Wonderful modern hotel in the centre of Athlone with all the conviencenses... Excellent staff and great Bar.. Wonderful selection of food and fruit this morning for breakfast

An excellent hotel, with first class facilities and a beautiful location sitting alongside a lake. My room was beautifully maintained with spotless furnishings and the bathroom was pristine. The food was also exceptional with both the breakfast and evening meal of superb quality. I would recommend the Bloomfield House Hotel to anyone wishing to stay. It's perfect.

3 star at most. The staff are lovely and helpful. Check in was smooth and welcoming. We arrived very late so went straight to room. The TV had sound but no picture. The bed squeaked at every move. We only stopped over one night which was fine. The breakfast was good. Had it not been for an urgent family event I would not have paid that price to stay.

Confusion about booking all sorted at the time then on leaving ask to pay 200 +euros..???. Other receptionist said it was ok

Amaba este hotel era muy tranquilo pero tenía zapatos y caminar alrededor con el autobús llamado a la ciudad en 5 minutos a pie
