Our stay at intercontinental was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

This hotel might be one of the best hotel in Uttara, Dhaka. All staff is friendly and breakfast is quite good enough, but room is quite small!

¡Excelente! La gestión del albergue chino es fantástico, especialmente el gerente Sr. Shahin es muy buena persona. En Daka, el problema de Mosquito es en todas partes, pero el albergue chino lo impide con la red Mosquito. *Algunos puntos tienen que mejorar no. 1/ sistema de pago 2/ calidad del desayuno y sistema de servicio. Deseo que vuelva a reservar y recomendar a los viajeros internacionales.

The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

Es muy agradable alojarse aquí. Tomé un taxi y el conductor me dijo 60 takas, luego 100 takas y le di 70. El personal del hotel vino a ayudarme enseguida y me dijo que no me preocupara y que subiera a registrarme directamente. Me siento muy seguro.

The staffs Ashraf Adnan Sayed are very helpful, they know my flight will be mid night so they offered me a shower at the health club even I was already checked out in the morning, big thank you for their thoughtful care!
