⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

The hotel is decent for its price and location. If you have an early morning connecting flight, it’s a budget-friendly option to crash for the night, as it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. However, be prepared for noise—the rooms have little to no sound insulation, and traffic noise from the road can make it feel like you’re sleeping right beside it. If you can use earplugs or noise-canceling headphones, it’s manageable given the price. The rooms are good for under $30, and the breakfast is modest but acceptable.

The room is quite large, with ample space to move around and relax. The furniture is tastefully arranged and gives a cozy and comfortable feel. The facilities are relatively new, with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The surrounding environment is very safe and peaceful, with no disturbances or noise from the outside. Additionally, the location is perfect for travelers, as it takes only 10 minutes to reach the airport by taxi.

Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

The room was very good, especially considering local standards — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good quality. Service was, in many cases, truly excellent: particularly from the dining staff, entrance/security team, and the porters, who were all attentive and genuinely helpful. However, at reception the experience was more mixed. Sometimes was good. At times the staff tried to appear friendly, but it felt somewhat forced, and on other occasions their attitude shifted suddenly to being a bit aloof. This inconsistency made the reception service less authentic compared to the rest of the team. Overall, the hotel is well located, easy to find, with a very nice swimming pool, making it a solid choice for a stay.

El hotel de Daka 6 temporadas, la experiencia general. La ubicación del hotel es buena, pero la oficina espacial interior es rápida, las instalaciones envejecen claramente y sólo pueden alcanzar un nivel de calidad sólido. En términos de comida, el precio de la comida china es caro y sabor común, sin puntos de encendido; Y la variedad de desayuno es única y saboroso, y los amantes de la desayuno me han ido a pocos pasos sin comer. Sin embargo, el hotel todavía está mostrando su seguridad. El precio de la vivienda es de 800 yuan por noche, el medio ambiente, las instalaciones y la comida combinadas son muy difíciles de decir, y la calidad real no se corresponde con el precio de la noche.

This is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families.
