Eso fue genial! Si hay una cosa que necesito para mejorar, es el servicio de restaurante. Las órdenes tomarán un tiempo para ser servidos incluso bebidas canas. Y no puedes decirme que es debido a la ocupación. Es un día lento cuando nos ingresamos, no muchos huéspedes alrededor. En general es definitivamente un gran lugar. Volvería. Recomendaria. Sólo por favor mejorar el servicio del restaurante!

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.  The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property.  Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. Ha estado abierto durante mucho tiempo y nunca he tenido la oportunidad de venir aquí. De repente descubrí que el precio de las vacaciones es bastante bueno. Pero el muelle está demasiado lejos. Se tarda más de una hora en coche desde Davao. porque el barco es un poco caótico. No hay ningún orden. Siento quién es más rápido y quién llega allí. Pensé que era Dokdo, pero no me lo esperaba. He designado algunos hoteles en la isla, pero el La gestión de Dusit sigue siendo buena. Sin embargo, creo que Pearl Island no es muy rentable en comparación con el mismo período del año pasado. We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

It was our first to experience the Pearl Farm and it really exceed our expectation🥰 We had a great time staying at this resort the relaxation, the comfort of their food from breakfast to dinner with snacks and unli drinks, the peace given by the place we felt so well rested, and the staff were all nice and friendly especially to our toddler she really enjoys talking to every staffs she met. The best resort we've ever stayed and we couldn't stop talking how great the place and all people. Surely we will return and stay longer soon.

Ideal for families who just want to relax and stay in the heart of Davao City. Near major malls and beside the hotel is the ppark and durian museum. They booked us in the 3rd floor which is very accessible for kids to dive into the pool. Our breakfast was great, we encountered a minor incident but the kitchen manager handled it very well. We will definitely book again soon. The price deal was good also. Thank you, Apo View!

The service was great, the location was excellent, and the hotel buffet was quite good. However, compared to the luxurious and grand vibe of the lobby and common areas, the guest rooms were way too outdated. During my 7-night stay, hot water didn't work for about 3 days. Plus, they didn't provide Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was incredibly inconvenient as an international traveler. Personally, it felt like the hotel cares way more about its outward appearance than the actual guest experience.

I went with sister and friend. And we are please with service and location is in the center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, different variety every day. 24 hours front desk staff and security are a plus. I recommend this hotel.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

We had a great time at this hotel because the room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cold as well. The staff were polite and very accommodating. It’s just a 5-minute walk to SM Lanang Premier and other restaurants nearby. The Waling-Waling Café was spacious, and the selection of food was excellent. The breakfast was superb. Highly recommended!
