la piscina era buena, las normas se aplicaban adecuadamente localización buena, no una zona ruidosa concierge fue muy útil con nuestra situación de equipaje y dejemos saber que podíamos comprobar con antelación si somos miembros de IHG

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel no es el mejor. El hotel está en una habitación de familia, pero el sofá para los dos niños era casi lo suficientemente grande y se ahogó en el centro, lo que significa que los niños se mantuvieron rodando al centro. La pequeña piscina estaba cordonada y las cuecas de piscina no tenían cue tip, por lo que no podíamos jugar con ellos a pesar de haber puesto nuestro dinero en ella. Tienes que reservar una hora de nadar (algo que no me di cuenta hasta que llegamos a la piscina) así que de nuevo decepcionado y tuvo que presentar un plan alternativo. El desayuno era delicioso, aunque mucho más barato si se reservaba la noche anterior - algo que yo estaba atento hasta que me lo pregunté.

Excellent location just off the motorway. Spa / pool / gym are great to break up the day. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely. Bar & grill could do with a change of menu. Food choice and standard are both poor. The price also being expensive for what it is. No one asks if everything was ok with any meals. Frequently cold meals / parts of meals. Breakfast buffet was not the best and the hot selection was poor in taste & quality. Not worth £10. I would stay again but order food in or bring food with me.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El hotel está muy bien, está muy bien, está muy cansado, necesitaba una actualización/fijación, porque se perdió un portapapeles y la ventana estaba peeling, pero de lo contrario era agradable. Algunas de las calles estaban un poco oloroso por alguna razón, hay plug-in para tratar y cubrir esto pero no parecían hacer mucho. No tenía comida, así que no puedo comentar

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

Poor customer service. There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us . Room only ok, lots of dust in the bathroom ventilation vent
