El hotel está muy bien y muy bien situado. Es sólo que el parque de estacionamiento es insuficiente, Como los visitantes de vehículos privados también necesitan asegurar el estacionamiento, no calor ni lluvia.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

Location good.we enjoyed stay horizon hotel with the comfortable bed.the television network not good please update. The doors also cannot lock properly

La habitación es amplia y los precios son razonablemente baratos para el tipo de suite. El hotel está en una zona de aparcamiento muy tranquila, pero no se puede encontrar un lugar en el hotel. Si usted está alojado en el hotel, asegúrese de entrar por la puerta izquierda con la barrera, y bajar directamente al sótano.

El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable alrededor de la piscina. Las habitaciones están bien, pero no hay mantenimiento (la puerta del gabinete estaba amarrada y las fachadas estaban perdidas ...y otras cosas como ésta ). The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not so good .

Es una habitación limpia y agradable, pero mi habitación estaba en el rincón y cubierta por una pared, así que no pude ver la vista, Feedback: es mejor establecer un secador de pelo para que se vea y se sienta más completo, completa instalaciones muestran el valor de una buena propiedad

The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

Holiday Inn has a very good location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the gym and swimming pool, which are well maintained. It is a great choice for a family vacation, and we truly enjoyed our stay
