I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

Este es el mejor hotel para ir a Bonmouth. Espero que sea un poco remodulado. Pero soy Hilton, así que a veces me voy. La ubicación es cómoda y está bien.

La ubicación y el servicio... tan agradable ver este hotel crecer constantemente, y ofrecer más a medida que los años pasan.  El personal es tan útil y se va a dejar de hacer su estancia agradable. La única gripe que tengo sería la comida en el restaurante y en el bar. Es bastante limitado y sería agradable ver una gama más amplia de comidas de mordedura para el almuerzo. La falta de camas solares también fue un poco decepcionante.

Location was excellent, hotel room, lobby and pool were very clean and comfortable, room was spacious, bright, with comfortable beds, Bathroom was good . POOL was very good and nice to have this in hotel. Breakfast was excellent with vast variety of different options, we enjoyed this .

The kind lady at reception let us check in early and gave us an upgarde to a sea view room. The room was small and not very modern. There was a fan in the cupboard covered in dust that we used as there was no air conditioning. Trip advert said parking available but I did not realise this meant paying £12 when I arrived. The lady almost seemed embarassed asking for it. Fairly decent location on the main promenade. Close to beach. Breakfast was below average. Place is in need to some updating and/or TLC.

En general, es una gran ubicación y las instalaciones son muy buenas, especialmente la piscina interior y el gimnasio, la habitación necesitaba una renovación (existen agujeros en las paredes) y se estrelló (camera familiar para 4), pero nos dormimos bien en las camas. No hay nada que pueda hacer en el baño, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer en el baño. Aunque hubo un poco de variedad (cafe, té, cereales, tostadas, pan y pasteles, artículos de desayuno en inglés como harinas, huevos abrasados, pudding negro, salsa, etc.) la calidad podría ser un poco mejor con un poco más de atención/cuidada. Por ejemplo, los huevos abrasados eran bastante secos y sabían casi como plástico, mientras que el pudding negro era realmente seco. Creo que esto podría resolverse bien por tener la rotación de la comida, por lo que no se sienta en los calefactores demasiado tiempo, por ejemplo, el desayuno comienza a las 6:30 y siempre fuimos a las 8:30, lo que significa que la comida estaba sentada por casi 2 horas.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

We enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep. Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice. We had tea and cake provided which was very nice. Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good. I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition. Most staff efficient but not overly friendly. Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space. Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis. Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area. Would stay again for sure.

El calefactor no funcionaba y no había personal para ayudar al correo de 10 PM. Ellos pagaron £12 por parque de coches si usted reserva por *********** o trip.com. La ubicación es la mejor parte de ella.

El desayuno puede ser, las necesidades reales de la estadía, tenga en cuenta el número de personas por estadía, el estacionamiento, frente al mar y las atracciones estimadas son más convenientes
