Stayed here for one night before an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable, view to the Airport and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is currently under renovation, but this was well managed with no construction noise at all. The free shuttle to the airport takes about 5 minutes, which makes this hotel very convenient for transit stays. Overall a pleasant, hassle-free stopover.

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien mantenido, muy bien mantenido, muy bien mantenido, muy bien mantenido, muy bien mantenido, muy limpio, fresco y agradablemente decorado. El hotel dispone de una zona de baño con baño completo y una buena presión de agua. El hotel está situado junto a un centro comercial, perfecto para comprar, y hay muchas grandes opciones de comedor cerca. Área para la mejora: El secador de pelo es muy pequeño y no muy potente, por lo que se tarda mucho tiempo para secar el cabello largo.

This hotel is right in front of the famous Kuching landmark - the 7 cats. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The toilet also comes with bidet and shower was good. Breakfast buffet was also good with a decent selection of Sarawak food as well. Nearby Carpenter street too! Overall even though its a little dated it is still a very good choice to stay.

The location is superb, walkable distance to Darul Hana bridge, India Street, Carpenter Street and Borneo Cultures Museum. Plaza Merdeka is right beside the hotel, you can go to the mall through hotel lobby. I love how comfy the bed is and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

¡Este hotel es el mejor hotel en el que me alojo en Kuching hasta ahora! El personal es realmente amable y agradable. Siempre tienen una sonrisa en la cara, incluso si nos registramos en el hotel a las 11 p.m. Lo que más me gusta de este hotel es el desayuno buffet! ¿Dónde encontrar un hotel que sirva laksa sarawak y mee kolok como buffet? Aquí lo sirven todo!!! Y la vista también es llamativa ya que tenemos la habitación con vista al mar :) pero las desventajas son que el inodoro solo tiene bidet y es bastante lento y la piscina está en el ala puteri, por lo que tienes que caminar un poco. Aparte de eso, ¡todo es increíble y asequible en este hotel!❤️❤️❤️

Nos alojamos dos noches en la Torre B para asistir a una boda. La habitación tenía una buena vista del río Rajang. Nuestra habitación tenía llave y bonitas vistas, mientras que vimos la habitación de un amigo en la Torre A, que usaba llave, no tenía vistas y un inodoro viejo (el agua se acumulaba fácilmente alrededor de la bañera y se derramaba en el inodoro al ducharse, lo que mojaba el inodoro). Nos proporcionaron una toalla de baño más fina. Aunque nuestra habitación solo tenía dos almohadas y no tenía tabla de planchar, el servicio de habitaciones nos la proporcionó gratis si la pedíamos. El hotel cuenta con una peluquería convenientemente ubicada en el interior, rodeada de restaurantes.

One of the best hilton stay in malaysia. 1. Just refurbish their interior 2. Room and corridor smells new 3. View from the room is excellent 4. Breakfast for local cuisine from my rating is abv 8/10. Western cuisine not much variations (3/10) 5. Food at the river view cafe i would rate 4/10, but their petit gateaux i would give it 8-9/10

The children’s pool with slides requires better maintenance, as insects were present. Parking is located quite far from the main area; however, buggy services are available and helpful. All staff members were very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious. Although we did not receive a full sea view—only a partial one—the scenery was still stunning. The ambience of the resort is very refreshing, with high ceilings and a breezy environment that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities available, and the resort is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Swimming is not very suitable due to strong tides, but the soft sand makes it ideal for children to play. There are two large pools: one specifically designed for children with slides, and another main pool where mini kayaks and floating flamingos are available for rent. The kids’ activity area is very creative, with games such as dam ular and various board games. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices, although I had a better dining experience during a previous visit for work purposes. Unfortunately, room service dining was not satisfactory—the fries were soggy, the fried rice was overly oily, and the carbonara was average. There was also some confusion regarding a 20% insider discount, as we were initially informed it was applicable, but later told that the discount was only valid at Horizon Café not in room service. They should explain better :( Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements—particularly in maintenance and food quality—it could be an even better experience.

La habitación está equipada con el baño esta vez. Desde que llueve fuera, tuvimos que sumergir 🛁 incluso ambos una bola de baño de bolas para usar. 🤣 Tempo bien gastado.

The room is spacious and the instructions for check in and check out is clear . Location is good . But the sound proof need improvement as we can hear the TV sound by next door when we sleep .
