A nivel local la relación precio/rendimiento es bastante buena.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

La suite es bonita, con dos camas y dos baños. El desayuno es el mismo. Hay mucho tráfico, así que es conveniente comer por los alrededores. El servicio de recepción es bueno, pero llovía y el hotel no nos proporcionó paraguas.

El servicio del servidor es lento y no limpia la habitación de forma activa. Otros están bien.

Muy bien servido y muy útil personal.

Me herí en el avión y llegó al hotel con una rueda. Proporcionó apoyo lo más posible, como cambiar la habitación y la ayuda de emergencia a media noche. Gracias sinceramente a su empleado 々. La próxima vez que llegue a Argelia, me quedaré en este hotel de nuevo. Muchas gracias.

I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

トランジットで利用しました。当日に空港からホテルまでのバス送迎サービスを頼もうとしたところ、trip.comとホームページに記載のある電話番号が9時間ほど繋がらなかったので、不安を感じました。事前に頼んでおくことをお勧めします。 空港までの戻りは、一時間に一本あるらしく、手配してくれました。 その他のサービスは、問題ありませんでした。 朝ご飯は、種類は多くないものの、アルジェリアらしいお菓子が数種類あり、楽しめました。パンも美味しかったです。
