La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación parlamentaria y el CBD. Muy privada. Pero el edificio y la habitación son un poco viejos. Aún un hermoso lugar para permanecer en si usted está buscando un lujo tranquilo.

El hotel de Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands nos ofrece una estupenda estancia. La temperatura del agua no era demasiado caliente ni demasiado fría, y nuestros niños lo amaban absolutamente. La vista de la zona de piscina también fue sorprendente y hizo la experiencia aún más especial. El desayuno era muy agradable con muchas opciones, y el personal era increíblemente amable y acomodable durante toda nuestra estancia. Nos quedaremos aquí en el futuro y ya hemos recomendado el hotel a nuestra familia y a nuestros amigos.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

El hotel tiene gimnasio, piscina cubierta semiclimatizada y sauna, lo cual es genial; puedes ir en cualquier momento sin tener que consultar el tiempo. Hay tranvías justo debajo y restaurantes en los alrededores, muy práctico. El último día llovía y Desmond hizo todo lo posible para protegernos con un paraguas hasta el taxi. Conseguí una buena oferta con la plataforma donde reservé y creo que la relación calidad-precio fue excelente para nosotros, y disfrutamos mucho del hotel. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente! :)

Ubicación muy conveniente, a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de Melbourne. La Universidad RMIT y la estación de tranvía de Swanston están justo enfrente del hotel. No tuvimos tiempo suficiente para disfrutar de la piscina y la sauna, ya que solo abren de 7:00 a 21:00. Lo único que me decepcionó fue que no sabía que ofrecían servicio de habitaciones. La cuarta noche de nuestra estancia, al entrar en la habitación después de una excursión de un día, nos dimos cuenta de que la persona encargada de la limpieza había entrado y limpiado nuestra habitación sin nuestro permiso. ¿Qué habría pasado si nuestras pertenencias hubieran desaparecido? ¿Podría la gerencia del hotel hacerse cargo de la pérdida? Por favor, no entren en la habitación sin avisar al cliente; el cliente solicitará la limpieza si realmente desea el servicio.

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

El día que se nos demos cuenta, descubrimos que el oficial de frente recargó nuestra tarifa de hotel incluso cuando Trip.com confirmó que todo estaba totalmente pagado. ¡Qué hotel de dinero!! La habitación es pequeña y agradable y todo fue hasta 4 estándar internacional, pero la Torre Crown Casino tiene una habitación mucho más hermosa y más grande.

T'was my third time here and they don't disappoint. Room is clean and sleek. Breakfast is good quality. Toiletries needs to be requested all the time- it's not always convenient especially that you need it daily and you stay for 2 weeks.

Así que llegamos a estirar calor, y un aire acondicionado que no realmente fresca las habitaciones, y no hay ventiladores ni ventanas en la habitación principal. La mayoría de las otras cosas eran buenas, pero tener una habitación cómoda es fundamental y el apartamento no es sólo para eso. Disfrutamos de la ubicación y la piscina. No podemos hablar realmente a los niveles de servicio porque no pedimos, esperamos o recibimos ninguna. Es un poco frustrante que el hotel sólo tuviera una reserva para 4 adultos cuando hicimos una reserva para 2A+ 3C en trip.com pero quién sabe quién era responsable de eso.

My room was compact but spotlessly clean, featuring all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It included a very comfortable bed, a tidy en-suite bathroom, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly throughout my visit. Though some of the hallway decor feels slightly dated, it genuinely adds to the classic, old-world character of the property rather than detracting from the overall guest experience. One of the standout features of The Victoria Hotel is its excellent guest facilities. After a long day of exploring the city's sights, having access to an indoor heated rooftop pool, a spa, and a fitness center was an unexpected and delightful bonus for a budget-friendly hotel. Furthermore, the on-site restaurant and bar, Mister Munro, provides a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of delicious food and beverages. The hotel staff also deserve a very special mention. From a smooth, welcoming check-in process to providing helpful local sightseeing tips, the customer service was consistently polite, efficient, and highly professional. Overall, The Victoria Hotel offers outstanding value for money. It provides a comfortable, safe, and incredibly convenient base for anyone wanting to experience the best of Melbourne without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation and would gladly stay here again
