We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

Was a nice place and a breath of fresh air away from the city buzz. Room was very clean and staff were very nice and accommodating. Mejo nakukulangan lang ako sa amenities, sana malagyan nila ng kids playground and/or pickle court, since booming ngayon ang Pickle ball, maganda malagay nila sa amenities nila and for sure dadagsain sila lalo ng tao. Saka sana magopen uli restos nila para di na need lumabas. But overal, happy with our stay, especially with the price. Will be back for sure!

Esta fue la reserva de última hora para mí y me alegro de que tuvieran una habitación disponible. La recepción era buena. Me asistió dos muy cortés empleados de servicio frontal femeninos. Sólo quería que también pudieran aconsejarme sobre la habitación que me ofrecieron, que aparentemente tenía una puerta en el interior de la habitación conectada a otra. Posteriormente, clarificaron y aseguró que no se habían ingresado los huéspedes. La habitación era muy espaciosa, limpia y no tenía olor indeseable. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero no se puede hacer nada.

Everything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. Other things were working fine. It's just the bathroom shower Lang sa room namin, di buo ung water na nalabas. Nasa isang side lang sya. But still working Kaya walang problema samin. Didn't expect din Na malakinang standard room. Babalik kami dito. 💓

We had quite a lovely stay on our first trip together to Antipolo and our first time to stay at Altaroca. We had a nice room, comfy bed and good food at the resort. I'm glad there was free barako coffee anytime you would want some. The property also had multilevel common spaces for guests to stay at. Staff are also accommodating and very nice. Some feedback for improvement though: 1) Room 105 needs a table inside the room. There is wasted space there that's best for a table or desk. 2) Please provide paper slippers inside the rooms if possible. 3) I don't know if many people would use the pool table given that there is a charge for that but I think it would be better if there was free use of boardgames, card games or darts so the room would be utilized more. Overall, it's a nice resort to stay at and quite comfortable. Hopefully we can go back.

The place was nice and good for family or barkada staycation. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Amenities are cool, they have play area for kids, teenagers, and adults. They also have warm pool!!

Pag nabook kau d nio maccontact ang property owner. Hahanapin nio nalang ung nagbabantay don pagdating nio. So sobrang lawak ng area medyo creepy. Pero pag goods na goods sya lalo na pag may pet kau. Malinis ang mga rooms un lang d ko alam anong issue pero Madaming office, restaurant, ang d bukas at inalikabok na kaya nakadagdag sa pagka creepy ng place. Buti nalang Madami kaming na book nung araw na un so nawala ung kaba namin. The second day kami nalang natura pero nawala na kaba nmin. Sobrang bait ni ate at kuya na tagabantay sa area 5/5. Kung kami tatanongin kung Babalik pa kami don ang sagot ko ay YES perfect sya if naghahanap ka ng place na tahimik. Nag disfrutar de su kami maligo sa nadar piscina malinis at relaxing.

I really like Pontefino, however, the lack of an elevator is a drawback. The rooms are large and the space is amazing. We did not make it to breakfast as we had plans and the second day the stairs/walk was a little much. Our place had ants, which was bad, but we were able to get through it as they did not attack our food or snacks. The room was large and ad a very nice balcony. I would stay here again, although I would wait for special rates as I feel we overpaid. Serv ice was good and I really feel for the employees who had to trek our luggage up and down those steps. Overall good stay with a few minor drawbacks. We had lunch at the restaurant, Pastorelli, I think it is called and it was very delicious.

We are an OFW family traveling with a child and senior parents, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The place is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids such as an indoor arcade, outdoor playground, and both a kiddie pool with play features and an adult pool. One of the highlights for us was the on-site farm—our baby especially enjoyed the horseback riding experience. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioning felt too cold and somewhat outdated, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The arcade area also lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable for our child. The farm could use better maintenance, as there was a noticeable smell, and some of the activities like feeding and horseback riding felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. The horseback ride itself was limited to a few rounds in a small circle, which may feel repetitive for adults, though our child still enjoyed it. We also noticed that the obstacle course was not well maintained, with some mosquitoes around the tire obstacles. The location is a bit tucked away within Tagaytay, and we found the roads somewhat confusing, which made it challenging to navigate at first. Additionally, dining options on-site were a bit pricey, so we opted to eat বাইরে at nearby bulalo restaurants, which were quite good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the family-oriented amenities, but there are several areas where improvements could enhance the experience further.
