¡Todo está bien! Buena ubicación, parque cercano. A los lugares de interés se puede llegar a pie, ideal para quienes gustan de dar largos paseos. La habitación está limpia y cálida. Los techos son altos, ¡la ventana se puede abrir! La cena estaba incluida: era un menú fijo (primer plato, segundo plato y postre a elegir entre mastava o ensalada, pilaf, pollo, manti, cordero, brownie, tarta de crema agria). Todo es fresco y sabroso, las porciones son grandes. El desayuno también es bueno, hay verduras, carne, tortitas, papilla, etc. La piscina está al aire libre y está cerrada durante la temporada de frío.

El Khan Hotel está estratégicamente ubicado, casi en la zona pintoresca del centro de la ciudad. Las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas y limpias. El desayuno es rico y delicioso. La actitud de servicio del personal es excelente y le ayuda a reservar hoteles, comprar billetes de avión y tomar taxis. No se siente como si estuviera en un país extranjero. Es un hotel con un alto rendimiento en costos y vale la pena hospedarse. Si tengo la oportunidad de venir a Samarcanda en el futuro, definitivamente me hospedaré en este hotel nuevamente.

It is not up to a 5 star level for the below reasons 1) the facility looks new from the outside and superficially it is grand but the details reveal that this hotel is subpar, for example the gym facilities, the elevators, etc… looks like a standard holiday inn 2) the staff barely speak English and when you ask them something the attitude is mostly cold and unwelcoming, not helpful at all 3) the room facilities didn’t work most of the time, for example the shower buttons, the phone or the aircon 4) the breakfast selection is minimalist, with v limited varieties 5) the location is far from city center

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

Elegí el hotel por su ubicación. Es muy cómodo llegar a la ciudad de Samarcanda, ya que por la mañana y por la tarde hay atascos de tráfico en la ciudad. El hotel nos gustó por todo, empezando por su exterior. Hermoso tanto por dentro como por fuera. La habitación es espaciosa, ¡¡¡con dos!!! ¡Muy limpio! La ropa de cama y las toallas son suaves y blancas como la nieve. ¡La habitación huele limpia! El baño tiene un controlador de temperatura independiente, lo cual es muy cómodo. Para el desayuno: muchas frutas diferentes, una gran selección de alimentos, comida halal. Todo el personal fue muy atento, pero me gustaría mencionar especialmente al joven de la recepción diurna, no recordaba su nombre, para mi gran pesar. Porque su actitud hacia los visitantes es mejor que en un hotel de 5 estrellas: ¡la capacidad de respuesta y la orientación al cliente están en su mejor momento! En general, ¡todos los chicos son muy receptivos y profesionales! Un plus aparte es la cafetería abierta las 24 horas, donde hay una mesa con cargadores USB. El complejo de spa es bastante grande, pero no tuve tiempo de visitarlo. Aunque el precio del alojamiento incluye varios trámites!!! Sauna y sala de sal, por ejemplo. Me encantaría recomendar este hotel y definitivamente volveré. Otro punto importante, si llegas en taxi, debes marcar el hotel, porque hay otra ubicación en el mapa en la misma dirección. ¡Gracias al hotel por una maravillosa experiencia en Samarcanda!

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Great 3 nights stay at Movenpick hotel with all amenities. Very convenient and close to the Gour Emir monument (4/5mn by walk) and the Registan square (15/16mn). A lot of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as we didn’t book the hotel breakfast. As we are lazy to dine out, we enjoyed twice diners at the restaurant Caramelle (really juicy manti and tasteful somsa & soups) We tried the sauna (hammam was under reparation) and the fitness. We had pleasant drinks at the pool bar. So we can recommend the Movenpick hotel at Samarkand. And the room rates are very affordable for a 4,5/5* hotel.

Wir bereisten Usbekistan mit dem Zug und dieses Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Um in die Stadt zu fahren, nimmt man eine Taxi App. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Der Pool ist gerade im Juli absolut notwendig und schön erfrischend. Dort gibt es auch Musik und kühle Getränke an der Bar (faire Preise). Anders als bei Trip angegebenen gibt es auch schnelles WiFi im Gästehaus. Unbedingt sollte man auch das ägyptische Restaurant mit der Dachterrasse ausprobieren, wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit.

Instalaciones: La habitación era bastante grande para ser familiar, pero el desagüe del baño era pésimo, se desbordaba cada vez que me duchaba. El hotel es bastante anticuado, pero su ubicación es excelente, a menos de 500 metros de la plaza Kistan. Limpieza: Mi mayor queja fue la limpieza. Al registrarme, descubrí que no habían cambiado la ropa de cama. El personal de limpieza fue increíblemente perezoso; solo vino una vez durante mi estancia de tres días. Entorno: La primera noche, me molestó un perro que ladraba. Después de pedirlo, lo retiraron. Servicio: Lo mejor de este hotel fue el personal de recepción, que fue muy amable. El servicio de desayuno también fue excelente.
