The hotel was great, there were a few restaurants very near/attached. Walking distance to a few attractions I was interested in. Great experience 

Muy satisfecho cada vez que me quedo. Esta estancia coincidió con el Festival del Medio Otoño. El hotel está decorado con alegría y se cuelgan faroles rojos en lo alto, lo que hace que los chinos se sientan como en casa durante las vacaciones. Te deseo un negocio próspero

The hotel is in a great location with excellent service and overall a very pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable for what you get. If breakfast were included in the package, it would truly make the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for value and convenience.

Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

Muy impresionante, la ubicación es súper buena, rodeada de tiendas y boutiques famosas. Hay muchos restaurantes excelentes a cinco minutos a pie. Me ayudó a actualizar a una suite gratis, que es súper grande, la habitación está limpia y ordenada y el servicio es bueno.

A estadia no hotel foi muito boa, recepção muito atenciosa e o quarto limpo

El transporte es conveniente y el servicio es bueno. La estación de tren y la estación de metro están a poca distancia. Está muy cerca de la famosa Grand Place de Bruselas y del Manneken Pis... Si estás cansado de caminar durante el día, no dudes en hacerlo. Puede regresar al hotel para descansar y luego salir a cenar y contemplar la vista nocturna por la noche. Además, también es muy conveniente tomar el metro para ir a otras atracciones.

Im Hinterhof des Hotels war eine große Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören. Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat. Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiße Stücke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespült. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon ”schrumpeliger” ist. Aber schön gemacht. Beim Frühstück, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem Nachräumen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt länger warten bis neue Säfte, Croissants, Toast, Früchte und Rührei da sind. Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flüssige Teig steht neben dem Gerät und man konnte es einfach rein gießen und das Gerät schließen und umdrehen. Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber.
