ที่พักที่ดีมากๆ ห้องก็ดี พนักงานน่ารักมาก!!! เฟรนลี่ ใจดี คุยอังกฤษได้คล่อง หากกลับมาเมืองนี้อีกจะมาซ้ำที่นี่แน่นอน ห้องดีมาก ฮีเตอร์ร้อน น้ำอุ่น มีอ่างให้แช่ ข้าวเช้าอร่อยดี ช่วงที่เราไปเป็นฤดูหนาว ที่พักจะมีบริการรับส่งให้บริเวณสถานี แต่ช่วงที่เราไปคนน้อย เขาเลยพาไปส่งบริเวณที่ท่องเที่ยวด้วย และตอนเย็นมารับกลับที่พัก รวมถึงส่งเพื่อให้เราไปขึ้นรถบัสไปต่อเมืองอื่นด้วย

Since it was cheaper than other ryokans in the area, I didn’t expect much. But to my surprise, it offered full service—just like the more expensive ryokans I’ve stayed at before! They even provided a pickup service from the train station, which I forgot to book. Luckily, a Western couple sitting next to me on the train had reserved it. When I saw the “Hotel Housei” sign on the van outside the station, I hopped in! The hotel is a bit far from the station and involves walking up and down hills, so carrying luggage all the way would have been quite tough. I was really fortunate to catch that ride! Cherry blossoms were in full bloom along the river, just a few steps from the hotel—such a beautiful sight. The room wasn’t large, but it had enough space and was very comfortable. The elderly gentleman at the front desk seemed to speak multiple languages—he even knew some Thai! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The onsen was wonderful. The indoor bath was a bit too hot for me, but the outdoor bath was cooler and more relaxing. Breakfast was a buffet, which was decent. In conclusion, this place was absolutely worth it. Next time, if I go skiing in Shiga Kogen or bring someone to see the snow monkeys, I’ll definitely remember to book the pick-up and drop-off service in advance!

La habitación era muy confortable. Añadimos que la conveniencia de esquiar a la derecha del ascensor es celestial.El bar/salón era frío y acogedor. Sin embargo, parecía que había una escasez de personal, principalmente de personal nuevo, o ambos. La reserva de cenas obligatorias era muy restrictiva, aunque cuando llegaba a la hora reservada, el restaurante estaba medio vacío y la más frustrante fue que no había opciones para obtener cualquier tipo de comida después de las 8:30. Así que si tienes hambre después de ese tiempo o quieres un snack, mejor pre comprar una de las 3 opciones de nudos instantáneos de la tienda de lobby (antes de que se cierre también).

I don't understand the bad reviews for the hotel. It's exactly as on the pictures and even as vegetarian we had no issues at the breakfast buffet! It's directly connected to the slopes and also has a ski rental shop (attention: they don't have goggles and gloves for rent). On the slopes you have a ski school too! So really perfect for a few days of skiing.

La habitación es muy grande y limpia.  Varias reservas y mesa deben estar completas. Todo el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta . El desayuno es delicioso. La única necesidad de tener en cuenta es  el hotel está situado en la montaña, lejos de la ciudad, recomendando conducir y hospedarse .

Located just within 3min from Yudanaka station, Raki Onsenryokan is run by a Chinese family. As a quiet town on its own, no one was tending to the reception when I arrived, after ringing the bell, a lady came down to help with the check in - very straightforward. I believe the family stays in the same building as they said if we ever needed anything, we could just ring the bell at the reception. Obviously I had booked a room too big for a solo traveller as this was the only room left as ”non-smoking”. Toilet and sink are at two different parts of the room which was a little inconvenient. Ryokan offers free drive (15min) TO snow monkey park, but not return, so please cater at least 35min to walk from park exit to the bus stop. Ryokan also provided a hearty breakfast, overall for the price paid it was a decent stay!

Es una foto de este teléfono móvil en esta tienda y en la puerta de la tienda. El viejo casal y su esposa operan un pequeño hotel, no lejos del terminal del tractor de Thompoo. En la ciudad cálida, hay una sala cálida de 24 horas y es bueno. El jefe es muy suave para llevarnos a la montaña de la barbacoa para ver el bosque. El baño de calor nos facilita mucho. El compartir lavandería es el lugar más inusual que yo, pero en general está satisfecho.

A wonderful stay here. Refreshed and modern. We had the family room with two futons which was pretty spacious. The only downside was that the basin was located inside the bathroom, making it inconvenient for others to use it. The location was brilliant as it was only walking distance to Echoland with plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good range though if some of the dishes could be different each day that would be even better. One thing to note that is that the car park is unsheltered. We stayed for the ski season in January and on one night there was heavy snow, so the next morning we had to spend some time shovelling the snow around our car before we could drive it out. I suspect this is pretty typical in Hakuba though. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this for a family ski trip.
