Nuestra estancia fue, en general, una experiencia fantástica. La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, era espaciosa y tenía una vista increíble; disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de habitación, aunque la nueva resultó estar bien. También sería útil que nos proporcionaran una ubicación más precisa, ya que la dirección que nos dieron no era la exacta y tuvimos que caminar entre 5 y 8 minutos para llegar al apartamento. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, lo pasamos de maravilla y apreciamos enormemente la hermosa vista y la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

Not bad, its very spacious the room. Maybe can like see can have complimentary cake in the fridge cause it’s my birthday that day. Would be nice to have :) The hotel and mall are linked, very accessible. Perhaps the shampoo and conditioner especially conditioner can be better cause it makes my hair dry after using but overall is ok. Good that there are many lights switch buttons as well

El hotel era un buen hotel para ampliar nuestra tarde. Nuestro cuarto era un cuarto de reunión, pero afortunadamente los vecinos no estaban demasiado ruidosos. La barrera sonora era pobre y el ventilador de techo estaba creciendo. La seguridad no estaba funcionando, pero envió a alguien para que lo reparara en 15 minutos. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

Buena ubicación para alojarse. Fácil acceso a todas partes y mucha comida cerca. El parque acuático de dinosaurios cuesta RM20 por persona. Volveremos.

I usually stay in Holiday Villa but decided to book this as i was with a group of 4. The apartment i booked is on the 55th floor. Took some practice to tap the access card on the scanner (aim at top right corner). Apartment was very clean, everything working well. Did not do laundry but the balcony was a very good space cos of the compressors’ warm air. But be careful to lock the door to the laundry balcony at night. My grandma was extremely happy with the freezer. Carpark was free at time of check-in as i was told they may charge soon (this building is new). Check-in was fuss-free and easy! Will definitely book again.

Our 4th stay at Opero. We thought the king room was much cleaner than the twin. Got a free drink (roselle tea) redeemable from 3-9pm too. Gym clean as always.

The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the location of the room facing the park and main road made it quite noisy, especially during peak hours. If you’re sensitive to sound, I’d recommend requesting a room on a quieter side of the hotel. Overall, a good stay with excellent cleanliness, but noise can be an issue.

I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with excellent facilities including a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using JB Sentral and the Singapore checkpoint. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Situación cerca del terminal de ferry, fácil acceso a y desde terminal al hotel porque tanto en el mismo edificio, pero de nivel diferente. Terminal de ferry al nivel dos. Lobby del hotel al nivel uno. Servicio bien. Desayuno bien muchas opciones El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy cerca de la ciudad. No te sientes cómodo. El hotel de estacionamiento de autos utiliza un ascensor diferente, por lo que debe preguntar a la guardia de seguridad cómo llegar al lobby del hotel después de estacionar en el parque de autos multinivel. El hotel no es nuevo, sino limpio, espacioso, excelente vista desde el nivel 15 de la habitación con vistas al mar.

My stay at Sunway Hotel Big Box was unfortunately below expectations. The check-in process took much longer than expected. Although I arrived at the lobby around 10:30 am and was assured that I would be informed once the room was ready, I only managed to get my room at about 3:30 pm. Even then, the connecting room that I had requested was not ready until around 3:50 pm, resulting in further waiting. There were also issues with the room facilities. The coffee machine was not working, and after calling the front desk, I was told that assistance would arrive within five minutes. However, no one turned up, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel staff acknowledged the inconveniences and provided a fruit platter as a gesture of goodwill. While this was appreciated, the overall experience could have been much smoother, especially considering the delays and lack of follow-up on the maintenance request.
