This hotel is really fantastic, and we had an incredibly wonderful time here! The hotel's facilities are top-notch. In particular, the clay (pottery-making) facilities are extremely well-equipped. There's a dedicated pottery studio, and we even have instructors who are masters of intangible cultural heritage to teach us. This allows us to fully unleash our creativity and experience the magic of high-quality kaolin clay coming alive under our fingertips. When it comes to painting colored glazes, it's as if I've transformed into a little painter, using colors to depict the beauty in my heart. The hand-wrapped wontons for breakfast are absolutely delicious. They're not only nourishing but also incredibly tasty. That's why we decided to stay here for three whole days. The environment is also superb. The ”venting bottles” (a special decorative feature) in the backyard have become my go-to spot for taking photos. The pictures I take there have a great ambiance. The koi fish in the pond are so much fun; they actually follow people around. The hotel is very close to the ancient street. It's just an 800-meter walk, and you can get there in a few steps. Wearing the hotel's cheongsams (traditional Chinese dresses) for photos gives off a strong vibe of the Republic of China era. I saw many young ladies wearing them. I'll definitely come back here next time!

Location is great and the view from luxe river view room is amazing! You can literally watch the light show from your own room at night. Walking distance to the water front park and the Teng Wang Ge pagoda is right across the river. You can access horizon lounge if you book this type of room. Coffee, tea and soft drinks all day. 2-5pm afternoon tea and happy hour from 5pm. Lots of choices of food after 5pm. Staffs are nice and service at the lounge is great. Lots of breakfast choices however the staff there seem to be a bit overwhelmed. Tables are not that clean to be honest and it’s a bit not appetizing.

We had an excellent experience at the Shanti hotel. If in town again, we would definitely stay here. Lovely view across the street to the lake. Room was spotless. We had no trouble at all using an international credit card. If desperate for food, there's a MacDonald's a short walk away.

Viajar en Zhuzhou es muy bueno en la ubicación! ¡No están lejos de la ciudad de Zhuzhou y la sola estación de trenes de Zhuzhou, y llegará por unos minutos de coche. La habitación está bien iluminada, limpia y brillante, el baño está seco separado y está muy cómodo. Hay calles de comida cerca del hotel, y la comida es muy conveniente para la noche. Really liked this room, although one thing I would say is if you’re coming to China in a hot month (I was there in September) and you get a room where the bed is up the stairs, the air conditioning doesn’t really reach up there and it’s still pretty hot while being nice and cool down by the couch tv and bathroom. But the staff were helpful and the cleaners came quite often to empty the bins and change the towels so that was awesome.

This hotel is at a great location. Facilities are nice. The room is large and clean, the service is also very good, overall I am very satisfied. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Reservamos dos habitaciones estándar en Huaixiu y una habitación con cama king-size en Ruyi Shijia. Ambas salas están en una buena ubicación, en la zona más concurrida del área escénica de Wunuzhou, muy conveniente para comer, ir de compras y ver espectáculos. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas. Los únicos inconvenientes son: en primer lugar, el fregadero es demasiado poco profundo y el agua salpica fácilmente; En segundo lugar, las mesas de noche en la habitación tamaño king de Ruyi Shijia son dos cosas huecas similares a taburetes con una superficie demasiado pequeña; En tercer lugar, en la habitación con cama tamaño king no hay sillas ni sofás, solo un sofá muy corto y un taburete. La experiencia de estadía es mucho más allá de lo esperado! El diseño general del hotel es un ambiente sencillo, el hall tiene un sentido de diseño y crea un ambiente cálido y cómodo. La habitación es limpia y limpia, sin ángulo muerto, los productos de cama son suaves y la piel y el baño se encuentra bien diseñado. El servicio de recepción es muy intimidad y es rápido para hacer el viaje y responder a las preguntas que rodean el viaje. Very bad experience from some of the members of the service. I wanted to have dinner and asked for a menu. Instead of providing the menu with transparent prices I was offered a main dish and was requested to pay over 280 RMB for it, when I rejected, and said Id rather take the buffet (for around 120) they again offered the dish, this time at 88, and said it had been a mistake. Clearly somebody had the intention to cheat me, maybe thinking I would not be able to convert into euro. 2) Instead of charging the dinner in the room upon checkout, they came to my room at 20.00 to get paid on that same day. I was already having some rest after a long day at work. The hotel is nice, but the way the guests are treated is not up to the categoru I would expect a much more professional treatmemt.. I am not.planning to come back nor recommend this hotel to anybody
