This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

Reservado a través de trip.com y el hotel de alguna manera borró la tarjeta utilizada por Trip para reservarla y recargó mi tarjeta... Los atrapé la primera vez que me inspeccioné cuando trató de recargarme y ella limpió... dijo que sólo $50 iría en mi tarjeta entonces para incidentes ...que lo hizo, pero luego de nuevo la mañana siguiente cuando estaba check-out, miré mi cuenta y me habían cargado de nuevo entero por la habitación... Eso ha sido 4 días y la tenencia todavía no ha caído... Eso es demasiado dinero para tomar de la gente En error para que tengan que esperar días para volver... Definitivamente no estar feliz y no volverá. Además, todo fue decente.

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno está bien y las habitaciones son limpias. Aquí están algunos detalles adicionales que quiero compartir con los huéspedes potenciales: El hotel está situado justo a una gran autopista con fácil acceso a la zona de centro, el aeropuerto y el interestado a otras grandes ciudades. Las habitaciones son grandes, pero son funcionales y tienen todo lo que necesitas para un corto o largo estancia. El personal es amable y útil. UUsuario invitadoI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our  wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards.  Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues.  I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!       Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service  by these two men!

KKonstantinThe hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day. Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel: ++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station. + The room was cozy and clean. + The room had a futon and a good desk. - Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by. -- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor. Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.

UUsuario invitadoNo frills hotel, meets the basic needs. First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on. By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did. The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine. The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton. Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby. For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet. We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

El personal del Front desk no estaba presente, dejó la información de la persona de inicio de check-in en la pantalla cuando comenzamos a inicio de check-in. Una de nuestras habitaciones dejó de funcionar el día antes del check-out y la otra dejó de funcionar para las habitaciones al menos alguna vez antes de las 8:00 en el check-out día, tuvimos suerte de que dejamos a alguien en la habitación cuando cargamos el coche. El baño sería muy ruido en el duche y se sentía como si las habitaciones estaban mal construidas. La habitación es muy agradable, el precio es bueno, el personal de limpieza de la habitación hizo un trabajo maravilloso, no puedo darles los elogios suficientes, las camas fueron muy cómodas y todo funcionó bien ahora. Me temo que mientras se desmorona el tiempo las cosas se rompen y no se reparan (hay una gran chipa en nuestro tubo), pero mientras las cosas son relativamente nuevas, debería ser un buen lugar para que alguien quiera explorar las Dells Wisconsin.

UUsuario invitadoMy adult son and I had to travel up to Rhinelander on the weekend for a funeral. There was also a sports convention going on , so all the hotels were pretty pricey including Cobblestone. Once I got over the price shock, we enjoyed the hotel very much. It was new, so clean, and beds were very comfortable. We had a room that had 2 queen beds, plus another area with a sectional sofa and another tv. I think any group with small children would have loved that room and the tv channels catered to kids! We didn't understand how the tv remote worked, so when I called the front desk a very pleasant young woman came up and showed us how it worked. Although that was wonderful, I think printed instructions by the tv would have worked and saved them some time! The breakfast was good....powdered scrambled eggs, but lots of other voices to go with it. There was a family restaurant right next door, but was only open for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely stay there again!
