El ambiente del hotel es bueno, la habitación es normal, está bastante limpio, pero no está mal. Me pareció que el ambiente público de los hoteles en Uzbekistán es bueno, y las habitaciones también, pero este hotel está cerca de un lugar pintoresco, así que aun así lo recomiendo. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. Tuvimos que salir a las 6 de la mañana el último día, y en recepción nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar. ¡Genial! Все понравилось, большие номера, чисто, комфортная температура, персонал вежливвй, а еще удоьео что близко от аэропорта. Завтраки вполне сытные.

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

Hotel situado a 10 minutos del centro de Bujara en coche , dispone de 2 piscinas , una exterior y otra climatizada abierta las 24 horas . Personal de recepción muy amables . Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. El desayuno adecuado es tipo bufffet, una buena opción si estás o vas a visitar Bujara

Пребывание в отеле было отличным, сервис очень понравился, на стойке регистрации Миршод пошел на встречу и сделал выселение чуть позже без доплаты, что с маленьким ребенком очень удобно. Также хочу отметить обслуживание бара, все оперативно и в лучшем виде, за длительное ожидание блюд самостоятельно убирали сервисное обслуживание из счета, что тоже было скорее удивительно. Сам номер продуман до мелочей, очень порадовало бесплатное гладильное оборудование, такого я нигде не встречала.

Для трехзвездочного отеля все в норме. Из плюсов: халаты в номере, хороший ресторан доступный с утра до ночи, хороший wi-fi, очень тихо) Из минусов: до старого города 20 минут пешком, идти неудобно, нужно пересекать трассы и спальный район. Постель большая, но неудобной я: нет наматрасника, плохие подушки, застиранное серое постельное белье. В душе нет напора, ванную набирать 3 часа.

Отель расположен не в старом городе, но на такси добираться достаточно близко. Немного шумно было от машин на улице (вид на город). Завтрак нормальный, разнообразный, была клубника, черешня, абрикосы в середине мая. Но заканчивалась яичница и каша. Нам было тяжело настроить телевизор, обращались за помощью к персоналу. Кондиционер работал х.орошо.басснйн хороший, новый.
