Coming to Jingdezhen was a last minute plan from our trip to WangXiangu and we found this hotel on the app. The rooms were really spacious and I loved the amount of shelf space in which to keep out luggage, clothes and other traveling items. The front desk was very helpful in giving us pointers on places to eat and visit, even coming up with a 2 day itinerary. We communicated mainly via WeChat via translation app. Breakfast was quite hearty and the hotel was quite busy given we were off season. The decor of the garden and the opportunity to experiment with clay can be part of the room experience but we were pressed for time and could not fit it in. The location of the hotel was near the river edge which made for a pleasant walk. The street where the hotel is quite charming. I hope it gets more developed over time.

Really liked this room, although one thing I would say is if you’re coming to China in a hot month (I was there in September) and you get a room where the bed is up the stairs, the air conditioning doesn’t really reach up there and it’s still pretty hot while being nice and cool down by the couch tv and bathroom. But the staff were helpful and the cleaners came quite often to empty the bins and change the towels so that was awesome.

I had a fantastic time at this charming spot! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the beautiful gardens, which provided a perfect escape to relax and enjoy nature.

Amazing villa. The villa is surrounded by mountain and the aesthetic is so on point with wabisabi design. Also love the butler service. My butler name is 小叶 and he is super helpful during our stay.

This place was truly a complete escape away from life, and it was so difficult to leave. The location was incredible, but more than that, the service provided was unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff, Juanjuan and Xioaxia, were always so friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed. As we are not from China, there were quite a few things we did not know how to do or were unable to do without a Chinese phone number, but with Juanjuan and Xioaxia, we were able to navigate those waters. Do not skip out on visiting the whole property and experiencing all they have to offer! Every staff member from the bar staff, reception, waiters, etc were all so wonderful and kind. We are already planning our next trip back to this little escape.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and service was prompt even though we stayed at the 5th floor 2 buildings away. Room was big enough for 3 people and the breakfast had good variety. Pillows had a variety of soft to firm you can request. Bed was vlean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful, even gave each room mooncakes on mid autumn festival. They don't have irons to deliver to the room if you are the kind that irons your clothes on your trips. There is no supermarket in the Scenic area so bring your own junk food. the hotel is furthest from the tourist center by buggy ride, but the closest to the cable car centre if you look at the map. Not a big deal since most main attractions are near this hotel compared to others nearer the Tourist registration centre. There are restaurants around where you can buy daily necessities. Other than that, it's peaceful at night and you can't really hear the night shows depending which room you get.
