This has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Very new/clean rooms, great laundry facilities, great sound proofing, strong shower pressure and design. AI sound command to control the lights and curtains works great. Location is unbeatable as well being in the middle of Zhingshan Pedestrian shopping strip and food everywhere within a earshot. Near to the metro station and BRT. But my greatest shout out is their impeccable service. The check in process involved the desk staff escorting us to our room and explaining everything we needed to know. She saw that we had 4 kids with us and organised more amenities for us without us asking. Next, it's the house keeping. We hung some wet laundry that are not suitable for dryers in our balcony chairs. When we came back after a long day, we found a laundry rack sitting on our balcony with our laundry hung neatly there... Super impressed. Then on the day before our check out date, we found a hand written appreciation note sitting in our coffee table with a vase of fresh flowers.... Common... Really?! Another thing that's worth mentioning is their concierge service. They use WeChat where you can communicate with someone if you need anything (WeChat is manned by a staff 24hrs). We asked for more towel at about 12 midnight and we had our towels sent by their robot concierge within minutes! Overall, we had a wonderful experience there and will definitely stay there again. If we could give 10 stars would most certainly would. Kudos to the hotel management team and staff!

I checked in to Shangri-La Hotel in Fuzhou on 22 Oct. The experience was a pleasant & unforgettable one. I was greeted by Sarah when I checked in She was very friendly and helpful to acede to my request. Upon knowing that I am allergic to smoke smell, she arranged for the highest floor for me. The room is super clean and very big. I would also like to comment on the sincere service of another front counter staff, Wade Fu. He always greeted the guest with warm smiles. He answered all my questions well and showed concern to my safety as I was travelling alone. He made me felt at home. The hotel is in a strategic location, with WuYi Square just 5-min walk away and the there are many eateries within walking distance. Tourist attration ,SanFang QiXiang, is just a short car-ride. My overall impression of the hotel is awesome. I'll certainlyl stay in Shangri-La Hotel when I next visit Fuzhou. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Pleasantly surprised with the location and spacious room. The exterior of building and lift looked rather dodgy until you get to hotel recrption. Took luxury street view suite. 1 king sized bed in one room with the huge ”bath tub” which takes a while to fill. The other room has a super single and a single bed. They added the single bed for us. No phone in room and wechat used to contact reception for extra towel. Can do better by placing 5 bath towels instesd of guest requesting extra towel almost every day of stay. There is the AI assistant in room. Food delivery is sent to room by robot and you just have to indicate room number in food order. Self service washer and dryer very much in demand by guests though. With 6 sets of machine, still need wait quite long if your timing is bad. Very hospitable staff. Sent us to lift and informed us can make room reservation on wechat for better room rates. We had kept our luggage at reception after check out and returned to pick up to depart for airport. They also allowed you to send taobao delivery prior to your arrival. Will stay again if we do.

The room we booked was in the attic and looked a bit better on the pictures than in real life. The ceiling was very low and was too low for my boyfriend to stand up. It is spacious due to low ceilings you can’t use the entire space. The room on trip.com said it had a plunge pool which was nog the case. We asked to switch rooms which was available on the third night. That room was way better and nice that we could switch

Hotel cinco estrellas estilo antigua escuela. Habitación extremadamente grande y decentemente mantenida. Sin embargo, la ubicación no es la mejor para caminar. Está a un corto paseo de la calle Zhongshan y la salida 3A del metro, pero las aceras de China no son muy cómodas ni seguras para caminar debido a las bicicletas y dispositivos de movilidad a alta velocidad. Adecuado si tiene la intención de tomar un didi o un taxi a todas partes. Hay muchas opciones de comida, pero en gran parte similares.

Great hotel, clean, modern, good location, excellent service. Highly recommended, wish I could have stayed longer, will be back again. It’s a definite yes if you are looking around for somewhere to stay in Fuzhou. Get a lake view room higher level

We had an enjoyable stay at Fuzhou InterContinental. Housed in a standout high-rise, location’s convenient. Classic InterContinental experience—steady, reliable quality you’d expect anywhere. Our room was comfy, well-kept, just a touch of wear. Big thanks to Amy at reception, who kindly sorted a late check-out for us, super helpful. Everything largely matched the brand’s global standards with no major hiccups. Great choice for travelers wanting a familiar, solid hotel in Fuzhou. Definitely recommend for a hassle-free stay.

El hotel es un hotel antiguo, un gran patio, una variedad de plantas, muchos árboles antiguos preciosos, y marcas famosas, Muy conocido, el servicio del Sr. Chen en la recepción es muy profesional, también ha actualizado el tipo de habitación gratis, las instalaciones de la habitación están completas, los muebles son muy sensibles. We have had a very pleasant 3-day stay for the first time at this hotel. Most impressed with the very courteous and efficient customer service delivered by all the frontline staff. We would like to highlight the excellent service rendered by their duty housekeeping staff named 郑惠川. She always greeted us with a pleasant smile.She has kept the room in tiptop condition throughput our stay and has promptly and effectively handled each and every request of ours. We were particularly touched by her one small gesture, as illustrated in the little note she sent us (attached). We would appreciate it if our compliments about 郑惠川could be conveyed to the hotel management. We also noted the excellent location of the hotel in the old city of Quanzhou. Would strongly recommend the hotel for anyone who wish to explore the old city.
