I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. The hotel is located in a remote area away from the center of Florence, specifically in the suburb of Prato. By car, it’s a 30–40 minute drive via a toll road. Alternatively, you can take a bus first and then a train to Florence. The rooms are cozy and clean, though I did encounter an insect—though it didn’t bother me much. Unfortunately, there was no free kettle or water, only a paid minibar in the fridge. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming.

El hotel es antiguo, pero está bien cuidado, limpio y el personal ofrece un servicio excelente. Sin duda me alojaría allí de nuevo si visitara Siena. Es lo más cerca que puedes alojarte sin entrar en la ZTL y se puede ir andando al Duomo.

La habitación está muy limpia. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde el personal no trabaja, por lo que el check-in es autoservicio. Como se necesitaba una tasa de ciudad para el ingreso, me enviaron un enlace por correo electrónico y me pidió que entre en mi información personal. Pagué por PayPal utilizando mi información de tarjeta de crédito. Después del viaje, descubrí que mi tarjeta de crédito había sido utilizada fraudulentamente. Esta fue la única vez que utilicé este tarjeta de crédito para pagar por introducir mis datos durante todo el viaje. Aunque no está claro cómo se ha derramado mi información, o también puede derramarse a través de algunas redes WiFi gratuitas. Insto a todos a que sepan cuidado al hacer los pagos. Utilizar métodos de pago más seguros.

The location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well. The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine. Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast! The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte con colazione inclusa. Camera molto spaziosa, veramente bella e silenziosa nonostante la strada poco distante. Struttura mastodontica e con tantissimo potenziale forse non espresso al massimo. Piscine termali molto valide, peccato per la vasca all’aperto che aveva l’acqua leggermente tiepida e quindi inutilizzabile. Abbiamo usufruito del massaggio rilassante, molto valido! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, buono ed esaustivo. Colazione molto piacevole. I ragazzi tutti in gamba e giovani. Unica pecca il check-in alle 15, quindi se arrivate in mattinata ci sarà da pagare un supplemento, per usufruire della SPA. Magari sarebbe stato giusto essere trasparenti e dichiararlo sul sito. Nel complesso un’ottima scoperta.
