El hotel está muy cerca del mercado de Slough y a 5 km del mercado de Windsor (fui allí a pie). Si te gustan las vistas naturales y los ríos, hay muchos lugares para disfrutar. Las habitaciones están limpias y ofrecen todo lo que un hotel debería tener, pero deberían instalar una buena ventana aislante para aislar el ruido exterior. También deberían bajar el nivel del suelo de los baños para evitar que entre agua en la habitación al ducharse. A pesar de las mejoras que mencioné antes, disfruté de mi estancia y volveré.

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

Hotel muy bien situado para la autopista y para la estación de Newbury. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y el servicio recibido desde el momento en que llegamos del personal muy amable y útil en la recepción. El hotel está muy bien, con una gran variedad de comidas.

Con el fin de llevar a los niños a la escuela cercana para una entrevista, se quedó una noche, por lo que no hay mucha demanda para el hotel. Las instalaciones de la habitación son generales, las camas están juntas, no son muy cómodas, la salud está bien, el desayuno es demasiado pobre, ¡la sensación general no es aceptable para las vacaciones! La decoración de la recepción es buena, cálida y elegante.

Probablemente el mejor hotel que hemos estado trabajando en casa cada fin de semana y nos quedamos en un hotel de ocio cada fin de semana, todo brand nuevo, jacuzzi era inreal, la habitación de vapor podría haber sido más caliente, la sauna era 100c que era hermosa, nunca vio uno tan caliente, El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado.

El ambiente del hotel es bueno, la entrada es un poco difícil de encontrar, la comida del restaurante es un poco cara, las instalaciones de las habitaciones son generales,

Great hotel for location to train and options in town. Perfect for a commute down to Southampton to catch a cruise.
