Fue una buena experiencia de alojamiento. Me alojé aquí en mi primera noche en Colombo. Soy un viajero. Antes de quedarme, vi críticas muy malas de este hotel en línea. Ahora el servicio es bastante bueno. ¿Quizás hubo demasiadas quejas y luego se mejoró? Vivo en el piso 23. La vista es bastante buena. Debe consider**** un piso alto. Hay una piscina infinita y un bar en el piso de arriba. Las bebidas en el bar no son muy buenas y los impuestos son muy altos. El menú no son los precios reales pagados. El registro de entrada y salida fue muy rápido. No desayuné en el hotel, pero tomé una taza de café en el vestíbulo y miré el paisaje fuera de la ventana. No es barato, pero vale la pena.

Amazing hotel. Very good staff and service. They always greet you smiling. They upgraded us to Executive room for a small price. Fahad- thanks for all your help. Breakfast spread is amazing. Everything is worth trying.

We arrived at 2am after a late night flight and left at 9:30am so were not there long enough to judge properly. Staff very attentive, kind and accommodating for late check in and breakfast. Very clean and tidy with basic amenities - good value. It was good for us to catch a nights sleep before leaving early the next day.

We recently stayed at Galle Face Hotel, Colombo with my family. Overall, the hotel experience was good, especially the location and service. However, the rooms feel overly traditional and colonial, which does not fully meet modern-day requirements. The heavy wooden furniture and old-fashioned, posh décor may appeal to older patrons who appreciate classic heritage styles, but it may not suit travelers looking for a more contemporary stay. The electrical points and facilities are also quite outdated and not convenient for today’s laptop- and gadget-dependent travelers. I would suggest that the hotel consider modernizing some rooms and amenities, while still preserving a few heritage-style rooms for guests who prefer the traditional experiences.

La habitación estaba limpia y el servicio era decente, pero todo eso se arruinó por completo debido a la flagrante discriminación del encargado del vestíbulo, Jimitation. Originalmente había decidido quedarme aquí una segunda vez, ¡pero ahora me siento completamente asqueado! De madrugada, terminé mi viaje y fui el primero en llegar a recepción. Entregué mi pasaporte y esperé para registrarme, solo para quedarme allí de pie durante cinco minutos. Jimitation me ignoró todo el tiempo, sin comunicarse ni responder. No fue hasta que llegaron los huéspedes blancos que inmediatamente sonrió y los atendió primero, sin ninguna explicación, sin ninguna excusa razonable, ¡simplemente priorizando abiertamente a los demás sobre mí! Cuando tomé la iniciativa de preguntar cuándo podía registrarme, respondió fríamente: ”No puede registrarse ahora; tendrá que volver en dos horas”, con una actitud arrogante y despectiva. Este tipo de trato diferenciado no es un descuido, ¡es una discriminación profundamente arraigada! Como huésped, solo sentí insultos, falta de respeto y una profunda humillación. El comportamiento de Jimitation no solo viola la ética profesional básica, sino que también pisotea la igualdad entre las personas. Nunca volveré a elegir este hotel que tolera la discriminación, y recomiendo encarecidamente a quienes valoran la igualdad que se mantengan alejados. Un lugar lleno de discriminación no merece en absoluto ser llamado ”hotel de servicio”.

El hotel está muy cerca de la playa. Hay un restaurante asiático cerca, que es delicioso y conveniente para viajar. Hay un A ** enfrente para retirar dinero. La piscina está limpia, el servicio es bueno y la habitación está bien. limpio e higiénico.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly taken care of from the moment I arrived until I left. Every request was handled with genuine care and professionalism, and the level of hospitality clearly shows that customer satisfaction comes first. A very special thank you to Mr Gajan from the Bell Service. He kindly accompanied me during check out and patiently waited with me for quite some time until my taxi arrived. His warmth, attentiveness and dedication made a lasting impression on me and truly represent outstanding service. The in room dining was also excellent and of very high quality. Unfortunately I caught a cold during my stay and could not explore everything, but I will definitely come back. A true five star experience. Highly recommended.

Parece que el resort funciona con un personal mínimo, lo que puede explicar la caída en la calidad del servicio. En un buen momento, el barista de la piscina ha hecho cocktails excelentes y ha ofrecido un servicio amistoso.

這一次的旅行因為搞錯了飛機回程時間只好多住在機場附近一晚，很快速地找到了這間酒店，網站上的評價很差，但是當地的導遊跟我說並非如網站上所說，所以我很好奇地決定去實際探訪，雖然我只住了一個晚上，但是酒店服務人員非常親切，我用了午餐跟晚餐，餐廳的Nilu很熱情也專業的詢問我餐食的狀況，晚餐時間剛好要跟公司開會，在戶外點的餐食麵包🥖都冷了，她也幫我重新換了一盤，我也點了泰式海鮮湯，不過實在是太鹹，我也跟她反應，她特別跟主廚提到這個問題，主廚也重新再煮了一次，並親自出來跟我道歉，除了熱水量的部分不足，我也反映給櫃檯，至於其他都很完美！
