NNanlaphatOverall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made a good impression from the start. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay.
However, I noticed that there were no power outlets near the bedside, which made it slightly inconvenient to charge my phone or other devices at night. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding bedside outlets for better guest convenience in the future.
Aside from that, everything was satisfactory. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

UUsuario invitadoThe breakfast really average, and if you come at 9 ish the food was empty, they won't top up the food, we usually go to 7 11 after having breakfast in the hotel because the food is not enough really pointless to having breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure why they forced us to having room with breakfast while they can provide enough food. reception Name Ann the only girl at reception really rude, love to yell and talk to you in the bad way, the worst reception I ever met in my life. Luckily the other reception name Thanakryt was nice and really accommodate. If its not for my brother skate training that just 3 min walk from this hotel we won't stay here. Also the staff having meals together with you in breakfast so with really small amounts of food you not just compete with guests but also with staff 🤣😂

And all foods and drink provided in out room are all halal which quite shocked me since this is my first time getting halal accomodation in bangkok. Services was all good and nearby to the mall ngamwongwan and lotus as well. Very big family room

La habitación era limpia y cómoda, que aprecié. La ubicación era un real evidencia proxima a todo lo que necesitamos, lo que hace que sea fácil llegar y explorar. Pantip y The Mall Ngamwongwan está justo alrededor del rincón. Si buscas una opción simple, no-frills en un lugar conveniente, esta es una opción sólida.

UUsuario anónimoMy stay here for 4 days was peaceful. All the amenities are nice and convenient. The room is nice and spacious. It has everything I would need. However, I am bothered with the daily housekeeping service. It was convenient that they have kitchen utensils and instant coffee every day. But the utensils were never properly washed during my stay. They either smelled or tasted like what I put in there the day before. It was disgusting. Also they are not changing the bin liners, only picking up trash. So I wonder what else they are not cleaning properly.
Front desk are also not very warm and friendly.

NNick001This is an old property, but the room was very spacious. There was a wardrobe, a TV, and a very large bed. The bathroom was also big.
However, the bathroom was quite old. Even though it had been cleaned, it still felt dirty. There were two types of showerheads — a large one and a small one — and the water pressure was strong. But while I was taking a shower, the showerhead suddenly came off and water sprayed all over the ceiling. The shower was very old and not in good condition.
The receptionist was polite and friendly. When I reported the issue, the staff listened, understood, and responded quickly. The staff also helped carry my luggage upstairs.

UUsuario invitadoThe palace was more like a small condo. Very dated and nothing flashy . However it had AC , fridge , tv , shower and modern toilet , security and cleaning service.
On the positive The location was close to 7/11 , temples , Big c shops , movies , international school and cosmetic hospitals only short walk or drive
One negative - no kettle
For the price I paid I think it was satisfactory .

RRollinggLa fábrica está cerca de Wong Sawang y Rama 5, secretamente un poco profunda para personas que no tienen un coche. Me gusta la zona central que está abierta 24 horas, hay comida para no ascensor. Buen sistema de seguridad Tienes la oportunidad de volver y permanecer de nuevo
