Me and my husband are satisfied with the stay at Seminaris Hotel. The room was a good size, wide beds and modern decor. Bathroom was very clean, but bits of mould were sticking out through the grout in the shower. Also there were coffee stains on the floor in the less accessible bits of the room. For example there was a floor lamp that wasn’t moved for a while and the floor was not wiped there… but in general a pleasant experience. A fair choice of foods at breakfast and lot of space to sit down and relax.

Pasamos dos noches en el hotel y estaban satisfechos. El equipamiento en el cuarto estaba algo obsoleto, pero el hotel está limpio y hay un delicioso desayuno y almuerzo. La sauna, la piscina y el masaje están disponibles y son buenos para un fin de semana de bienestar.

Great location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night. Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead. In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, zahlreiche Klima Anlagen nicht komplett funktionsfähig und in meinem Zimmer waren nicht wenige Käfer oder Tiere. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, ist hier leider falsch. Beigefügt ein paar Fotos der Tiere in meinem Zimmer. An beiden Nächten, sie waren praktisch überall.. nicht zu empfehlen leider.

La cama y la boca son especialmente cómodos, aquí no hay problemas de inconvenientes El cuarto está en medio de un jardín de restaurante, el más caliente de la noche de viernes. El hotel está decorado con un ambiente artístico Hay DM cerca del hotel, supermercado Rewe, desayuno, visitantes, KFC, caminar por unos cinco minutos es una pequeña estación de tren, ir a Hydeburg con trenes por menos de 30 minutos, es conveniente, es ver una gran fábrica de aguas residuales allí al principio, y una pequeña decepción

Great and beautiful hotel. Very friendly service. The location is perfect directly besides the casino and close to the city center. Amazing breakfast. Overall great experience.

La ubicación es buena, la habitación del lago está en Titesee, el lago es brillante y es hermoso! A principios de julio, también está muy frío... llueve por la mañana, la lluvia está 8 grados... muy lejos de la lluvia... comprar un abrigo temporal, o no se puede abrir la puerta... La mayoría de los empleados están bien, la recepción es un buen chico en Oriente Medio o la India, y me volví a por lo menos tres ojos blancos 🙄 porque he sido reservado a través de Trip.com, Trip.com a través de su agente y luego a reservar en el hotel. Como resultado, bajo mi número de pedido, el nombre de la reserva del hotel no es coherente con mi mensaje, es cierto, la vida no es correcta. Me han pasado media hora atrás... ¿No debería ser la solución correcta? Me vuelvo demasiado poco profesional! Yo comunico con Trip.com, tranquilo y tranquilo, más de las 11:00 en la noche del día, también puedo encontrar un servicio de clientes artificiales, no es fácil! Como personal del hotel, no ayuda, incluso me volví a la vista blanca... No dije una palabra extra en la cena, no es necesario, pero tengo que hacer un mal juicio!
