We stayed 1 night at Kusatsu Onsen hotel village. It's indeed a resort which offers many activities (table tennis, bowling, game arcade etc.) and a separate spa center with swimming pool and sauna. We didn't bother to step out the hotel until we had to leave Kusatsu. The dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious too. There is shampoo and bathing tools for babies in the ladies bath. I believe it's suitable for family with young children.

The hotel is very popular among the Japanese traveller. Lots of Japanese with very limited foreign traveller. The communication can be a bit difficult at the hotel. The room were cleaned but there is limitation of daily cleaning of the room. They only take trash out and change towels. The policy is to clean the room every 4 days. When the hotel is fully occupied, there is a problem with the scarcity of hot water. We have to wait for hot water to be reproducing 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. The buffet is very crowded and the food are pretty much the same for all 3 nights we stayed for both breakfast and dinner. Our highlights are the crab and the beef station for dinner and the live onigiri station for breakfast.

All staffs are very good. I could feel they were hard working in order to provide their best service. Saha running around every-time when we needed assistance or some information but limited English from other staffs. Dinner and breakfast are not premium but worth for what we paid. Walking distance to everywhere in this little town.

11月の三連休を利用してお伺いしました。 宿泊前日だったけど予約が取れたのはラッキーでした。 しかし伊香保の観光スポットから少し外れた場所のホテルだったのでシャトルバスに乗れないと徒歩は大変かな？ 距離的には徒歩10分位で石段街に着くのですが、結構坂道がキツいです（タクシーにも歩いて行けますって言われました） シャトルバスもホテル玄関直付は無く時間も18時過ぎには無くなるので石段街や河鹿橋の夜景が撮りたかったですが、外は寒く坂道で断念しました。 楽しみの温泉は地下の岩風呂と3階の大浴場が有ります。 岩風呂は時間制で男女が入れ代わりますが、男性はちょっと入りにくい時間が多いです、夜は20時位まで、朝は8時30分からです（それ以外は女性になります） チェックイン17時で18時過ぎに晩御飯食べると岩風呂に入るタイミングが無く朝の出立でバタバタしている時に入るのはちょっと残念でした。大浴場は清潔で良かったですが… 夕食はブュッフェ、朝食はバイキングでした。 ブュッフェは蟹が有りましたが、水っぽくて身も少ない。 お寿司も回転寿司レベルかな？ その他の料理やお肉は美味しい物が多かったので残念。 あと飲み放題が有れば嬉しいかな。 朝食のバイキングは大満足でした！どの料理も美味しいです。 お部屋はツインでしたが清潔で内風呂に小さいですが檜風呂！ テレビで各施設の混雑状況が分かるのは良かったです。 従業員さんも皆さん丁寧な対応でしたが、昔のおもてなしを期待するとガッカリする方も居るかな？時代ですよね。 総合すると少し残念が目立ちますが、満足出来ました！

2回目の利用です。 みなかみで家族のスノボ旅行で利用しました。 水上駅からも近く、旅館から30分以内くらいよ距離に行くつかゲレンデもあるので、いろんなゲレンデに行けて楽しいです。 いろんな温泉も楽しめて、夕食のバイキングも美味しいので、子供たちの中でNo. 1旅館です。カラオケや卓球、貸し出しボードゲームなどもあり旅館内でも楽しめます。 また利用したいです。

非常好的温泉酒店，一泊二餐，非常划算。早晚餐都是自助餐，自助餐琳琅滿目，非常好，特別是有經驗的牛排還有鮮榨橙汁（當場榨橙汁），還有先做的香蕉奶昔。晚上還有日式民族歌舞表演，還有可愛的草津紀念品非常卡哇伊，很難忘很喜歡很滿足的一次旅行，還有房間自帶的温泉，一直保持38度水温，當温泉水位下降時會自動加水，最經驗是房間的備品是高絲高端洗護髮用品，還有高端電吹風和麪部洗護用品化粧水、潤膚露、沒發產品等等，還有和服備品好幾件。另外預訂室內風呂房間可以下午2：00-7：00享受行政酒廊待遇，還能泡新開的別館VIP温泉，基本就是包場了，非常nice

温泉と お部屋から川を見下ろす景色が好きで、二度目の宿泊でした。大浴場が１階と２階 二つあるので、混むこともなく ゆっくり入れます。 お部屋は 和室にベッドで広く バス トイレ付きで快適でした。ただトイレの流れが弱いのが気になりました。 全体的には、朝食も美味しくてこの料金は安いと思います。 富岡製糸場にも車で二十分と近く 、軽井沢もすぐなので、中継宿泊にお勧めのお宿です。

It’s a perfect getaway from the city. The outdoor onsen was one of my favourite. The best part of this trip. The room was spotless and the staffs were very nice.

El personal es amable y cortés, la habitación está limpia, la cena y el desayuno son muy buenos, especialmente la olla de tofu para el desayuno. Las aguas termales al aire libre son un poco pequeñas, pero el calor es moderado.
