Gracias por la maravillosa estancia en Sapphire Seaview Park. Nuestra experiencia fue agradable y relajante, con varias características destacadas que la hicieron memorable. **Habitación y Servicios** Las habitaciones eran amplias, impecables y equipadas con mobiliario moderno como balcones privados y cocinas pequeñas con vistas a la Bahía de Manila. Servicios como el gimnasio, la piscina y la tienda de conveniencia añadieron comodidad sin necesidad de salir de la propiedad. La limpieza diaria aseguraba que todo se mantuviera confortable y fresco. **Servicio del Personal** El personal fue educado, servicial y siempre sonriente, brindando asistencia como llamar taxis o gestionar el check-in sin problemas. Su trato amable contribuyó en gran medida a la atmósfera positiva. **Ubicación y Seguridad** La ubicación cerca de Okada, Solaire, MOA y NAIA ofrecía fácil acceso a las atracciones en una zona residencial segura y de alto nivel con fuertes medidas de seguridad. Las vistas de la bahía y la ciudad desde los pisos superiores eran impresionantes, especialmente por la noche. **Áreas de Mejora** Algunos muebles se sentían ligeramente frágiles, y el acceso a pie a lugares cercanos como Okada estaba restringido a pesar de las afirmaciones de proximidad. En general, estos fueron detalles menores en comparación con la excelente relación calidad-precio y la comodidad proporcionadas.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete. However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back. I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅 What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers. It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service.

Great stay. Good people. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

The room was nice. There is one thing that im not comfortable it was the 1st door. We can't lock the 1st door though there is another door which is the main door of the room but still i felt uneasy /uncomfortable knowing that there is a possibility that can someone might get a chance to look at you inside just simply viewing in peephole. We also experienced before that one of the staff was already inside in a small space between the 1st door and the second door without our knowledge. The staff told us that it was normal to them to het inside on that small space after you open the first door because they can put any orders /food in tray to the built in shelf there if that so it makes ur customer uncomfortable to be honest if that is your policy. I tried a lot of hotels around manila that has 2 doors but that is the first time we experienced that. In addition.my husband also worked in hotel as a waiter and housekeeping department before but he was also shocked that there is kind of policy implemented in a hotel coz he wasnt aware of it. But again we experienced that not on the date that we booked it happened before but the same hotel so i tried to give my feedback with that. In over all it was so amazing experience with this hotel. The place was very clean, and the staff are very accommodating specially the lady guard from the morning shift. For sure we will going to comeback here. Thank you hotel ava ❤️

Great experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and all the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was also convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would definitely come back!

Second time staying here as first time was great. Had a really good laugh there with staff etc and the access to all other things as a tourists was great 👍🏼

No hay muchos tiendas o restaurantes alrededor del hotel, principalmente chino. Necesito conseguir Grab para llegar. Los limpiadores son muy lindo y útil. Gracias. Tenemos un apartamento de 3 dormitorios y la segunda ducha no tenía agua caliente. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.

The room was clean .but during this time i just noticed that the ac wasnt cool as i expected . I already set it to the fullest temperature but still its not giving the coldness that i want. I think the ac wasnt working properly in my tiredness that night i didnt not complain to the staff coz in my thinking they will transfer me in other room so i need to packed and unpacked my things which i cant coz im too sleepy so i decided not to tell this and i thought that maybe after how many hours staying in the room it will get cold but its not its just like using a fan a lil bit .
