Great staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.

Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with  Gerry!  We laughed and told stories and honestly  I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee.  I hope you can keep him!  We will be back!

Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day. The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday. We would definitely return when in the area.

El hotel cuenta con transporte conveniente y estacionamiento conveniente. Aunque está cerca de la carretera, es tranquilo. Las instalaciones están desactualizadas y el tapón de la bañera está roto. Solo se puede considerar que se las arregla. .

He vivido en este hotel antes. Actualmente estoy en proceso de renovación. Aunque la habitación está bien decorada, es mucho más luminosa que antes, pero la higiene no es muy buena. La encimera debajo del lavabo del baño está sucia y la cerradura de la puerta de la habitación está polvorienta. . El restaurante está en obras, por lo que no se puede comer. El problema es que, en este caso, el precio de la habitación no ha bajado en absoluto, lo que tiene mucho sentido.

Me gusta ir a este hotel lugar muy limpio y muy cerca de varios servicio restaurante centro comercial cerca de la autopista cerca de hotel muy tranquilo como hotel no ruidoso y muy bueno servicio en Niveles del almuerzo. Almuerzo muy variado y delicioso. Recomiendo el Holiday Inn Express.

Déjeuner, Chambre et personnel incroyable! Par contre beaucoup de monde dans les petites piscineet glissade d’eau. Et aucun parent ne surveille leur enfant. Nous avons du nous abstenir de baignade le jeudi soir à cause de cette raison, car notre fille c’est faite glisser dessus par trois garçons plus vieux

La experiencia fue maravillosa. Pensé que estar en el aeropuerto sería molesto por los aviones, pero no en absoluto. El servicio era excelente. Me caí mi café en el ascensor. La habitación está bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. La habitación era muy moderna y el decor era agradable, muy limpio y el personal era muy amable.

Lobby and food area very nice and clean, well stocked with fresh breakfast items, good variety. Coffee and hot chocolate available is very nice. Breakfast Girl keeps area very clean. Staff was attentive and friendly, asked if we needed anything. Renovation going on, pool closed. Rooms are in need of serious updating, we stayed last year at this time and still dated and used. TV/dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, cardboard holding up one side under leg, bathroom cabinet was worn, toilet seat moves side to side. Room temp was comfortable. Hotel is in a convenient area, close to all local highways, good foods, fast and sit down.
