I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Complimentary beverages were provided in the fridge, along with plenty of bottled water. The room and the bathroom were very well equipped, including a high-quality Dyson hairdryer. I had requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel made sure to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were both excellent, smooth, and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relationship Manager, Refat, who provided excellent service during my stay. He was very considerate and made sure everything went well. Thank you, Refat, for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to mention Cathy, who left a very good impression on me. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and reliable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, especially as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would happily choose this hotel again for my next stay and would definitely recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel in Kashi. It was especially nice staying on a higher floor, which gave us a great vantage point over the city and made the experience feel even more special. A real highlight of our stay was being greeted by Henry, an incredibly kind and knowledgeable concierge. He was warm, accommodating, and had a very pleasant demeanor. He made us feel welcome right away and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. What stood out most was how he helped us get the permits needed to go onto the Taklamakan Highway. This could have been a stressful process, but Henry made it feel smooth and manageable with his professionalism, patience, and local knowledge. The buffet breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a good assortment of Chinese and Western foods, including some local Xinjiang dishes, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a lovely stay made even better by the city view, the breakfast, and Henry’s exceptional hospitality. I truly hope other guests get to have him during their visit.

Best hotel in our Xinjiang trip, loved it so much that we extended our stay! The view is breathtaking, many animals to play with and even get to feed the lambs. Service is excellent from all the staff members, always prompt to assist our queries and offered for us to try out different activities. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are sumptuous and plentiful, and the staff offered different menu items because we stayed for many days. We will definitely come back when we revisit the area!

En segundo lugar, la ubicación fue sorprendente! ¡Es dentro de la zona turística Kazanqi donde puede ver todos los azules, pero es hacia el final, así que no es tan caótico. Esto lo hace perfecto, ya que la puerta principal es menos de 10 minutos a pie, la zona ocupada es 5 minutos a pie! ¡Por lo tanto, todo está cerca de Soo y aún así puedes venir a casa y descansar tranquilamente, ya que no está en medio de todo. This is our first time to Ürümqi and we reached in the early wee hours of the morning. We were taken care of by Ann & her colleague of front desk. We are very impressed by the high quality of breakfast and the level of service we have received. The staff were genuinely interested to know how our experience were and went out of their way to make our experience even better. We want to give our thanks to Ann for taking such good care of us over the 4 nights we stayed and continued to do so while we are away at Hilton Altay while awaiting our return to Conrad Ürümqi before our flight home. The hotel’s proximity to 2 shopping malls and more makes this a perfect location. Our luggages arrived 3 days late and it was a blessing we are connected to the mall and was able to buy our necessities without braving the cold. We will definitely stay again in Conrad when we are next back in Urumqi with family.

Absolutely loved the stay. The location is perfect - its quiet but near to some really good restaraunts - the view from the rooftop of the grasslands and the mountains were really stunning. Cleanliness and housekeeping was really up to our standard which was a huge relief considering weve been travelling around China and didnt get much of this . We wish we could stay there longer, it was absolutely a dream. The food from the restaraunt was also really really yummy and super hearty. Especially the la zi ji Finally, the cherry on top of the cake, the warmth and hospitality that we received from the staff. They were always ready to help, went above and beyond what was expected and that truly made the stay memorable. Honestly...kudos to the team and owner. This hotel was well built and the programme very well thought of...great hospitality and service. Please please keep this up.
