¡Un hotel limpio con un servicio excelente y un desayuno delicioso! Me encanta poder comer cada mañana Ayran, Quark, un batido y kiwi 🥝. Me alojé unos 20 días. Los puntos que me preocuparon fueron: el check-in tardó muchísimo, la limpieza diaria era bastante básica, el gimnasio no se podía usar fácilmente y no había un gimnasio con personal las 24 horas. El gimnasio está en la planta baja, pero no hay nadie. A partir de las 3 de la tarde, la cola para el check-in era enorme y no se podía hacer. Al ser una limpieza básica, no cambian las sábanas y muchas cosas se quedan igual que el día anterior. Los pañuelos y el champú no los cambiaron en dos días, así que usé los míos. Tuve que buscar un momento sin clientes para pedir en recepción que los repusieran. El secador de pelo estaba guardado en una bolsa aunque se podía dejar enchufado, y los pañuelos no los cambiaron... es un misterio. Las botellas de plástico (pfund) no las recogieron, pero las de vidrio sí. ¿Quizás las de vidrio dan propina? No sé si es cultura o sistema, pero a veces las recogen y otras no. **Actualización sobre el gimnasio:** Al principio pensaba que la relación calidad-precio del hotel no era muy buena en cuanto a servicios, pero mi opinión cambió al enterarme de cómo usar el gimnasio y probarlo. No lo habría sabido si no hubiera preguntado... La señalización hacía parecer que el gimnasio estaba en la planta baja, y al ir allí, se veía a través de un cristal como si estuviera en obras. Al preguntar en recepción, me dijeron que estaba fuera. Pude usar el Fitness First, que está en el edificio de al lado y tiene muy buenas valoraciones.

Our stay was great! The place was clean and the reception staff was super nice. I just wish they provide disposable slippers and maybe add small toiletries for the guests like in other nice hotels. Overall everything was good!

I stayed at Hyperion Hotel Leipzig during a short trip with a business appointment in the city, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Being directly at the main train station made everything incredibly convenient—arrival, departure, and getting around the city were all effortless. The hotel itself feels modern, comfortable, and well-organized—exactly what you want when combining business with a bit of city life. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a central, stylish base in Leipzig with maximum convenience.

Der Service beim Frühstück sowie im Barbereich war leider enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass sich das Barpersonal offen über andere Gäste beschwert hat, die Cocktails bestellt haben. Ein solches Verhalten wirkt äußerst unprofessionell und hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck. Insgesamt erschien das Auftreten in diesen Bereichen eher unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal im Parkservice und beim Check-in. Dieses war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Leider konnte dieser gute Eindruck die negativen Erfahrungen im Servicebereich nicht vollständig ausgleichen.

Nicht in Anspruch genommenen Zimmerservice , auch bei mehreren Übernachtungen, wird kommentarlos und gerne registriert. Ein kleiner Bonus hierzu würde die eingesparten Kosten und Resurcen nur minimal schmälern und den Gast belohnen. Das aktuelle Vorgehen animiert nicht unbedingt zum Verzicht. Erwähnenswert ist das offene und freundliche Personal im gesamten Servicebereich, speziell beim Frühstück. Super!!

It's an ok hotel in a good position, right in the city centre. Im not sure how it would be classified as 4 stars though. It was very hot and the air-conditioning wasn't really working properly, being in the middle of the city it was too loud to open the windows. The bathroom toilet area is frosted glass so no privacy, be mindful if booking with anyone other than a partner. The staff were nice, parking was expensive.

Freundlicher Empfang mit Begrüßungsgetränk. Angenehm grosses Zimmer mit Balkon, ruhige Lage aber Fenster offen, hört man trotzdem die Straßenbahn. Frühstück sehr gut, reichliche Auswahl, Barista Kaffee, Eier auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Nur die Frage nach einem LateCheckOut (1 Stunde länger bis 12 Uhr statt 11 Uhr) hat mich verwundert. Für eine Stunde länger Zimmernutzung wollte man 35 €!! haben. Eine Stunde länger!! Schade, dies war bis vor wenigen Jahren noch eine Standard CheckOut Zeit 12 Uhr Mittags. Hier sollte man bei regelmäßig wiederkehrenden Gästen etwas auf die Preispolitik achten! Ansonsten war aber alles gut gewesen. Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Safe, WLAN, Wasserkocher und Teebar, MiniBar Kühlschrank..... Angenehme Ausstattung des Hotels.

The hotel's location in very convenient. It's within short walking distance to many major attractions so it saves a lot of travel time staying at this premise. It's an older hotel so do not expect state-of-the-art facility. The front desk staff is modest, professional but not going out of the way to help. It feels very German. They speak fluent English so easy to communicate.
