El hotel está muy bien y muy bien situado. Es sólo que el parque de estacionamiento es insuficiente, Como los visitantes de vehículos privados también necesitan asegurar el estacionamiento, no calor ni lluvia.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

No hay ascensor ni escalador para el segundo piso.. escaleras.. cansado de subir La piscina es sucia .. es como si nunca se limpia .. negro y muchas hojas Para la habitación está bien

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable alrededor de la piscina. Las habitaciones están bien, pero no hay mantenimiento (la puerta del gabinete estaba amarrada y las fachadas estaban perdidas ...y otras cosas como ésta ). The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not so good .

the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

Para la higiene, no es malo, hay sólo una pequeña parte del baño, pero todavía es cómodo usar. La casa de baño es un lugar muy complejo, porque la casa de baño es de un solo tipo, una habitación es de dos camas. Creo que la matriz puede ser esquecida y hecho 1 pero no puedo 🤭 si los otros son buenos, el desayuno es delicioso.

Amazing selection of breakfast. Room is new, clean, neat and tidy Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning. Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag) Definitely recommended and will stay here again.
