El hotel está situado en el centro de Liverpool, cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas y centros comerciales. Muchas atracciones famosas, como el Liverpool League Ground y el Museo Marítimo de Liverpool, se encuentran a poca distancia. Además, hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca del hotel, que ofrecen una variedad de comidas y bebidas para que los viajeros disfruten durante su tiempo de descanso. En segundo lugar, las instalaciones y servicios del hotel son excelentes. Sólo el bar merece la pena el viaje, una conversión tan hermosa. Tuvimos una estancia encantadora para el cumpleaños de mi pareja y pusieron un globo y chocolates, ¡qué dulce! El servicio de recepción fue excepcional. Lo único que diría que es una pena es que tienes que pagar 30 libras por persona si deseas visitar el spa/piscina, lo cual, para ser sincero, era encantador, ¡pero no 60 libras! En general, fue una estadía fantástica, me encanta que la salida sea al mediodía y eso nos dio la oportunidad de disfrutar de un delicioso desayuno en la planta baja. ¡Gracias por la experiencia!

Awesome service and hotel. Friendly staff, great food and the pool and spa were great to use also. Would highly recommend and stay again!!

Good hotel if you want guaranteed peace and quiet nights stay. The price is high especially at weekends. I’m happy somewhere cheaper for one night.

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

Beautiful location, lovely hotel. Staff were helpul and friendly. Nothing was too much of a trouble. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is amazing and the treatments were reasonably priced. Food was very good. Would reccommend and would stay there again!

We arrived at the hotel after 10pm having drove from London, it was my seven year old daughter and I. On check in we weren’t given any sort of induction and just given our room key. Our room was spacious, but had a few carpet stains and smelled musty. We had asked for a quiet room but was placed next to a conference room on a main thoroughfare. We also had a courtyard at the back of our room with people drinking and smoking of an evening. We had to ask for a pass for the pool which wasn’t provided at check in. Breakfast was okay but not as good as The Holiday Inn and other than Tony the staff were miserable. On checking out I spoke to the manager about the noisey room and he offered a free nights stay. I worked at the hotel 1998-2001 and it has been upgraded since and is fairly nice. However noisey rooms is the main issue.

El hotel de la aldea en Bromborough era enorme, gran personal y muy limpio. El dormitorio que teníamos era enorme y tenía 2 camas dobles. Grande baño grande.. definitivamente nos quedaríamos de nuevo

The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor. I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.

Location & car park 🚗: This hotel is in a central location and can be accessed from the road that leads in and out of St Helens. There is a car park with lots of spaces. It is free for guests but make sure you register your registration using the touchscreen in the reception area. Room 🛏: The room was a decent size and had tea and coffee making facilities. The bed is comfortable although the pillows were a bit soft for me. The air conditioning worked really well which is always a positive ❄️. The room had everything you'd expect: TV, fridge, safe, iron etc. The room was totally silent and I couldn't hear any noise from outside. Restaurant 🍽: I only accessed the restaurant for breakfast which was a buffet with hot and cold choices. Not the most extensive menu options but the hot food was cooked very well, was warm and fresh and if you like a cooked breakfast is worth paying for.
