We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

El hotel está muy cerca del mercado de Slough y a 5 km del mercado de Windsor (fui allí a pie). Si te gustan las vistas naturales y los ríos, hay muchos lugares para disfrutar. Probablemente el mejor hotel que hemos estado trabajando en casa cada fin de semana y nos quedamos en un hotel de ocio cada fin de semana, todo brand nuevo, jacuzzi era inreal, la habitación de vapor podría haber sido más caliente, la sauna era 100c que era hermosa, nunca vio uno tan caliente, El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado.

Con el fin de llevar a los niños a la escuela cercana para una entrevista, se quedó una noche, por lo que no hay mucha demanda para el hotel. Las instalaciones de la habitación son generales, las camas están juntas, no son muy cómodas, la salud está bien, el desayuno es demasiado pobre, ¡la sensación general no es aceptable para las vacaciones! La decoración de la recepción es buena, cálida y elegante.

Hotel muy bien situado para la autopista y para la estación de Newbury. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y el servicio recibido desde el momento en que llegamos del personal muy amable y útil en la recepción. El hotel está muy bien, con una gran variedad de comidas.

El desayuno es igual a todos los días, comiendo rápido, la cama sola tiene un lío. Cuando los amigos me llevan al hotel en el Reino Unido 🇬🇧, estuve examinando los problemas de salud del hotel. Cuando miré el pelo en la cama, tenía polvo. Quiero quejarme por primera vez, pero los amigos dijeron que no lo habían hecho. El tercer día del día siguiente sigue siendo, Estoy casi loco, y después de que el servicio de clientes refleje Trip.com, el personal del hotel se pusieron a buscarme el toallas, no pudieron darme 😰

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

Travelled with my 2 youngest kids for the WE. Very friendly staff. Clean hotel. Great pool ! Breakfast was also good and the kids enjoyed it a lot. Surprised by the space in the room. Very central as Reading high street is 50m from the hotel. I’d definitely come back.

El hotel ABC mantuvo los estándares de limpieza, pero el tamaño de la habitación era menor de lo esperado. El hermoso decoro compensaba las limitaciones.
