I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

We had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel in Kashi. It was especially nice staying on a higher floor, which gave us a great vantage point over the city and made the experience feel even more special. A real highlight of our stay was being greeted by Henry, an incredibly kind and knowledgeable concierge. He was warm, accommodating, and had a very pleasant demeanor. He made us feel welcome right away and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. What stood out most was how he helped us get the permits needed to go onto the Taklamakan Highway. This could have been a stressful process, but Henry made it feel smooth and manageable with his professionalism, patience, and local knowledge. The buffet breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a good assortment of Chinese and Western foods, including some local Xinjiang dishes, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a lovely stay made even better by the city view, the breakfast, and Henry’s exceptional hospitality. I truly hope other guests get to have him during their visit.

Best hotel in our Xinjiang trip, loved it so much that we extended our stay! The view is breathtaking, many animals to play with and even get to feed the lambs. Service is excellent from all the staff members, always prompt to assist our queries and offered for us to try out different activities. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are sumptuous and plentiful, and the staff offered different menu items because we stayed for many days. We will definitely come back when we revisit the area!

En primer lugar, esta casa es muy bonita 😍 Y alguien que nos sentimos tan tranquilo. Toda la vibe es tan bonita. Es como un perfecto escondite de la ciudad que se aburre. En segundo lugar, la ubicación fue sorprendente! ¡Es dentro de la zona turística Kazanqi donde puede ver todos los azules, pero es hacia el final, así que no es tan caótico. Esto lo hace perfecto, ya que la puerta principal es menos de 10 minutos a pie, la zona ocupada es 5 minutos a pie! ¡Por lo tanto, todo está cerca de Soo y aún así puedes venir a casa y descansar tranquilamente, ya que no está en medio de todo. También, las opciones de comida halal están alrededor 1Km lejos, así que es genial! ¡Por último, no es la última razón los propietarios de esta hermosa casa! ¡Es muy amable y bienvenido! ¡Llegamos tan tarde, a las 1130pm, esperaron pacientemente por nosotros, guíaron a nuestro Didi a su ubicación y ayudaron a llevar nuestra equipaje. y incluso nos ayuda a contactar con nuestra próxima casa de huéspedes en Nalati para averiguar cómo podemos llegar allí. This is our first time to Ürümqi and we reached in the early wee hours of the morning. We were taken care of by Ann & her colleague of front desk. We are very impressed by the high quality of breakfast and the level of service we have received. The staff were genuinely interested to know how our experience were and went out of their way to make our experience even better. We want to give our thanks to Ann for taking such good care of us over the 4 nights we stayed and continued to do so while we are away at Hilton Altay while awaiting our return to Conrad Ürümqi before our flight home. The hotel’s proximity to 2 shopping malls and more makes this a perfect location. Our luggages arrived 3 days late and it was a blessing we are connected to the mall and was able to buy our necessities without braving the cold. We will definitely stay again in Conrad when we are next back in Urumqi with family.

La ubicación es perfecta, pero cerca de algunos restaurantes muy buenos, la vista desde el techo de las hierbas y las montañas estaban realmente impresionantes. La limpieza y el mantenimiento de la casa estaban muy bien en nuestras condiciones, lo que fue un gran alivio, ya que viajamos por China y no nos damos mucho de esto. La comida del restaurante también era muy astuta y muy cordial. La cocina de la cocina, el calor y la hospitalidad que recibimos del personal, siempre estaban listos para ayudar, fueron más allá de lo que se esperaba y que realmente hizo la estancia memorable. Good location, excellent service, and a very peaceful atmosphere. It’s within walking distance of many tourist attractions, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and even allowed me to have a late check-out at no extra cost. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler in Kuqa.
