I arrived at late check-in time on 2/11 Sunday and Mildua Inlander's staff was after office hour so I contacted to staff for room check-in by phone call, Staff are so helpful to help me to collect the room key and required admin work. However, due to the resort's layout and my room location(my room is ROOM 90), the circulation of the hotel is not poor, poor room ordering(it is not by 101 for on 1/F like typical hotel, it is using 1-50 for G/F, 51-100 for level 1; if 101-110 for block 1, 121-129 for block 2, 131-139 for block 3, 141-150 for block 4 would be better), no coherent corridor at the end, not much signage and map/easy to miss, no Lift or easy ramp for level 1. so, it is hard to find my room and poor experience before entry the room. Room is good for me. One thing is: can consider to have openable window after the mosquito net on the balcony sliding door if I don't want to turn on the air-conditioner.

We had a lovely stay at Crowne — the room, facilities, and overall experience were excellent. Everything was comfortable and well-presented, and we really enjoyed our time there. However, we did request room cleaning on the first day, and unfortunately no one came. We had to follow up with the concierge the next day to have it arranged. Given the price point, this was a little disappointing as we expected a more seamless level of service. That said, aside from this hiccup, everything else was very good.

It's clean and tidily, facility for swimming pool, BBQ, gym and sauna room. locations are good and convenience. supermarkets around especially a lots of restaurant near by. will recommend it. and I will keep using for next trips to MEL.

Hotel was close to several train and tram stations, making it easy to access a variety of routes and lines. There were also plenty of great food and drink options nearby — from morning coffee and afternoon matcha to flaky pastries and comforting hot meals. While some places were not immediately next door, they were still comfortably walkable, including Little Rogue, Matcha Kobo, Puzzle Coffee, Time After Time, Lulu’s Malaysian Hawker, and many more. Also worth mentioning, I arrived in Melbourne earlier than expected and called the hotel to ask when the room would be ready. The staff were punctual and reliable, as I was able to check in exactly at the time they advised the room would be available.

Excelente ubicación junto al Southern Cross Center, con conexiones de tren, tranvía y autobús. El hotel en sí estaba bien, pero te hacen una foto de la tarjeta de crédito, algo que nunca me había pasado en ningún otro hotel del mundo. Básicamente, guardan las dos caras de las tarjetas de crédito (al parecer para el depósito), que se pueden usar para cualquier transacción que sea totalmente insegura y que, por ejemplo, no esté permitida en mi país. La recepcionista me dijo que esto está dentro de su procedimiento y que, si no estoy de acuerdo, puedo hablar con el gerente. No hay información sobre este procedimiento en la descripción. Ten cuidado y mejor evita este lugar por la seguridad de tu tarjeta. La habitación estaba limpia y bien; también tienen piscina y un pequeño gimnasio. El desayuno es absolutamente decepcionante: café asqueroso y muy poca variedad de tostadas, mermeladas, huevos revueltos, frijoles y avena. Uno de los peores desayunos de hotel que he visto. Salimos con hambre y fuimos a desayunar de verdad a un bar cercano.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

Overall stay is good, only small mishap took some points off. We put out a DND sign in the morning up until 10:00am so we would not get disturbed by housekeeping. Before we head out, we went to the reception in-person (around 10:15) and specified we'd need our room cleaned and it was noted down on paper by the conceriege. On our return, the room was still in the state we left it, dirty towels and dishes, etc. In the end, the concierge tried to address the issue by giving us new towels and 4 bottles of water - guess that's better than nothing but not what we'd expect if it's a hotel. On-site Parking is available at 30AUD/night.

Ubicación muy conveniente, a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de Melbourne. La Universidad RMIT y la estación de tranvía de Swanston están justo enfrente del hotel. No tuvimos tiempo suficiente para disfrutar de la piscina y la sauna, ya que solo abren de 7:00 a 21:00. Lo único que me decepcionó fue que no sabía que ofrecían servicio de habitaciones. La cuarta noche de nuestra estancia, al entrar en la habitación después de una excursión de un día, nos dimos cuenta de que la persona encargada de la limpieza había entrado y limpiado nuestra habitación sin nuestro permiso. ¿Qué habría pasado si nuestras pertenencias hubieran desaparecido? ¿Podría la gerencia del hotel hacerse cargo de la pérdida? Por favor, no entren en la habitación sin avisar al cliente; el cliente solicitará la limpieza si realmente desea el servicio.

Wonderful hotel! Upon check in, Mark at the reception immediately remembered where we came from and also that we have done online check in and thanked us for doing so. We feel respected and welcomed. He also provided suggestions to us on places to see, which were great suggestions. The service of the hotel, especially Mark was marvelous! The room is spacious with nice shower. Water pressure could be better. Bed was very comfortable that I wish to take it come with me. Sound proof not at issue. Everything is just perfect! Of course, the location is also a plus with just a few minutes walk from the tram station and 10-15 mins walk to CBD.

Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!
