I recommend this hotel! The staff is very nice; they let us check-in early to have a rest because we slept at the Airport last night due to the flight being canceled. The room is clean, as well as the bathroom, and I love it when it has a hairdryer. I also love how nice the interior of the hotel is, as well as the breakfast buffet, which is so good. And what I love the most is their swimming pool. I can relax the whole day with books on it. Lastly, when we check-out, there is a free shuttle service, and the staff is very nice to help us book it. I will book this again for sure!

The Underwater Garden Resort has a unique location on the Baquit Island only 10 minutes boat trip to Coron .Foots in the water! Boatshuttle in hotelrate includet. Very quiet at night and dayover only some boats passing at a good distance. The restaurant is OK with place for improvement. Fishh-Sinigang and grilled fish are delicious. The personell is very gentle, kiind and attentive. They are trying to improve and learn everyday. Thank you for you hospitality!

Excelente ubicación y gran hotel. Me encantó la piscina y el bar. Fantástica hora feliz y el restaurante tiene excelente comida con grandes porciones.

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

Excelente hotel antes de la salida. Muy limpio, lingerie/twitter es maravilloso, neve. No encontrar difícil, bienvenido cocktail, en la habitación toallas, pasta. Shampoo, gel, papel t. Hay un armario - muy original. TV, aire acondicionado tranquilo, gran Wi-Fi. Cuando sales de la veranda con mesa y sillas, puedes fumar, un refrigerador con agua. Para las Filipinas, un hotel muy bueno y no caro.

My stay here was okay. The location could be better, need 100-150 trike ride to get to stores, restaurants, etc instead of anything being in walking distance. Disappointing a place this big didn't offer food or dining. Probably the best part is the friendly staff at the front, ready and willing to help with anything and check on your well-being. And they do laundry at reasonable rates. The room bring advertised as ”pool view” was a bit misleading. It's just facing a bunch of plants, shrubs and trees and behind all that is the pool. I cannot overstate this. The key is WAY too big. It's cartoonishly, inconveniently, ridiculously oversized. Hard to carry, hold, even use in the door if your hands are full. There's absolutely no reason for it to be this big. They say it's so people don't lose it but they ask you to leave the key with them when you leave anyways so...?? Y'all need to change that lol TLDR Friendly staff, freakishly humongous annoying key

Excelente ubicación del hotel, verde, limpio, acogedor, gran piscina, hermoso diseño del lobby y restaurante, buena música en vivo todas las noches, cantantes de lounge y blues, muy bien. Además, todos los días hay un espectáculo de fuego en el hotel, un poco monótono... La limpieza de la habitación es excelente, toallas limpias todos los días, la cama se hace una vez cada dos días, se mete agua en el frigorífico, por lo que recibimos buenos consejos todos los días! Desafortunadamente, aquí es donde terminan los aspectos positivos. Los gerentes no prestan atención: nos acercamos a ellos varias veces con las mismas solicitudes, pero no tuvieron nada en cuenta. Todas las mañanas, los guardias de seguridad hacen rondas a las 6, 7, 8 de la mañana y un hombre con un walkie-talkie grita, silba, chirría y gruñe fuerte pasa por la habitación. Lo dijeron varias veces: no ayuda. También pueden reunirse en una multitud en la puerta de la habitación y hablar en voz alta entre ellos, también pueden llamar al teléfono en la habitación y hablar durante mucho tiempo sobre algunas tonterías a las 7 de la mañana, y luego decir: oh, Estamos en la habitación equivocada. En general, si quieres paz y relajación o dormir hasta las 9, definitivamente este no es el lugar para ti 😃 Pero el clímax se produjo por la mañana del día de nuestra partida. La noche anterior avisamos a la recepcionista que saldríamos por separado, yo a las 6 de la mañana con traslado personal al ferry y mi marido a las 8 de la mañana con traslado aparte al avión. Pagamos todos los gastos que se habían acumulado durante los 5 días de nuestra estancia, para que no hubiera prisas por la mañana. Como resultado, fui a la recepción, me despedí, esperé un taxi, subí y me fui. 5 minutos después me llama mi marido, que se ha despertado, para decirme que me fui y lo olvidé - ¡¡¡un circo!!! El transfer del hotel que debía recoger a mi marido a las 8 llegó a las 9, y casi pierde el avión, que era a las 10:20. También me gustaría decir sobre la comida en el hotel: teníamos hambre. Para el desayuno sólo comimos fideos/arroz y lechuga, fruta y todo lo demás no comestible. La cena se sirve en forma de bufé todas las noches, pero los precios varían a diario. Pensamos que el udin sería más sabroso, pero cenamos en el hotel durante dos días y luego fuimos a restaurantes de la ciudad. Me encantó la comida en El Kuvo. En general la dirección del hotel aún tiene trabajo por hacer, por favor tomen en cuenta mis comentarios para poder mejorar el servicio a sus huéspedes.

Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

The Resort has a wonderful view which you can see the beachfront and swim right there. However it’s a rocky beach so better to bring aqua shoes. It’s very nice that you can see some fishes and corals. They have their own pool and beautiful garden that you can take pictures or just simply take a stroll and enjoy the fresh air. The staffs are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Their restaurant serves foods like Filipino, Italian, American that are quite good and convenient to just eat there. We couldn’t finish the pizza so the staff recommended to help us heat it up the next day. They also offer the tour around the attractions of Puerto Gallery by Tuk Tuk that you can explore the beauty of nature and get to know more about the people’s life here. In general, if you find a beautiful, relax and peaceful place to get away, this resort is a great choice. Will book again if we have a chance to go back here next time ❤️

Our stay was truly amazing, made even more special by the excellent accommodation and outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets. The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.
