Exceptionally surprised by how beautiful the resort was. The entire property was well-maintained, peaceful, and even nicer than expected. The service was truly top-notch — the staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights was the complimentary lounge access, which offered free snacks and drinks. It was a really nice touch and made the stay feel even more relaxing. The ocean view from the resort was also stunning and added to the overall experience. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were surprisingly affordable considering the quality and variety. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well worth it. The pools were just as impressive — clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

We had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically. Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks. Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan. A few pieces of advice to the management: 1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours 2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them 3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once. 4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care? 5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician 6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies. What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.

Cuando fui allí, me preocupaba si sería demasiado viejo después de leer las críticas. De hecho, fui. Para amigos como yo que no son muy exigentes, pensé que era muy bueno. Como hotel de larga trayectoria, La ubicación es absolutamente impecable. Creo que puedo escribir una guía sencilla para mayor comodidad en el futuro. Vayan, gente. Entorno: Vamos en Año Nuevo, que probablemente sea fuera de temporada, no hay muchos lugares para elegir para comer alrededor del hotel y por la noche está aún más oscuro. Simplemente seguí las luces y las antorchas en la puerta para encontrar el hotel, y afortunadamente el sabor no fue malo. Hay un Lawson en la puerta, que se ha convertido en nuestro centro comercial designado. Cuando nos perdimos una comida, compramos una lonchera en Lawson, que también estaba deliciosa. Transporte: Hicimos una excursión de un día alquilada, recorriendo todo el camino desde la calle Kokusai hasta el hotel. Cuando regresamos, tomamos el autobús de enlace del hotel de regreso a la ciudad. El autobús de enlace tiene un horario y se reserva con antelación por una tarifa. . El autobús lanzadera del hotel va desde la terminal al aeropuerto y pasa por la ciudad, nos bajamos del autobús a mitad de camino. Instalaciones: La habitación es bastante satisfactoria. Algunas puertas de los gabinetes se cayeron al tocarlas, pero aún así está muy limpia y ordenada. El mar en el hotel es hermoso, el mar de cristal y hay varias instalaciones recreativas. Incluso si fuimos en invierno , hacía demasiado frío y no jugamos. Los niños cavaron en la arena. Lo malo es que cuando miras las fotos se ve que las camas se pueden armar, pero no se pueden armar en el sitio. Además, la ubicación del piso de la habitación reservada por Ctrip no era muy buena.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

Esta fue mi segunda estancia en este hotel y lo recomiendo. Sin embargo, también tiene muchas desventajas. Primero, el servicio es mediocre. Algunos empleados son perezosos y tienen una actitud pésima; solo se movían después de recibir tres patadas. Además, durante el check-in, me observaron con mis maletas y bolsos, sin ofrecerme ninguna ayuda, y luego me hicieron firmar documentos. Podía oír todo lo que decían los vecinos; ¡parecía que estaban pegados a mi oído! Además, mucha gente ha comentado que las habitaciones son demasiado luminosas, y es cierto. Por la noche, la luz exterior da directamente en las ventanas, principalmente porque las cortinas son demasiado transparentes. Las ventajas también son obvias: la playa es preciosa, con la mejor arena de Onna Village. Las zonas comunes del hotel son estéticamente agradables, con plantas y flores bellamente dispuestas. La selección del desayuno es regular, pero el sabor es aceptable. Hay un puerto pesquero cerca y varios restaurantes justo afuera, que ofrecen una amplia variedad de comida deliciosa. Una excelente opción en Onna Village. Quienes no se preocupen por los hoteles más antiguos y consolidados deben tener cuidado, ya que tiene más de cincuenta años. Sin embargo, ¡está muy bien mantenido! Además, las habitaciones no tienen alfombra, así que hay menos polvo. En resumen, Enna Village es la mejor opción de alojamiento. Si prioriza la habitación y la decoración del hotel, puede elegir el de Montreal, al lado; el interior es mucho mejor, pero la playa es regular. Si prioriza la calidad de la habitación, elija Montreal; si prioriza la playa, elija este lugar.

Hotel moderno y limpio a 13 minutos a pie del metro. El viaje en monorraíl desde y hacia el aeropuerto solo tomó 11 minutos con 10 minutos de intervalo. El desayuno buffet era delicioso y tenía muchas opciones, excepto pan. La piscina y la sauna (de pago) eran muy agradables y tranquilas. El wifi funcionaba bien y también la ducha caliente. La cama y la almohada estaban limpias y eran cómodas. Lamentablemente, no se proporcionaron botellas de agua, pero hay una máquina expendedora disponible en el primer piso. También había bicicletas disponibles de forma gratuita. ¡El personal puede comunicarse en inglés! Hay una panadería cerca y 711. Realmente no vi muchos restaurantes alrededor y la calle era muy tranquila y no había muchas tiendas.

Más que la idea de la actualización de las instalaciones medias, además de playas privadas, para actualizar gratis en otoño, hay varias opciones de restaurantes para el desayuno del hotel, hay muchas clases de platos, una amplia variedad de actividades marítimas son adecuadas para una gran finidad, hay algunas zonas de excursión gratuitas que pueden ver diferentes criaturas marinas, ¡Los niños se divierten!

superb view of fireworks and american village. just beside the american village. The room is very big and pretty. only issue i have is i dont know why no plate or utensils is provided. There is an induction cooker but there is no way to cook since there is no pot and pans. Aeon Supermarket is 5 mins walk away.

Hay muchos insectos en las cercanías con más hierbas. Hay algunas redes de malla en la habitación del hotel  Antes de dormir, se encontró que había insectos en la cabeza de la cama, y la sola cama tenía una espuma amarilla  La noche más insectos no pueden usar la piscina es un poco desagradable  Sugerir que el hotel pueda proporcionar algo que expulsa insectos El precio del hotel no es barato, la ubicación geográfica no es conveniente  No puedo imaginar que nadie pueda ayudar a llevar el equipaje a la habitación después de la entrada. También hay menos opciones para el desayuno Si diez puntos son suficientes, el precio es sólo seis puntos.
