La vista es grande. La habitación es limpia y espacial. Hemos jugado al cayak, al snorkeling y alimento de animales. Los niños son felices.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bukit Randu. The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a King Room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, the grass and plants outside had grown quite tall, partially blocking the view from the balcony. The hotel facilities were generally well-maintained and in good condition. One thing to note is that the swimming pool and gym are located in a different building, so guests need to walk outside to access them. During my stay, it was raining, and unfortunately the umbrellas provided by the hotel were not in good condition, which made the walk less convenient. What really stood out was the excellent service. Shortly after check-in, the receptionist called my room to ensure that the air conditioning was working properly and cooling the room as expected. They also asked if I needed any assistance, which was a thoughtful touch and demonstrated genuine care for guest comfort. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a very good experience. The friendly and attentive service, comfortable room, and good facilities made for an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Bandar Lampung.

Todas las instalaciones son buenos productos y funcionan bien. También nos disfrutamos del tiempo haciendo el baile y nadar en la piscina. El desayuno era rico y saboroso con muchos de mis snacks locales. Me alegro mucho porque me dirigí hasta Jakarta y me cansó y me permitió estacionar cerca del lobby que es mucho. Het hotel was redelijk snel gevonden. Restaurant voor ontbijt was erg klein, waardoor veel mensen moeten wachten tot dat ze aan de beurt zijn. Parkeer plaatsen is een Krim, wordt dubbel geparkeerd. Teveel auto’s en te weinig parkeerplaatsen!! We waren 2 nachten, genoeg. Personeel was wel aardig. We hadden kleine slaapkamer, maar er bestond ook een dubbele slaapkamer helaas vol.

I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

Overall is good :) The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is superbb (enakkk sekali)

I requested a QUIET ROOM, because my husband is a light sleeper, and he get sick easily if he doesn't have enough sleep, but the whole night has been a nightmare cause the roof above us is so noisy, sounds of people walking, and jumping, furniture moving, were very obvious and my husband call the receptionist and he PROMISED TO CHECK AND GET BACK TO US, but no one call us back until we checked out. The lady receptionist hand us the key with one hand and no smile, i think its very important to learn about basic hospitality code especially for the front desk staff. How ever the room is very very comfortable and the location is excellent.

Absolutely loved this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, stylish, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is perfect, within walking distance to main attractions. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

3 star hotel with quite location. Room is quite big, quite clean. A bit far from city centre and restaurants. Nice for good sleep.

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..
