo al lado del aeropuerto. Lamentablemente, no brindan servicios de taxi al aeropuerto, pero siempre hay taxis disponibles para llevarlo allí. El conductor intentará estafarlo y le cobrará $ 20 USD por un viaje de menos de 5 minutos, pero los lugareños solo pagan entre $ 5 y $ 10 USD como máximo; así que no caiga en la trampa. Pero el hotel fue una grata sorpresa para mi esposa y para mí. ¡COMPRE EL DESAYUNO BUFFET COMPLETO! No lo hicimos, terminamos pagando $ 90 por nuestro desayuno, lo que podría haber sido alrededor de 40 dólares si hubiéramos pagado por adelantado. No se moleste en comprar la bebida alcohólica en un coco: es demasiado cara y obtiene muy poco alcohol. Definitivamente aproveche el cupón / servicios gratuitos proporcionados en el check-in; obtiene una pequeña cosa de libro de cupones que contiene bebidas gratis, tragos de tequila y pases para el spa, entre otras cosas. Esos eran beneficios adicionales. La habitación era bastante agradable, no un lujo de alta gama, pero el resto del hotel era impresionante y la enorme piscina era increíble.

No suelo publicar comentarios negativos, pero si esto ayuda a otro viajero a tomar una decisión informada, pensé que debería informarle un par de cosas. Primero, reservé una suite junior con vista al mar. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y espaciosas. Sin embargo, nuestra vista al mar era en realidad de postes de teléfono y cables y el techo de paja del club al otro lado del callejón. Admito que el océano estaba a la vista, más allá de estos obstáculos. Nuestra habitación original estaba en el cuarto piso y la primera noche nuestro techo comenzó a gotear rápidamente debido al aguacero afuera. Estaba casi limpio y nos dijeron que le avisáramos a la recepción por la mañana que necesitábamos cambiar de habitación. Habría pensado que debido a la incomodidad de tener que volver a empaquetar todo, nos habrían dado una habitación superior. En cambio, nos dieron una suite junior con vista al mar en el tercer piso con una vista más cercana de los cables y el techo. Esta habitación también tenía solo una silla de patio, por lo que incluso si quisiéramos sentarnos en el patio, no habríamos podido hacerlo juntos. El complejo en sí tiene buenas comodidades.

Acaba de salir. El servicio al cliente en el nombre de la renombrada Valentina es EXTREMMENT RUDE. Atención a la gestión: Valentina no es amable, devuelve una receta en mi cara después de haber tenido preguntas sobre un cargo. Pido una receta firmada por un costo y ella dijo que tenía que esperar 30 minutos, sabiendo que llegaré tarde para mi vuelo. Dije que olvidaba, y luego lanzaba la receta en mi cara. No me quedaré en Sheraton otra vez sólo por el servicio de Valentina VERY RUDE.

Nos cambiamos a la Suite Familiar de tres dormitorios y dos baños. Todos los empleados de servicio que encontramos en la propiedad nos recibieron con una sonrisa. Los jardines están bellamente diseñados. Estás justo frente al mar. El restaurante de la playa es excelente y ofrece entretenimiento nocturno con un vocalista excepcional, además de bailarines y gimnastas. El restaurante del hotel ofrece la mejor comida gourmet que he probado en tres comidas diarias. También hay servicio de habitaciones disponible las 24 horas. Las piscinas estaban muy limpias y bien climatizadas. El club infantil ofrecía una variedad de actividades bien diseñadas y ejecutadas para todas las edades. La piscina infantil era muy segura. Hubo un espectáculo de Aladino en vivo durante nuestra estancia que fue muy divertido para todos, y luego hubo actividades. The hotel is an absolute gem—brand new and impeccably maintained! Don’t let the 1km unpaved access road intimidate you (we were at first); as you approach, the stunning building emerges like a sparkling reward at the end of the tunnel! 😀 One side offers a glimpse of the Mayan pyramid’s peak—pure magic! The other side overlooks the spacious pool and lush gardens. No matter your room’s view, you’re in for a treat. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room service is a steal—totally worth it. The pool is inviting, though the water felt just a touch chilly to me.

Llegamos para nuestra estancia de 10 días y en el check-in nos informaron que la piscina de familia estaba cerrada para renovaciones y que todos los huéspedes estaban utilizando la piscina de adultos. (que es mucho más pequeño. Sin necesidad de decir que la piscina estaba envuelta con niños con juguetes de agua, etc, saltando esplástico (teniendo mucho divertido) Fue difícil sentarse junto a la piscina, ya que todas las sillas se tomaron muy temprano del día y entrar en la piscina No se puede relajarse. Si supiéramos que habríamos reservado en otro lugar, porque esto realmente afectaba el placer de nuestras vacaciones. Excelente lugar, el personal muy atento, la comida excelente y los de recepción y bar del lobby muy amables, además de vista y acceso al mar
