⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

El personal de recepción es amable y está cerca del aeropuerto, por lo que puedes caminar hasta allí incluso si llegas de noche. Puedes comer alimentos frescos las 24 horas del día.

The hotel is decent for its price and location. If you have an early morning connecting flight, it’s a budget-friendly option to crash for the night, as it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. However, be prepared for noise—the rooms have little to no sound insulation, and traffic noise from the road can make it feel like you’re sleeping right beside it. If you can use earplugs or noise-canceling headphones, it’s manageable given the price. The rooms are good for under $30, and the breakfast is modest but acceptable.

Me gustaba el hotel, la mejor ubicación, el tratamiento con otras instalaciones/servicios, y el desayuno (como me quedé la noche y me dejé a las 12:00).

Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

Fantastico hotel nuevo y cómodo entre la clase superior Gulshan y la antigua (Puran) Dhaka. El director Rony realmente hizo una gran estancia. Tengo un pequeño problema médico y insistió en que acompañaba personalmente al hospital y siguió todo. El hotel dispone de una piscina cubierta y una sauna/vaporación y un desayuno masivo.

El hotel está muy cómodo y hermoso. Los desayunos son maravillosos, quería probar todo. Pero hay un menos no advertido con antelación. La mayoría de las habitaciones tienen puertas relacionadas que hacen la audiencia horrible. En la noche, el teléfono y la tos en la habitación siguiente fueron bien oídos.

This is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families.
