We slept in everyday, so cleaning never managed to get in our room. The floor was filthy after the first day from sand and silt. The bathroom either didn’t have a fan or it was tied to one of the lights and was broken. The room was constantly humid and our swimsuits never really dried. The public areas were clean and well kept. There were a lot of families, most of whom were great. Eating breakfast to the sound of a girl being beat by her younger brother with a stick wasn’t fun on that one day though. The location was a two block walk from the beach and was quite close. Mostly what you’re paying for here is the location.

El tipo de mantenimiento sugirió que cambiara las habitaciones. Oh, chico, de vuelta a la mesa delantera! 2o cuarto - Unidad ruidosa a/c, cabeza de ducha goteando para siempre, asiento de baño libre, ningún jabón en el contenedor de ducha, baño sucio alimento - mediocre, jugo terrible, estación de café fue agradable pero muy lenta El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad.

¡Estaba muy contento con nuestra estadía! Teníamos un precio muy razonable en nuestra estadía, así que estaba un poco nervioso para ver el lugar y estaba tan feliz que decidimos quedarme aquí! El personal era grande, el hotel era limpio, y la ubicación no podía haber sido mejor! La única queja que teníamos fue que el ascensor se tomó para siempre y no estaba acondicionado, así que utilizámos las etapas que las escaleras tampoco están acondicionados. Tenía gente de mantenimiento pinturas habitaciones y puertas manteniendo el lugar a la vista agradable, así que se preocupan definitivamente por el aspecto y los huéspedes tan esperanzados que pueden ayudar esto en el futuro próximo... Miré un loco sobre lugares antes de reservar y leer ¡Revisas sobre cada uno, así que espero ayudar a alguien más con la certeza de que este es un gran lugar para permanecer! 5 estrellas!

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

Average stay with some areas that need improvement Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several areas that could be improved. The room was not as clean as I expected. I found dust on the floor and on the bedding, and there was also a strand of hair on the blanket. The bathroom, however, was clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The hot water also worked well. The staff seemed somewhat confused and not very organized during my stay, which made the service feel less professional. The breakfast was acceptable, but there was nothing particularly special or memorable about it. One thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the parking situation. There was a sign stating “Parking at your own risk,” which made me concerned about the safety of my vehicle while staying at the hotel. Overall, the hotel has some positives, especially the clean bathroom and basic amenities, but cleanliness, staff service, and parking security could definitely be improved.

El personal de la recepción fue muy agradable. Quería comprar una botella de agua, pero me dio una botella gratis. El desayuno estuvo bien. El tipo de hotel. Hay un parque de béisbol para mujeres cerca y más familias se quedan con niños los fines de semana. El aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno y el sonido de la calefacción es un poco fuerte, pero se desconectó antes de acostarse.

Nice comfortable entry and diving area. Good breakfast with hot food... pancakes, pork sausage patties, biscuits, and gravy plus all the other usual items. Clean but old looking rooms. Stayed in 312. Great hot water and shower pressure. All the toiletries are not filled. Coffee maker wasn't cleaned. Quiet through the night. Nice size fridge in the room and micro. Supposed to have hair dryer but none in the room. Lady at reception counter couldn't find one, which is hard to believe! She's not the friendliest person either. Phone in the room didn't work when I needed to call the front desk about the air-con. Could use more lights in the rooms. There's only two. Pool's been closed for repair. Laundry machines were also under repair so not usable. Prices should be reduced while items aren't usable. Call first to make sure you're going to get what you want from the listing.

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
