Overall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This is the best rest stop I’ve stayed at so far. There’s free parking and a 24-hour reception, so you can safely leave your car there. It’s also within walking distance to the city centre, which saves a lot on parking fees. When I stayed there, there weren’t many people, so it felt like having the whole place to myself. The bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas were quiet and clean, with no unpleasant smells, and someone came regularly to tidy up. The room was very comfortable as well. Highly recommended!

If you use Google Maps, remember to select the pedestrian path for directions. Otherwise, it may guide you to an abandoned house. The view from the dining room was nice, but we found some short blond hairs on the bed. We weren't too concerned about it, but others might be. The breakfast is quite Western—bread and jam, with milk or yogurt. It's a nice place, suitable for a short nap before takeoff. Nearby Saddle Hill is a great spot for viewing the Southern Lights if the timing is right. You could also ask John for local tips—he might know the best viewing spots. Very good motels in the town. Everything was completed and very comfortable. The owner was quite friendly . We got the ground floor room, and the car was Juz parked infront of the room. Super convenient.

Location: The hotel is in the town of Cromwell and easy to locate since it's on the main road. Parking: There are ample parking and mostly right in front of the room eliminating the need to carry luggage up/down stairs. Rooms: Spacious unit with 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 single). Rooms were clean and had heated pads for extra warmth during winter. Facilities: The kitchenette was well stocked and had all necessary items needed for longer stays. Others: Managed to request for a later checkout time as we arrived in the evening. Also managed to get some helpful tips about road conditions on the way to our next destination,

My mistake in not verifying the lodge location. It was listed as being in Milford Sound when it is not. Management need to adjust the door closers for kitchen n dining room. Was kept awake til 11pm with the banging. When I gave feedback to the staff, was told I had booked the basic standard room.

設施：全倒是挺全的，但是隔音差到隔壁咳嗽一聲你都能感覺到是就在你耳邊咳嗽，而且床軟到你睡一宿第二天腰肯定酸 衞生：乾淨還是挺乾淨的，但是會有很多蟲子一開門就飛進來，這跟酒店沒太大關係主要是當地就是蟲子多，所以勉強4.5吧 環境：入住當天來了箇中國團，成員大部分年齡是50往上的南方大媽大爺，所以請自行腦補當天整個環境吧 服務：看名字真的以為是一間有點藝術氣息的酒店，所以才下的訂單，但是其實是motel，入住時候胖台妹的***和愛答不理的表情也很讓人反感，入住後房間裏各種中文肉眼可見的不允許幹啥，幹了就扣多少多少錢的標誌也感覺很難受，我相信一定是有很多中國人做了各種事情才導致這樣，但是畢竟入住的是客人，沒欠你們什麼，你們汽車旅館可以提醒，但沒必要事事主動警告

The place is very clean… service is great.. close to city centre.. walkable distance.. it’s my second stay.. highly recommended to stay.. I will come back again

Como llegaríamos a la mañana temprana, nos damos una nota de nuestra esperanza de experimentar su viñedo y comida (o al menos comida de dedo) cuando reservamos el hotel, y recibimos un correo electrónico que no pueden garantizar, pero harán lo mejor posible para satisfacer nuestras necesidades. No se envió ningún correo electrónico a nosotros. La señora Bistro tuvo que esperar un tiempo para hacer una llamada a quien le preocupaba, lo que era bueno, peor aún, nos dijeron que su Bistro estaba reservado para un evento de grupo, por lo que no podíamos usar la instalación en absoluto. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Cuando me di cuenta de que dejé una nota sobre los temas, y esperaba que me enviaran un correo electrónico para expresar su sincera disculpa. El hotel está en una zona de 2 estrellas, y el hotel está en una zona de 3 estrellas.
