The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. One of the lady offered us a plastic spoon to open our passion fruits as without which we would have to use our fingers to pierce open the fruits. We bought almost 1 kgs to consume. We were almost greeted when we met them any time of the day & it makes our holiday a pleasant one. They even gave us free gifts upon checkout - what a pleasant surprise! The location is very convenient with plenty of food choices. We particularly were very pleased with a foot cum shoulders massage @Jinzhu Tang which is near this hotel. Should have extended another day here! Do visit Qingyuan mountain, it’s really refreshing and calm environment!!

This hotel is very well located. It is very clean and the staff are always smiling and happy which makes it nice to return to after a long day out. The details to interior decoration are noted and appreciated. The colours and contrast chosen are true to the Nanyang theme and consistent throughout the public areas and our room. The electronic Xiao Wei worked well too so does the air-conditioning and lights. All the sink and shower faucets worked perfectly too. In other words, the attention to details are much appreciated. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. It truly felt like one of the best hotels we've ever visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We experienced an issue with water leaking in our bathtub, but the staff's response was exceptional. As soon as we mentioned the problem, they quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger room in the middle of the night. Their prompt attentiveness and willingness to accommodate us made a significant difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed with their customer service, which turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. This level of care truly reflects the high standards of the hotel, and we left feeling valued as guests. The amenities were fantastic, and our room was both luxurious and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we can't wait to repeat!

Exterior wise, can’t tell it’s the hotel, entrance from the street behind Zhongshan Pedestrian Street, walking distance to convenience. We took the one facing the Pedestrian Street, not very noisy when windows are closed. Good that windows can be opened for more air. Surpassed our expectations. Kids loved it, wife loved it. Would want to stay again if possible.

Hotel cinco estrellas estilo antigua escuela. Habitación extremadamente grande y decentemente mantenida. Sin embargo, la ubicación no es la mejor para caminar. Está a un corto paseo de la calle Zhongshan y la salida 3A del metro, pero las aceras de China no son muy cómodas ni seguras para caminar debido a las bicicletas y dispositivos de movilidad a alta velocidad. Adecuado si tiene la intención de tomar un didi o un taxi a todas partes. Hay muchas opciones de comida, pero en gran parte similares.

Great hotel, clean, modern, good location, excellent service. Highly recommended, wish I could have stayed longer, will be back again. It’s a definite yes if you are looking around for somewhere to stay in Fuzhou. Get a lake view room higher level

The location was nice but the subway requires quite a lot of steps to go down, might be difficult with luggage. The room had a bit of a moldy smell but I've read that this problem extends to every other hotel in Fuzhou. Nice view of the park from the top.
