Aunque el hotel es antiguo, la habitación es sorprendentemente espaciosa. El aire acondicionado es fresco, la cama es cómoda y todo está limpio. También agradezco que el baño y el aseo estén separados, lo que aumenta la comodidad. Sin duda, es una mejor opción que los hoteles en la zona de Jalan Padungan. Lamentablemente, solo me quedé cuatro horas, ya que mi vuelo se reprogramó para la noche; justo el tiempo suficiente para una ducha rápida, una siesta corta y luego me fui.

I was a bit disappointed with the hotel. The deco was like in the 80s. The room is old & need upgrade badly. The stain on sofa & carpet. The damp smell. The room comes with microwave and fridge but both out of order! The whole hotel a bit run down. Such a waste. But as credit I would mention that the location is good. The frontlines were very helpful & friendly. However, I won’t choose this hotel on my next visit.

¡Un buen lugar para permanecer! ¡Buen servicio del personal del escritorio frontal que respondió a nuestras preguntas con cara sonriente! ¡Cuando entré en la habitación, nunca esperar una habitación tan limpia con sólo RM70.65 por noche! También tiene un supermercado y una tienda de lavandería a la baja para la conveniencia de los clientes.

Nos alojamos dos noches en la Torre B para asistir a una boda. La habitación tenía una buena vista del río Rajang. Nuestra habitación tenía llave y bonitas vistas, mientras que vimos la habitación de un amigo en la Torre A, que usaba llave, no tenía vistas y un inodoro viejo (el agua se acumulaba fácilmente alrededor de la bañera y se derramaba en el inodoro al ducharse, lo que mojaba el inodoro). Nos proporcionaron una toalla de baño más fina. Aunque nuestra habitación solo tenía dos almohadas y no tenía tabla de planchar, el servicio de habitaciones nos la proporcionó gratis si la pedíamos. El hotel cuenta con una peluquería convenientemente ubicada en el interior, rodeada de restaurantes.

I stayed at Raia Hotel for a night before my interview at Bangunan Lee On, and it was an excellent choice. The location was very convenient, just a short drive away from my interview venue. I had a wonderful experience at Raia Hotel Kuching! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

The staff were welcoming, greeting us with refreshing drinks upon our arrival in the lobby. However, I was disappointed to find that we were assigned a room facing the kids swimming pool, lacking the promised sea view that was stated in my reservation. Apart from this, the overall stay was satisfactory.

Awesome hotel in the vicinity of waterfront. Clean rooms with modern amenties. Service was friendly and welcoming overall, with international standards. Gym is small but clean. Would highly recommend

The resort is too old which need to have a major renovation. It has been there for more than 30 years without now any upgrade. Most facilities are old and run down.  The Hilltop room is too far from the beach which is not convinence for senior people. Breakfast buffet is over charged and not value for money but their service is quite good and friendly especially two ladies work at Egg/noodle section. Should offer ala carte for those not wish to have buffet. Not much activities at the resort apart from enjoy the beach view.

A very clean hotel with great customer service at a very central location ... ~ 5-10 minutes walk to the Sarawak Museum, near to carpenter streets and also the river. Have a beautiful view looking over the Sarawak River and Astana / parliamentary house. It has a shopping mall connected it via level LG, G and level 4 where the cafe is located. Will definitely consider staying with Waterfront Hotel again in my next visit to Kuching.
