El hotel está en la mejor ubicación. Hotel de moda vieja. . Visitamos el hotel en 24,25,26 de diciembre y el gimnasio es cerrado. No hay parque de coches gratuito. Hay un parque de coches grande a 5 minutos a pie de Walk. (Parque central) 7 £ todo el día Grand restaurant , bar and lounge. Salas de reuniones grandes Desayuno de bufete 12,5 ppp Almuerzo o cena 25 libras por metro. Recomendado

Tuve una buena bienvenida. Los empleados de recepción trabajan rápido y profesionalmente. Mi habitación estaba en el séptimo piso y tenía una hermosa vista de la ciudad. Las habitaciones están limpias y cuentan con todas las comodidades necesarias. Lamentablemente, no había tiempo disponible para usar el spa por la mañana.

La habitación estaba limpia, el baño era precioso y los productos de baño eran gratuitos. Tuvimos un problema con la electricidad de la habitación... al llegar, el televisor, la lámpara y las luces del baño no se encendían. El personal revisó la caja de fusibles y volvió a funcionar la electricidad. Se volvió a cortar la electricidad a última hora de la tarde cuando usé la tetera. El portero de noche (que hablaba poco inglés) volvió a accionar el interruptor de la caja de fusibles y me dijo que la próxima vez pusiera menos agua en la tetera. Lo intenté, pero la electricidad se volvió a disparar, así que le pedí que nos cambiara de habitación. Lo hizo de mala gana, pero nos dio una llave. En general, una buena estancia, pero una situación desafortunada con la electricidad.

Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

L'acceuil pendant le check-in est à revoir.. Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner... Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger. Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place. 2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider... Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer. Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là L'hôtel est très propre , rien à dire.

Lovely one night stay at this hotel,was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!

En general todo era genial. Sugerimos cambiar de matriz, ya que tanto nosotros como nuestros amigos tuvimos terrible dolor de espalda, pero esto es, por supuesto, una preferencia y no todos quieren una matriz dura como nosotros. Aparte de eso, todos los que amamos en este hotel. Gracias .

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

La chambre est propre, l'hôtel typiquement anglais mais le service laisse à désirer...Les jeunes réceptionnistes, rien à dire, courtois mais une réceptionniste nous a traité comme des bandits qui viennent volé...alors que nous etions en costumes...elle a compris très vite son erreur quand on lui a dit que nous logeons dans l'hôtel et que c'était normal de visiter et de chercher la psicine, le fitness... Et le check out...ne m'en parlez pas....heureusement que la jeune receptionniste a rattrapé l'erreur de son collègue...je trouve impersonnel... Pour la chambre, pour un 4 etoiles, il est où le frigo?
