I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. The hotel is located in a remote area away from the center of Florence, specifically in the suburb of Prato. By car, it’s a 30–40 minute drive via a toll road. Alternatively, you can take a bus first and then a train to Florence. The rooms are cozy and clean, though I did encounter an insect—though it didn’t bother me much. Unfortunately, there was no free kettle or water, only a paid minibar in the fridge. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming.

Este es un hotel en el que a veces me alojo durante un tiempo prolongado cuando vengo por negocios. El desayuno era mejor que en otros lugares.

¡Fantástica estancia en el Hotel Athena de Siena! Es uno de los pocos hoteles que ofrece aparcamiento gratuito dentro de las murallas de la ciudad y fuera de la zona ZTL. A unos 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Definitivamente, nos libró del dolor de cabeza de tener que buscar aparcamiento. También es una base estupenda para explorar la hermosa campiña toscana. Su desayuno bufé incluido ofrece una amplia variedad de platos, aunque nos hubiera gustado que lo cambiaran a diario. Pero ese es un pequeño problema. También tienen una terraza en el séptimo piso con vistas a la campiña toscana. ¡Vistas maravillosas! ¡Mira la foto adjunta! En general, definitivamente recomendamos este hotel y estaremos encantados de volver a alojarnos aquí si volvemos a visitarlo.

En general, el hotel no está mal, buen desayuno, personal educado, cerca de la estación de tren y del aeropuerto. Pero la habitación estaba destruida, los cajones del pasillo se caían y los accesorios se caían de ellos. Dentro de la cómoda central había polvo que hacía mucho tiempo que no se limpiaba. También había una capa de polvo en las superficies de la habitación. La habitación a la llegada estaba muy cargada. Y en el séptimo piso había muy poca presión de agua, era muy difícil lavarse. A baja presión hay agua hirviendo, agregue un poco de agua absolutamente fría a baja presión. Y no hay caja fuerte en la habitación, sólo en la recepción. Lo cual es extremadamente inconveniente. Antes de partir, el conserje llamó a un taxi OSLO 1, que no llegó((.

La habitación está muy limpia. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde el personal no trabaja, por lo que el check-in es autoservicio. Como se necesitaba una tasa de ciudad para el ingreso, me enviaron un enlace por correo electrónico y me pidió que entre en mi información personal. Pagué por PayPal utilizando mi información de tarjeta de crédito. Después del viaje, descubrí que mi tarjeta de crédito había sido utilizada fraudulentamente. Esta fue la única vez que utilicé este tarjeta de crédito para pagar por introducir mis datos durante todo el viaje. The location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well. The room Camera Superior Montevettolini big an you have a table and kitchnet what it makes it to a superior. But the bathtowels are for this kind of B&B just funny. The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine. Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast! The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.
