UUsuario invitadothey prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay

UUsuario anónimoThe beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall.

SSenioritaEmzIts not too bad, but its not great either... our room was very near to a mango tree where mangoes are falling to a roof of a house under it and its quite disturbing coz It sounds like someone throwing something to our window. The bathroom plug is not working as well once I plug it in, its so hard to pull it out. We always asked our room to be clean but it seemed they just tidy up the beddings but not really changed it. Also, my sister slipped om the wet floor right after she step out of the elevator and there was no safety sign that the floor was wet. But the receptionist is brilliant !

YYengBWe had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout our stay. One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression.
The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles.
For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around.
One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in.
The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

AAlliahkimMy girlfriend and I had a great stay in Via Appia, I love the place, staffs are great, they also have complimentary drink that you can upgrade with special turon for ₱150, it tastes unique with a twist. It’s a must try.
And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅
I love everything about this place, we’ll definitely come back 🥰

XXtinerysWas an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities you beed. Quiet. Cozy. They turn down service is spectacular and the attention to detail. Great time. Food was amazing and breakfast had so many good options. Would live to stay for longer next time and get more spa packages.

Todo en todo bueno pdn, ung beach naman ang habol más ung iba naman para mejora lang más ito na ung Hotel na mura Pero 💯% ang Beach front. Babalik pdn pronto!

GGerard MedinaThe room is quite spacious for its price, I had a great view of the citry on the 23rd floor. The area is well-maintained, the staffs are friendly and very helpful. It has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for morning walks and jogging. The clubhouse is huge and packed with many facilities and outdoor activities. The whole property is right in the middle of major hotspots if Tagaytay such as the Skyranch, Mahogany market, famous restaurants overlooking the Taal lake such as Bag of Beans, Rosario, and Starbucks. It's perfect for all kinds of travellers.

This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be.
What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Cess for always accommodating me so warmly—your dedication is a huge part of why the service here is so exceptional.
I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there.
While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward!
Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!
