The rooms was clean and affordable about 1,500 PHP per room per night. We booked 3 rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. Enjoyed the king size bed. Close to many restaurants and SM Mall of Asia. No luggage rack, no refrigerator, no microwave, no pool at this Luna hotel. When my companion thought she left her 2,500 PHP Starbucks collectors mug the staff refused to check the lobby CCTV to see if we left it in the lobby at 7:28am or if we left it in the cab. We also had an issue in two of the rooms with tobacco smoke coming in through the air conditioning vents. This was a big issue for me since tobacco smoke sometimes triggers my migraines. It was difficult getting to the hotel even by walking since you had to walk down the Burger King drive through. There is essentially no parking and it is difficult for taxi cabs to pick you up.

Clean rooms, beautiful hotel and attentive staff. Only spend a few hours overnight on a transit but hope to stay again here in future to fully experience all amenities and services.

Wish the parking was more secure and actually had reserved parking just for hotel guests. But the room was clean, service was fast and accommodating, will book again if we need a hotel nearby and we don't have a car or we're getting dropped off and picked up. Absolutely loved the automatic mahjong table, it was a great idea in the room.

We’ve stayed at Bellevue countless times, but this visit was truly unforgettable because it coincided with one of the most important milestones—my mom’s birthday. From the moment we reached out, the management showed genuine care. We only requested a small birthday cake, fully aware that such requests are often difficult to grant. To our surprise, Bellevue didn’t just say yes—they went the extra mile. They prepared a beautiful, freshly made cake and even sent a heartfelt birthday greeting. That thoughtful gesture transformed what could have been a simple celebration into something extraordinary. What touched us most was the effort behind it. Even though we were miles away, Bellevue helped us bridge that distance. My mom felt celebrated, loved, and truly special on her day. Excelente ubicación, hermoso ambiente circundante, excelente personal. La recepcionista y el personal más amables y serviciales de todos los tiempos, encantadora y excelente primera impresión del hotel. Todo en el hotel fue excepcional. Estaba limpio, elegante, espacioso y con un servicio excelente donde cenamos. La comida era buena y con una excelente relación calidad-precio y el servicio atento y eficiente. La habitación en sí estaba bien equipada y era cómoda. Estuve muy satisfecho con mi estancia. Espero volver para una visita más larga en el futuro. Gracias planeta rojo!!!

Disappointment (Main Issue) • Ang pinaka-nakakadismaya lang talaga ay amoy yosi ang room. • Kahit naka-aircon, ramdam pa rin yung amoy, lalo na sa simula. • Nakaka-off siya lalo na kung hindi kayo naninigarilyo. • Sana mas ma-improve ang ventilation o mas thorough ang paglilinis para mawala ang amoy ng sigarilyo. ⭐ Overall Experience • Overall, okay naman ang experience at may potential talaga ang place. • Maganda ang room at maayos ang service, pero nabawasan ang comfort dahil sa amoy yosi. • Babalik pa rin siguro pero sana ma-address nila yung issue na yun para mas sulit at mas pleasant ang stay. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) 👉 Minus 1 star dahil sa amoy yosi sa loob ng room.

Our stay was excellent and truly felt like home. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the complete amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, which made our stay even more convenient. It is perfect for families, offering plenty of comfort and space at an affordable price. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of Manila Bay from the balcony, which made our mornings and evenings even more relaxing. Overall, it provided great value for money, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly, and budget-friendly place to stay.

Our Anniversary Stay at B Hotel – As Wonderful As Ever! We just got back from our anniversary stay here, and as usual, the place didn’t disappoint! The moment we walked into the lobby, that lovely signature scent hit us – such a warm welcome. You can really tell they put so much effort into keeping everything spotlessly clean everywhere you look. We checked in pretty late at 7pm, but the staff were all so pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room, we were thrilled to find a beautiful set-up – it made our anniversary feel extra special! The room itself was clean and smelled fresh, just like in all our past visits. The only little hiccup was with the hot water – we had a hard time getting the temperature right, which never happened before, but it was manageable. Breakfast was great as always, and I was so glad to see they’re refilling the food much quicker now. The staff were super attentive too, always making sure our water glasses were full. I also want to mention how much I appreciate that they stick to their rules – I showed up in flipflops for the buffet, and they kindly let me know I’d need to change my footwear. It’s clear they care about maintaining standards, and that’s a good thing! Parking was a bit tricky – honestly, it was mostly our fault for not telling the front desk right away that we needed them to call us when a spot opened up. We ended up parking outside until around 4am, but they did give us a call once there was space, so my husband was able to move the car to the guest parking and avoid paying overnight fees. One nice surprise – we found out this time that we can actually walk to ATC and Molito! We’ve always driven everywhere before and ended up paying for parking, so now we know better for next time. All in all, it was another really good stay – we love coming here and can’t wait to plan our next visit!
