Great experience. Booked multiple rooms for a wedding event. Hotel was in a good location and close to a lot of restaurants and services. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. Lots of parking available.

This is the 2nd time I booked this hotel residence the first time March last year without a online booking then I booked through tthrough this year January 30 to February 3rd , I booked this hotel because it's been good service the first time I booked here and I had both times had good service. The hotel is a good location as it has bus service to downtown and southcentre that stops at chinook #10 & 15 + the Red line to somerset and Tuscany with easy transfer to the other lrt line blue line to saaddletown and 69st west end. I only used my hotel to relax and sleep other then that I was exploring and visiting family and friends. The front desk and cleaning staff was amazing 👏. The next time I vacation to Calgary expect a booking from this guy for a 3rd time.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was well-equipped with amenities, including a microwave, refrigerator, and a large flat-screen TV. I particularly appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast—perfect for catching up on work and staying connected. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, and a selection of pastries. There was also a pancake machine, which was a fun touch! The dining area was clean and spacious, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a relaxed environment. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for travelers using the airport. It’s just a short drive away, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I took advantage of this service, and it was prompt and efficient, making my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, I had the chance to use the fitness center during my stay. It was well-equipped with modern machines and weights, and it was nice to have that option to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport was highly satisfactory. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Un lugar bueno y asombroso

The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

Perfect stay, clean huge room, comfy huge king bed, friendly frontdesk ladies for check in and out, toiletries from crabtree & evelyn smell really good, towels, full length mirror, safety box, coffee machine etc all in. Free cookies on check in and it’s so yummy and timely. Responsive reply to email, held the room for us for super late check-in. Free parking, within 15 min drive to Calgary airport. Offers shuttle at $5 as well. Second time staying and will always be our go-to when we fly! Trip.com offered the best price after coins off, great!

La recepción fue rápida y amable. La habitación está en un lugar más pequeño, pero lo suficientemente bueno para una sola noche. ¡Buen valor para el dinero! ¡Recomendará a mis amigos!
