Eso fue genial! Si hay una cosa que necesito para mejorar, es el servicio de restaurante. Las órdenes tomarán un tiempo para ser servidos incluso bebidas canas. Y no puedes decirme que es debido a la ocupación. Es un día lento cuando nos ingresamos, no muchos huéspedes alrededor. En general es definitivamente un gran lugar. Volvería. Recomendaria. Sólo por favor mejorar el servicio del restaurante!

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. Our stay at Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation in Davao was truly a memorable family experience and exactly what you would expect from a high-end 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and well thought out for both adults and kids. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful swimming pools, pristine beachfront, and a wide range of water and land activities that kept the whole family entertained throughout our stay. Dining was a highlight. Every meal was consistently excellent, and having an onsite Starbucks was a great bonus for those quick coffee breaks in between activities. Breakfast each morning was especially impressive — a fantastic spread with high quality options that set the tone for the day. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the team. Special thanks to Joshua and Clarise — with Clarise showing excellent management in complicated situations — as well as Dominic and Ralphe, for their outstanding service and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth, enjoyable, and complete. This is a place that delivers on both luxury and warmth — perfect for families looking for a relaxing yet engaging getaway. We will definitely be back in September.

La granja Pearl es como un paraíso. Todo es agradable a los ojos y al tobillo! Lechon está disponible cada noche. El personal es muy amable, acomodable y rápido para responder a cada petición. Mi única queja es su respuesta a los medios sociales, teléfonos y correo electrónico, que responden muy lentamente o nada. 1. He pedido una transferencia desde el Discovery Samal Welcome Center a su Marina Wharf. Dijeron que enviarán un camión a las 1:00 pero no había ningún. He seguido a través de viaje dot com mensajes, no respuesta. He llamado su número móvil, se rechazó! Nos apresuraron porque necesitamos estar en su caja antes de las 2 pm por su instrucción. Nada. Buena cosa podíamos pedir a la tripulación de Discovery Samal que nos llevara a Marina Wharf. 2. La transferencia de barco de la nave a la resort fue cancelada debido a grandes ondas. Entiendo. Se nos dijo que viajaríamos por tierra. ¡Rodeamos un camión, encajado para ser transferido por RORO (sí, la transferencia de barco) que nos llevó 2 horas de freaking justo para encajar!! La zona de la ciudad es un lugar donde se encuentran los pasajeros de la ciudad. ¿Estamos en un resort de 5 estrellas, pero no pueden hacer nada para que la espera/alineamiento en el RORO sea un poco más rápido?? Vi al conductor pagar 20/passenger por montar el RORO (no verificado). ¿No puedes pagar un poco más por una pista rápida o algo parecido? Idk! Sólo rly desilusionado bcos que viajamos con un 3 años de edad! Claro que les envié un mensaje sobre este e-mail y sí, no respondieron de nuevo. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

Ideal for families who just want to relax and stay in the heart of Davao City. Near major malls and beside the hotel is the ppark and durian museum. They booked us in the 3rd floor which is very accessible for kids to dive into the pool. Our breakfast was great, we encountered a minor incident but the kitchen manager handled it very well. We will definitely book again soon. The price deal was good also. Thank you, Apo View!

The location can not be even better as it is close to the People's Park, the National Museum, and the Roxas Night Market. Staying in the Royal Mandaya as a person who likes walking and running, this is such a great gem to find. It's clean and well maintained, and the amenities and even the food are top notch, for an even lower price. I appreciate my stay in this hotel so much.

The staffs are very accommodating. The place is aesthetically beautiful.

We had a great time at this hotel because the room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cold as well. The staff were polite and very accommodating. It’s just a 5-minute walk to SM Lanang Premier and other restaurants nearby. The Waling-Waling Café was spacious, and the selection of food was excellent. The breakfast was superb. Highly recommended!

I really like the place, the amenities are are nice and clean. Only the location but thanks it was a good experience to stay in Lamonique transient room.
