The hotel is perfectly located in the food street. If you walk out the door and into food street, turn left on the opposite side of the road and walk about 100 meters you will come to an excellent ginger duck Claypot restaurant run by a young family (it's the second one you will come to). You'll know you're in the right place because the owner is moving non stop to fill orders. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. The window faces an indoor corridor, but it still looks cute. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room ayi was very sweet. The kitchen staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple and could do with an omelet station. Apart from that, I was very happy with my choice to stay here.

El vestíbulo y las habitaciones estaban muy limpios y cómodos, y a mis hijos y a mí nos encantó la decoración. Lo mejor es que está justo al lado de la bulliciosa Zhongshan Road, donde puedes comer y comprar a tu antojo 😊. Si te da pereza caminar, también puedes pedir comida para llevar y el robot de recepción te la entregará en la habitación. El personal también fue muy atento y atento. ¡Muy recomendable! 👍

The bedding was very soft and comfortable. The in-room snacks such as pineapple tarts and red date desserts were nice. The room had 2 cup warmer that ensured that the dessert stayed warmed. They also provided cute kid toiletry.

之前是因為這酒店剛開業不久，才在網上預訂的。住了之後發現，確實，設施器具都比較新，這方面值得肯定。 我定的是江景房，在入住過程中，我跟前台溝通過兩三次，在房間里根本看不到江景，我跟出租車司機説起來，他説門外就是一條水溝，哪有什麼江景。並且在房間裏往外看壓根兒看不到，除非趴在窗口上往邊沿最右下方看，能看到一點兒水面。總結下來完全沒必要定所謂的江景房。 酒店沒有早飯，沒有租車服務，離古城的位置不算遠，但是春節期間打車很貴，公交又不及時。酒店提供的紙巾和廁紙有點粗糙，被單上有不少褶皺，不知道是什麼原因，但躺上去也不太舒服。門沒有安全鎖，還好我自己帶了個報警器放上了。酒店提供的牙刷很稀疏，很軟。

Traveled with 2 elderly parents. The lady who checked us in and out was super friendly and hospital, taking care of my parents and specially arranged for a chair in the shower room, took bathroom slippers for us and very initiative etc. All staff at Reception are very friendly and helpful. Hotel provides excellent amenities and room is very big and nicely decorated. Washing machine and dryer are available for us. Location is right at Zhongsan Road which is super convenient for shopping and food. Soundproof is good. Bottled water is available at Reception counter. Thank you to all staff at the hotel for making our stay so comfortable and wonderful.

Es genial tener piscina cubierta y gimnasio. La habitación tiene el tamaño perfecto y está limpia. Además, la vista y la ubicación del hotel son muy buenas. Está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de ZhongShanLu. Merece la pena volver.

Coupl We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is perfectly located, with a stunning view of the lake, which was especially enchanting at night. Watching the moonlight dance on the water while relaxing at the hotel was truly magical. The staff were so warm and accommodating, but we’d like to give a special mention to Scott. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly nature really made us feel at home. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet had a great variety of options, and we were always excited to see what was on offer each morning. We particularly loved the apple oatmeal – it became a must-have for us during our stay! One of the highlights of the trip was strolling around the lake together. It was so peaceful and refreshing, and the scenic walk added such a lovely touch to our mornings. All in all, our stay at Kempinski was perfect. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and grateful for the amazing service and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and views to match!
