Esta es mi primera vez en el Hotel Rosedale en Mirador Mansion, ubicado en Nathan Road 62, Tsim Sha Tsui. Mirador Mansion está a 2 minutos a pie de la salida D de la estación de MTR de Tsim Sha Tsui. Hay muchos hoteles y hostales en este edificio. Ya me había alojado en el Milk Tea Hostel, pero de hecho, muchos están conectados entre sí. Esta vez me alojaron en la habitación 45, habitación B2, décimo piso. La distribución es similar a la de un hotel normal. El espacio es amplio, las instalaciones básicas son completas y el precio es razonable. Si solo busca un alojamiento sencillo, esta también es una buena opción.

During my stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the luxurious amenities and impeccable service. The room was pristine, featuring a breathtaking view. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. Delicious cuisine and a relaxing spa added to the memorable visit. I look forward to returning.

Quisiera alabar a Vincent y a Mike, el mayordomo. Vincent, el recepcionista, fue amable y educado, y el proceso de check-in fue eficiente y sin problemas, con todos los trámites organizados a la perfección. El mayordomo Mike fue atento y considerado, respondiendo y gestionando rápidamente todas nuestras peticiones. También nos dio una explicación detallada de las zonas comunes del hotel, el restaurante Hillside y las instalaciones como la piscina. La habitación ofrecía unas vistas espectaculares del mar de Victoria. El desayuno en Hillside era variado y delicioso, y los artículos de tocador Nonfiction de la habitación eran de excelente calidad. Ambos empleados fueron muy serviciales y profesionales. Nuestra familia se sintió muy cómoda y la experiencia en general superó nuestras expectativas.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and got me checked-in smoothly. You get an entire floor to yourself, and will have an amazing view of the Happy Valley area both in the day and at night. Amenities within the room are great as well and properly maintained.

During our stay, the fire alarm accidentally rang twice at 7am & 7:30am with no reason, and the night-to-morning shift security guards (a senior man & a senior lady) were quite rude. And strongly recommend to bring your own hair dryer for your stay cuz the little pink hair dryer did nothing…… While we still had a good time with our doggies here, good location and excellent view.

El jefe fue súper amable. Me prestó un secador de pelo, guardó mi equipaje e incluso me ayudó a hervir agua caliente. También ayudó especialmente a reservar la litera superior. Me encanta mucho. Estoy muy feliz en HK. Me desperté sintiéndome renovado por la mañana y fui al segundo piso a desayunar y luego me fui——

Check-in程序住宿安排等，客服都跟進得非常好，（尤其工程部人員非常有禮貌）自助check out。 房間內部乾淨硬件充足，有洗衣機方便長駐旅客，高身雪櫃方便冷藏飲品，花灑水壓非常好，免費罐裝水，有蚊怕水試用裝係意外之喜。夜晚汲水門大橋嘅景色非常靚，周圍環境都好有度假風。 唔建議煮食，抽氣扇抽唔到油煙出屋外。到達度假屋有一段斜路要行，馬灣有嚴謹嘅交通管制，大部份的士都唔願意入嚟，出入度假村範圍比較多路要行，絕對不建議老人家長住。窗簾並非全遮光，睡房門又有玻璃窗，陽光太好嘅早上會直射睡房；床上面橫樑壓頂睡得不安穩。畢竟係村屋改裝而成不能要求太多。
