Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

Simple hotel with basic necessities covered. The decor of the hotel features vintage Bollywood posters and the hotel used to be a film set. Comfortable and aesthetic, with lots of international restaurants nearby. Infront of the hotel there is also lots of shopping opportunities available! Nice and affordable!

El servicio de recepción fue muy bueno, pero el negocio fue muy malo. Al hotel, no dejes que entienda el check in temprano, la recepción pide el precio, ve al restaurante a comprar el desayuno, el precio del restaurante no es el mismo que el precio que da la recepción. Cuando hice el check out, quería usar el auto del hotel para ir al aeropuerto. Le pregunté a la recepción por un precio. Pensé que era un poco más caro que Ola. Estuvo bien. Dije que había comido bien y lo pedí. Después de regresar, cambié la recepción. El precio ha cambiado. Es más caro que Ola. Doblado. Early Check In, el hotel comenzó a exigir estrictamente que no se puede registrar temprano, debe ser a las 2 pm, después de la comunicación, comprender impotente, luego salir a almorzar, regresar a las 12 del mediodía, descubrió que el hotel incluso le dio otro par de pareja blanca se registra, pero también proporciona una toalla y bebida de bienvenida. No tenía esto en absoluto cuando me registré. Lo anterior muestra que la gestión del hotel es muy confusa. Los guardias de seguridad se saludaron con entusiasmo. El desayuno no es caro, pero las comidas son normales. El hardware de la habitación es muy bueno, el aire acondicionado también es muy potente, pero el frigorífico es muy antiguo, muy ruidoso en el patrimonio general de la mansión. La situación higiénica solo se ve hermosa, y si se pisa el piso de madera, pronto se oscurecerá. También hay algunas moscas grandes volando en la habitación, oye, un poco repugnante. En general, el precio no está mal, es decir, la recepción es muy molesta y la situación de salud no está equipada con hardware.

The hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay with clean rooms, courteous staff, and prompt service. The ambiance was welcoming, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Очень понравилось! Красивое гармоничное место, нет шума транспорта и людей. Получилось действительно расслабиться и с удовольствием отдохнуть. Просторный, чистый номер, внимание в мелочах к постояльцам. Территорию отеля вечером обрабатывают от насекомых. Очень вежливый гостеприимный персонал. Есть обмен валюты. Свободный доступ к бассейну, разнообразное меню на завтрак. За всё пребывание в Индии в 4-х городах из 4-х отелей этот самый лучший. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in across Coimbatore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was excellent, and special thanks to Bala, Surya, and Valli for their warmth and genuine care, they truly made my stay memorable.

Séjour agréable! L’hôtel est très bien isolé phoniquement. Petit bémol au petit-déjeuner : la machine à café était en panne et le personnel n’a pas semblé pressé de régler le problème. De plus, bien que le service commence à 7h, tous les plats n’ont été mis en place qu’aux alentours de 7h30. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience reste positive, mais quelques améliorations sur la réactivité durant le service du matin seraient appréciées.
