This hotel is right in front of the famous Kuching landmark - the 7 cats. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The toilet also comes with bidet and shower was good. Breakfast buffet was also good with a decent selection of Sarawak food as well. Nearby Carpenter street too! Overall even though its a little dated it is still a very good choice to stay.

The location is superb, walkable distance to Darul Hana bridge, India Street, Carpenter Street and Borneo Cultures Museum. Plaza Merdeka is right beside the hotel, you can go to the mall through hotel lobby. I love how comfy the bed is and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Decir que el lugar es un hotel de cinco estrellas es una exageración. decepcionado con el aire acondicionado, incapaz de enfriar la habitación al nivel deseable. Las comodidades proporcionadas no son adecuadas para una habitación familiar.

I’m in Sibu for a business trip and staying at this hotel for the first time. They provide secure parking with guards, so I felt very safe leaving my car here. The rooms are decent—not brand new, but well-maintained. I especially loved the buffet breakfast; it’s very spread out and delicious. If having a good breakfast is a priority for you, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were welcoming, greeting us with refreshing drinks upon our arrival in the lobby. However, I was disappointed to find that we were assigned a room facing the kids swimming pool, lacking the promised sea view that was stated in my reservation. Apart from this, the overall stay was satisfactory.

Hotel is near to Kuching waterfront and many tourist attractions around the Sarawak river.
The infinity Swimming pool will be the highlight of this hotel overseeing the Sarawak river
It is also the newest hotel in the area, so facilities wise is quite well maintained

WWeeThe hotel is nice and new. Room also good and spacious at this price. Comfortable stay. But during my stay, my room air-conditioning was happened in water leak. After the technician maintain, and leak again. Eventually they changed a room for me. The breakfast buffet is nice. Keep up the good job. Must stay in price competitive.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most spacious and well-equipped rooms I’ve ever booked within this price range. The room was exceptionally huge, offering more than enough space to move around freely without feeling cramped or cluttered. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or even with family, the room size can easily accommodate extra luggage or a few hours of in-room activities without making the space feel overcrowded.
One of the first things I appreciated was how clean and organized everything was upon arrival. The bed was neatly made, the floor spotless, and all surfaces dust-free. The layout of the room was practical, with the furniture arranged in a way that made the space feel both functional and cozy. The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after a long day. The pillows and blankets provided were also of good quality, not too stiff and not too soft—just right for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay.
Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays.
There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal.
Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed.
Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. For anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with all the essential amenities functioning as expected, I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

SsuekNot aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room.
Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner.
Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too.
Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

SSanty A.I chose Jinhold Hotel for a short trip to Miri, and it turned out to be a smart, no-fuss choice. Nestled in a quiet yet accessible neighbourhood, it offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience.
First Impressions & Location
The hotel makes a good first impression with its modern, clean exterior. Its location is a strong point. The Miri City Centre, Imperial Mall and the famous Waterfront are just a short ride away.
The Room: Compact & Comfortable
My Standard Room was compact but very well-designed. It had everything I needed:
· A supremely comfortable bed with quality linens.
· A powerful, quiet air-conditioner (a must in Miri's humidity).
· A large flat-screen TV with local and international channels.
· A clean, modern bathroom with an excellent hot rain shower.
· Thoughtful amenities like a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and free bottled water.
Services & Facilities
The service here is efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful fast with check-in/out.
· Free Wi-Fi: The internet was reliable and fast enough for video calls and streaming.
· Secure Parking: Available on-site, which was a major relief.

DDSLGI recently stayed at Pullman Miri Waterfront and booked an Executive Floor room. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with stunning views of the Miri coastline. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable. It offered a quiet and relaxing environment perfect to rest.
The real highlight was the Executive Lounge. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The lounge was beautifully designed and stocked with great refreshments throughout the day. Evening cocktail hour was a bonus offering a calm atmosphere to unwind.
Highly recommend Pullman Miri Waterfront, especially the Executive Floor, for anyone visiting Miri. I will definitely stay here again.

Despite coming on monsoon season, we still enjoy the view and swimming at the hilltop swimming pool. We were the only guest at the whole hilltop complex! It's a bit far from the main building where there's cafe etc but we enjoyed the quietness and the amazing view. The way to commute from our room the main building is either by the 24hr shuttle service or use the stairs downhill (beware only during the day and good weather)
Food at the restaurant was good, we went for dinner and breakfast. The price also was very affordable for a hotel standard, a dinner bill total was about RM100 for 4 person!

Staffs were all very helpful and well trained.
Overall good experience.
