民宿的環境特別好，房間又乾淨又舒適，躺在房間裏的床就能享受大自然的魅力 房間生活用品齊全 出來民宿不到100米就能看到特別好看的風景 拍照打卡很出片，也很解壓，特別適合養老😁值得來一次享受這個美麗的風景，房間的價格也很實惠，很划算，服務員態度特別好 早上起不來，沒去吃早飯，服務員特意把早飯送上門來了 服務到位

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

We had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel in Kashi. It was especially nice staying on a higher floor, which gave us a great vantage point over the city and made the experience feel even more special. A real highlight of our stay was being greeted by Henry, an incredibly kind and knowledgeable concierge. He was warm, accommodating, and had a very pleasant demeanor. He made us feel welcome right away and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. What stood out most was how he helped us get the permits needed to go onto the Taklamakan Highway. This could have been a stressful process, but Henry made it feel smooth and manageable with his professionalism, patience, and local knowledge. The buffet breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a good assortment of Chinese and Western foods, including some local Xinjiang dishes, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a lovely stay made even better by the city view, the breakfast, and Henry’s exceptional hospitality. I truly hope other guests get to have him during their visit.

Best hotel in our Xinjiang trip, loved it so much that we extended our stay! The view is breathtaking, many animals to play with and even get to feed the lambs. Service is excellent from all the staff members, always prompt to assist our queries and offered for us to try out different activities. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are sumptuous and plentiful, and the staff offered different menu items because we stayed for many days. We will definitely come back when we revisit the area!

A True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip! Out of my entire journey across Xinjiang, this homestay was by far the most memorable and heartwarming experience. The moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated home, with its stunning blue hues, traditional Uyghur details, and peaceful courtyard covered by a canopy of vines, I instantly felt at ease. It truly felt like home. What made it even more special was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a warm smile and willing to help with anything I needed—whether it was sharing local tips, helping with transportation, or simply chatting over tea. Their kindness made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family. The attention to detail in every corner, the peaceful swing in the courtyard, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re traveling through Xinjiang and want to experience genuine warmth and culture, this is the place to be.

This is our first time to Ürümqi and we reached in the early wee hours of the morning. We were taken care of by Ann & her colleague of front desk. We are very impressed by the high quality of breakfast and the level of service we have received. The staff were genuinely interested to know how our experience were and went out of their way to make our experience even better. We want to give our thanks to Ann for taking such good care of us over the 4 nights we stayed and continued to do so while we are away at Hilton Altay while awaiting our return to Conrad Ürümqi before our flight home. The hotel’s proximity to 2 shopping malls and more makes this a perfect location. Our luggages arrived 3 days late and it was a blessing we are connected to the mall and was able to buy our necessities without braving the cold. We will definitely stay again in Conrad when we are next back in Urumqi with family.

Absolutely loved the stay. The location is perfect - its quiet but near to some really good restaraunts - the view from the rooftop of the grasslands and the mountains were really stunning. Cleanliness and housekeeping was really up to our standard which was a huge relief considering weve been travelling around China and didnt get much of this . We wish we could stay there longer, it was absolutely a dream. The food from the restaraunt was also really really yummy and super hearty. Especially the la zi ji Finally, the cherry on top of the cake, the warmth and hospitality that we received from the staff. They were always ready to help, went above and beyond what was expected and that truly made the stay memorable. Honestly...kudos to the team and owner. This hotel was well built and the programme very well thought of...great hospitality and service. Please please keep this up. 簡直是寶藏民宿, 從開始入住給老闆打電話問關於能否進村的問題老闆説真有人攔着就給看訂單就好到達民宿已經很晚入住時候老闆超級熱情一邊給洗葡萄一邊説這是今天剛採摘下來的果然無比的甜孩子們看到大池子更是興奮到不行顧不上一路的疲憊沖下水玩到夜裡12點多房間衞生很乾凈看得出來老闆也打算打造高端路線用的東西也都不錯床墊枕頭睡起來也超級舒服院子裏很多停車位不用擔心到處找停車位早餐簡單但是乾淨後來孩子電話手錶丟在了民宿但是因為車不能逆行老闆還給送到了葡萄溝樂園門口總之真的是軟件和硬件都很完美！

La mejor suerte para la trayectoria es elegir a esta gente! El personal está entusiasta y intimidad, saque a la familia de la familia de manera anticipada, hay algún problema de vuelta en segundos, todo el proceso es seguro ～ Lo más importante es el autoconducir. No hemos llegado a la zona del panorama durante varios días. Estaba listo para no conducir en la pradera. El director sabía que había ayudado a repetir el auto conducir. Finalmente, nos ayudó a obtener el auto conducir y resolver directamente el mayor problema del viaje. ¡Es muy caliente! Eso es auto-conducto lati, la experiencia está llena! Y el modelo popular tiene un sentido de diseño muy grande, el estacionamiento tiene un camión de carga muy conveniente, y tiene una rica tarde de la caja, Xiaojidiy, la impresión de caja, etc. ¡Puede experimentar y el valor emocional está lleno! Los frutos del hall son cultivados en sus propias plantaciones. Los amarillos son muy frescos, especialmente los amarillos, que son los mejores amarillos que han comido desde este viaje de novia 👍 La habitación está limpia, la ventana de la tierra está frente a la hierba, el medio ambiente está curado, la combinación está perfecta, la experiencia está llena! También envió pequeñas comidas de frutas, leche buena noche, muy intimidad 🥰
