Picked this hotel because it’s a reliable brand and it didn’t disappoint. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The lads at reception tried to sneakily add some extra charges when I checked-in which was frustrating as I’d paid up front, so I’m glad I was concentrating!

La première partie de mon séjour avait été très bonne. J’ai prolongé chez eux au lieu d’aller dans un autre hôtel et je n’ai pas regretté, ils sont vraiment super sympa toujours le sourire - l’hôtel est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Ils sont très aidants si vous avez un renseignement à demander et toujours le sourire. L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé.

Everything is fine except their bathroom basin design is so improper that water fall down out of basin because the tap is small and basin border is thick.

El hotel es muy agradable. Algunas personas se quejarán de la vista de la construcción y el ruido. Pero por suerte tengo una habitación de frente, además, ¿quién mira fuera en el hotel de la ciudad? Pero para el hotel de sonido May cambiar las ventanas de la parte trasera a opciones de sonido. La habitación está limpia y decorada. El desayuno está bien, antes de decir bueno, si no muy bueno. La recepción es muy útil, recibí el inicio de sesión a 12:30PM. Distrito de compras cercano. Como es un área ocupada, preparaos para todo el día de tráfico enorme.

I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping.

I recently stayed at indismart hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience and rooms were nice, and the food was good and delicious(loved the breakfast experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location and features good interior design. The staff were polite and accommodating. However, the bathrooms could use an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities.
