The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

I recently stayed at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne for 8 nights and overall had a good experience, which I would rate around 4 out of 5 stars. The location is excellent and the hotel offers good value for a stay in Melbourne’s CBD. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and I appreciated that housekeeping was provided every two days rather than daily, which I was perfectly happy with. However, there were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent during my stay. On several occasions, floor towels were not replaced, some areas of the room appeared to be missed during cleaning, pillow covers were not changed when expected, and not all toiletries were refilled. It was frustrating to discover there was no soap or shampoo while already in the shower, requiring a call to reception and a wait for replenishment. The shower itself could also be improved, as the hot water temperature fluctuated quite noticeably between hot and cold, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower. There were also a couple of minor inconveniences upon arrival. The parking, while available, costs approximately AUD $45 per day and the process of locating and accessing it was somewhat confusing on the first day. Additionally, there was no HDMI cable in the room, which meant I had to request one from reception. Housekeeping also occasionally forgot to clear the trash, which added to the inconsistency of the service. The kitchenette could also be better equipped. I found the dustbin to be quite small for an extended stay, the knives were not very sharp, and there was no chopping board provided, which made preparing meals less convenient. On a positive note, after our 8-night stay, the hotel was able to provide us with a complimentary one-hour late checkout, which was appreciated and helped end the stay on a better note. Despite these issues, the staff were generally helpful when assistance was needed, and the overall stay was pleasant. With a little more attention to housekeeping consistency, maintenance, and guest amenities, this hotel could easily provide an even better experience. Overall, I would still consider staying here again due to the great location and comfortable accommodation.

Ubicación muy conveniente, a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de Melbourne. La Universidad RMIT y la estación de tranvía de Swanston están justo enfrente del hotel. No tuvimos tiempo suficiente para disfrutar de la piscina y la sauna, ya que solo abren de 7:00 a 21:00. Lo único que me decepcionó fue que no sabía que ofrecían servicio de habitaciones. La cuarta noche de nuestra estancia, al entrar en la habitación después de una excursión de un día, nos dimos cuenta de que la persona encargada de la limpieza había entrado y limpiado nuestra habitación sin nuestro permiso. ¿Qué habría pasado si nuestras pertenencias hubieran desaparecido? ¿Podría la gerencia del hotel hacerse cargo de la pérdida? The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

Very convenient location with walking distance to free tram zone and nearby hot tourist spots. Friendly staff who accommodated it need for checking in very early morning. Shower place a bit weird with no door to prevent water from getting out. Tourist sand city tour info available at reception.

Sería bueno, excepto para las grandes ventanas occidentales que se enfrentan a la izquierda sin ciegos y un dispositivo eléctrico que desactiva el aire acondicionado cuando nadie está en la habitación. Así que llegamos a estirar calor, y un aire acondicionado que no realmente fresca las habitaciones, y no hay ventiladores ni ventanas en la habitación principal. La mayoría de las otras cosas eran buenas, pero tener una habitación cómoda es fundamental y el apartamento no es sólo para eso. Disfrutamos de la ubicación y la piscina. No podemos hablar realmente a los niveles de servicio porque no pedimos, esperamos o recibimos ninguna. Es un poco frustrante que el hotel sólo tuviera una reserva para 4 adultos cuando hicimos una reserva para 2A+ 3C en trip.com pero quién sabe quién era responsable de eso.

I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Westmeadows for the second time and once again I wasn't disappointed. The whole process was seamless, from choosing my standard of room to phoning them on my arrival at Melbourne airport and phoning for their complementary shuttle bus service I had a 10 minute wait for the nice shuttle bus driver and when you arrive at reception after a 5 minute trip you are greeted by the most friendly team. My room poolside was absolutely spotless and had everything I needed for the night. It was also very quiet despite being close to a busy road. I had buffet breakfast which had a good selection plus surprisingly good coffee from a little machine. I had a very pleasant chat with the lovely lady who runs the buffet. Just a quick 5 minute walk up the road are a few good eateries and a little further along a couple of fast food places. I really can't fault the place or the staff and confidently recommend it to anyone wanting the convenience of a place to stay close to the airport at a good price.

Me quedé en el motel Box Hill entre el 3 de noviembre de 23 - el 5 de noviembre de 23. Mi marido y yo llegamos al motel Box Hill alrededor 12-1pm. Nos cansamos de tomar la vuelta de Sydney - Melbourne. Conducimos desde Sydney a media noche. La habitación es muy limpia y es muy limpia. No uso la toalla porque prefiero usar mi propia toalla, mi marido también usa su propia toalla. Una de las toallas dependientes, aunque tenía una escuadrada en ella, y yo puse esa toalla aparte, a pesar de que no la usamos. Había 3 placas en total y una de las placas era sucia y supuse que el huésped anterior debe haber usado esta placa 1 y no lavó, pero en su lugar simplemente lavado entre la placa limpia. Usamos placas 2x para nosotros mismos, pero yo lave las placas 3x para mí mismo. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy fácil. Mi padre siempre me enseñó a apreciar y respetar los lugares de la gente. Al salir, vi a Carol y OMG, es tan amable, amable, baja a la tierra y útil. Estaba ocupada rodando el equipaje de la gente a su habitación. Recuerdo que mi padre siempre me enseñó el gran hombre de negocios no es el que siempre quiso ser servido, sino el que sabía cómo servir a los demás primero. Un gran líder sabe cómo se siente abajo para observar, aprender y servir a otros, así como mejor apreciar y experimentar diferentes papeles para entender las funciones y responsabilidades de cada uno. Roles. Gracias a la equipo de motel de la colina de Box y a Carol por permitirnos quedarse en su hermoso lugar limpio y a tiempo. Recomiendo al máximo el motel Box Hill, Melbourne a cualquiera en un viaje a Melbourne.
