A newly opened hotel perched high on the hill — just 4 or 5 months old — where you can proudly say you were among its very first guests. Communication can be quite a challenge here, but the lovely lady at the front desk makes everything easier with her kindness and warm smile. She’s truly a gem. Not to forget the resourceful concierge lady as well. So sorry I never got your name! On the less pleasant side — I was charged for something I didn’t have. The hotel insists they didn’t, but my credit card statement clearly says otherwise. Hopefully, my money is being put to good use somewhere! :) Now, if you’re seeking an unforgettable experience — of the not-so-relaxing kind — head to the front desk and look for the younger guy with curly hair. If he tells you, “I got you a good room,” don’t believe it. And if it gets noisy outside and you can hear people talking, just close the window… except it’s already closed! :) Should you dare to raise an issue, you might be met with this gem of customer service wisdom: “This is a 5-star hotel. Do you know? You don’t know what 5-star hotels are like.” The outdoor pool opens to a beautiful sky and ocean view, though it’s partially blocked by wires and glass panels. Still, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind with 18 degree water - cold plunge truly! Thankfully, the Spa saves the story — it’s genuinely fantastic. The indoor pool is heated and beautifully designed, the private sauna and hamam are divine, and the massages are absolutely worth it. “Hassan” at the spa is wonderful and sweet. So yes, the hamam is five-star. The design and interior of the hotel, I get where it’s going too. The rest… I guess I haven’t been to too many 5 stars to speak.

The place is on TOP of a hill which means the views of the ocean are stunning, no doubt Personal in the hotel is very kind and professional. They speak English and Turkish. Breakfast is an extra (400 TL per person) and is kind of “buffet” options although they used Nescafé as coffee Room is very big (more like an apartment) and very clean with balcony and window and in the salon there’s a couch and it can be converted in a single bed 500 ml water and powder coffee as an amenity the first day Contras On top of a hill means you have to go up 20% inclination streets and reaching the place out of breath after 18 min climbing up (or take a taxi per 300 TL each way) although there’s a dolmus (mini bus) passing by I wouldn’t be able to reach one nor one of the days Water in the hotel is de-salt water which makes no possible to use it other than shower Internet is very weak and unstable (if you’re a nomad worker or use your laptop/phone as a tool this is not your place. It took me ages to upload videos (one while night and part of the morning) to be able to do that as the connection breakdown every 20/30 minutes

We had a wonderful stay at Avangarde Ilayda! Everything was perfect—the location, service, and especially our room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and truly amazing. It felt luxurious and comfortable in every way. However, the only downside was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. I requested it from the reception multiple times, but unfortunately, they kept forgetting to bring it, which was a bit disappointing. 🥲 Aside from that small hiccup, everything else exceeded our expectations. Would still recommend the hotel and would love to come back!

En primer lugar, el personal es amigable y atento. La ubicación es fácil de encontrar en la entrada de la cueva Zeus, y tiene un dolmus (minibus) que va a kusadasi jamás 30-40mins (coste 46tl (2024)). Los negativos - Las tazas de bebida son pequeñas, muy pequeñas, pequeñas tazas de plástico que entiendo es reducir el desperdicio, pero como invitado no quiero visitar la zona del bar 2-3 veces para aplastar mi sed. Nota las dimensiones de la cerveza parecen decentes, así que si no bebe alcohol no se molesta aquí. - Deseos de comida en todas las comidas son el mismo día en día, me gustan unos pocos, pero la variedad sigue manteniendo a los clientes felizes. - el entretenimiento se centra en parejas y la misma cosa sobre y sobre, así que también aquí no hay variedad. En general, tenía más expectativas, el hotel probablemente necesita una mejor gestión ya que el personal parece ansioso por ayudar.

Incredible! Ultra all inclusive done properly! So many restaurants to choose from, all with pretty amazing food! Service was great, even the valet was included. The beach was beautiful, 4 different pools to choose from, gym first class - honestly couldn’t fault this hotel or stay. Usually there is some sort of jobsworth receptionist in a hotel that tells you you can or can’t do something - this wasn’t like that at all. Everyone and everything was spectacular! We’ll be back again this year for sure!

La hospitalidad es mala. No tiene buena relación calidad-precio. La habitación estaba bien, pero no tenía vistas. Desde la habitación se veía un camión de basura en la calle, ya que la habitación estaba en la planta baja. Pedimos una habitación con vistas al mar, si estaba disponible. La persona de recepción nos dijo que había habitaciones con vistas al mar disponibles, pero que había que pagar 50 libras extra por noche. El desayuno estaba bien, pero no había mucha variedad. Te cobran un extra por el zumo de naranja natural, lo que es ridículo para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Room was very comfortable and the marina view is perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The staff were amazing – extremely polite and helpful. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but other guests mentioned it was very good. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, taxi stand, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and coffee shops. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite poor. However, we shared our feedback and the team received it positively. Thank you so much, DoubleTree – we look forward to staying again next time!

El hotel está situado a 15 minutos a pie de la playa de las damas, al lado del barullo centro de la ciudad. Todos nos gustaba, el único - sería bueno si se añadiéran más bebidas al desayuno, y entonces sólo hay té y agua
