La señora nos ha sido tan amable que nos sentimos como si no tuviéramos forma de devolver la atención y la atención que nos prestaba durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación de esta casa es perfecta, ofrece unas vistas impresionantes del río y los campos alrededor de la ciudad. La habitación era muy elegante, cómoda con lindas ropas y toallas, buena temperatura y presión del agua, y se puede ver que había mucha atención a los detalles. Tenemos un problema con nuestro taxista no poder recibir nuestro pago debido a las restricciones internacionales de tarjetas y la señora fue tan amable de ayudarnos sin pedir nada en cambio, nunca olvidaremos. ¡También hablaba un poco de inglés que es muy útil! Esperamos volver y permanecer más tiempo. 💗🙏

Our stay at the Floral Hotel in Wuyuan was lovely and unforgettable . The family that owns and manages the homestay is extremely kind and attentive. As Europeans, we were very disoriented and had lots of requests and doubts. Lily, the daughter of the family, who speaks English, helped us in any possible way and never made us feel as if we were being difficult. Her mother cooks meals with ingredients straight out of her garden and with locally farmed meat. Thanks to her, we tasted the delicious wuyuan cuisine, with homemade recipes that are far from the stereotypical dishes we eat in Europe. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the Homestay is. It is located in a small village which might not be a ticketed scenic area, but it’s extremely charming and authentic. You wake up and walk by the river where women are washing clothes by hand in the water. The village feels frozen in time. The house was built by the family’s grandfather, and is the most exquisite building we have seen throughout our trip in China. Beautifully preserved, and every corner is decorated with taste and attentiveness, even the lighting in the room is carefully curated. We stayed in December, and if you are travelling in winter we recommend the smaller room upstairs. It gets much warmer than the bigger room on the ground floor. The room is a real gem, the bed is very comfortable and the small windows overlook the characteristic roofs of the village. We will always cherish our time spent here, and we will recommend the Homestay to all our friends who will visit China, I’d say it is worth coming to Wuyuan just to stay here.

La primera vez que tuve una mala experiencia, porque no hay muchos extranjeros que se queden en este hotel, sabían que la mala evaluación era mía. El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad, y el hotel es un hotel de gran calidad. La única cosa que pensé que era muy extraña es que reservaba el mismo tipo de habitación que la última vez, pero por alguna razón esta habitación no tenía un escritorio en ella. Por último, el personal del frente tenía una nota en inglés y chino preguntando sobre mi estancia y asegurándose de que estaba feliz. Sugiero que se convierta en una regla de personal para pedir a todos los clientes (tanto chinos SND extranjeros) que se queden para asegurarse de que todos están felices, y cualquier problema, grande o pequeño, que ocurra puede ser rápidamente reparado para las próximas personas que se queden.

This was a very weird hotel experience. Firstly, the staff is great and were very responsive to any issues I had. That being said, the hotel has seen better days. I changed rooms, but both rooms had very dirty carpets and bathrooms which had traces of molding on the silicone connections, and the windows were, in my opinion, small. The showers were clean, but the hairs were not removed for a long time, and the water drained very slowly. During my stay, I even saw a small gecko run across the bathroom... The AC unit is terribly loud too, and I couldn't sleep the first night almost at all because of it. I later got used to it, but it still gave me troubles during nighttime. On the third day, around 8:25, the cleaning staff barged into the room unannounced. Even though I was awake, this created an awkward experience... Later, when they came again, they only quickly knocked before coming inside again... The hotel's breakfast is minimal, and poorly prepared. I'd recommend skipping it, and getting something from the street in front of the hotel instead. The location of the hotel is good, being only a 5 minute walk away from the entrance to the Mount Longhu scenic area entrance.

Desde el primer momento, el personal nos brindó una atención sobresaliente. Fueron atentos y cordiales en todo momento, dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier necesidad que pudiera surgir durante nuestra estancia. Un detalle que realmente marcó la diferencia fue el upgrade a nuestra habitación, que recibimos como cortesía y agradecimos enormemente, pues contribuyó a mejorar aún más nuestra experiencia. Pudimos hacernos una foto con los trajes típicos de la zona que nos proporcionaron gratuitamente. También por último, agradecer la cordialidad y ayuda de Liu Jianfeng que nos ayudó en nuestra estancia. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaríamos para quienes buscan comodidad, desconexión y buen trato

What a great hotel to stay in! The place is hygienic and lies right in the middle of the village and is right next door to the Jinsha cable car. The public terrace in the morning offers a wonderful view of the Sanqingshan. There are plenty of food options available nearby. Literally less than a minutes walk and there are some fine eateries. Service was impeccable. The individuals at the front desk including the manager were extremely polite, professional and kind. I should mention that the room I originally booked had only a skylight for a window which I was fine with. But later I decided to happily pay for an upgrade for windows. I went to the front desk and told this to the two individuals working, the manager included (see photo) and we were delightfully told that we were to be given a free upgrade to a Standard Twin Bedroom which has big windows. I can only assume it’s because the staff and manager are kind and there were not that many guests staying in the hotel at that time. Regardless, I highly recommend the place.

La habitación es fantástica, te permite experimentar el encanto de un pueblo antiguo. Desde la ventana puedes disfrutar de las hermosas vistas de Huangling sin salir. La habitación es rústica y tiene mucho encanto, y cuenta con todas las comodidades. El gran salón de abajo es perfecto para tomar té, relajarse y charlar, mientras que en la planta de arriba puedes practicar caligrafía o admirar desde la ventana las montañas lejanas, los campos en terrazas y la vista panorámica de Huangling. Cada rincón de la habitación está decorado con mucho esmero, es muy tranquila y descansamos de maravilla. Si vienes a un pueblo antiguo, alojarte en una casa tradicional con historia como esta es imprescindible. La inmersión es total, te sientes transportado a la vida cotidiana de una familia noble de hace cientos de años, y las fotos quedan espectaculares.

We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

Location is great beside the cable car station. Service is acceptable. Hotel is new and still under construction, therefore was a bit noisy during day time with paint / bitumen smells in our area. The only thing I feel bad is, upon check in, the receptionist told us the rooms we booked was cheap and was to ”attrack the audience” (引流), and therefore she put us to, presumably, the worst rooms right beside the elevator, and told us it could be a bit noisy. At some point, I felt we were not welcome there but I appreciate her honesty in this respect.

En este precio, el valor absoluto de las cosas es más sorprendente que el fondo cultural histórico de que posee, al fin y al cabo, no es el que pueda vivir en cualquier lugar para los viejos con 300 años de historia. El jefe es entusiasta y generoso, la hermana de la tienda también es muy guapa, y la hija de la madre de la casa de la tienda también está satisfecha.Viva aquí la próxima vez.
