La habitación era muy buena y el personal era amigable y eficiente. Sólo la primera noche no podíamos disfrutar del spa, pero esta cuestión fue fijada por la mañana siguiente. El desayuno fue bueno, la cena fue muy agradable y en general nos disfrutamos de nuestro viaje. Gracias

El alojamiento es normal para el precio pagado. Es básico, pero la propiedad y los alrededores son buenos y están bien mantenidos. Mucha vegetación y amplio aparcamiento. Tiene encanto y grandeza de antaño, pero las habitaciones parecen más bien barracones militares o albergues. ¡¡De esas!!

Probablemente el mejor hotel que hemos estado trabajando en casa cada fin de semana y nos quedamos en un hotel de ocio cada fin de semana, todo brand nuevo, jacuzzi era inreal, la habitación de vapor podría haber sido más caliente, la sauna era 100c que era hermosa, nunca vio uno tan caliente, El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado.

We stayed here for a diving competition locally and can’t fault this hotel for value for money! The room was a decent size and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was decent enough and lots of choice. The staff were very attentive and I can’t believe we only paid £58 for the 3 of us with breakfast included! And there’s a pool, gym and sauna included in that price! Reading town is a bit rough but if you need to be central it’s right by the high street and town centre, so very easy

El hotel ABC mantuvo los estándares de limpieza, pero el tamaño de la habitación era menor de lo esperado. El hermoso decoro compensaba las limitaciones. Aunque la ubicación estaba un poco lejos de las principales atracciones, no fue difícil de encontrar. Adecuado para los que valoran la limpieza y la estética, pero consideran alternativas para alojamientos más espaciosos y una ubicación central.

La decoración de la recepción es buena, cálida y elegante.

Lovely comfortable hotel, only drawback for us was that although they accept dogs (for which they charge quite a lot) there's nowhere to eat apart from the lobby, which is rather big and exposed, if you have the dog with you. Part of the dog policy is that they shouldn't be left alone in the room (that I agree with) but it left us having to go out of the hotel to eat at a local pub which was more dog friendly. Otherwise it was great, comfortable beds, good bathroom and a pleasant ambience, nice receptionists.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
