La recogida en el aeropuerto fue rápida y el conductor muy amable. Había muchos sitios para comer cerca, incluso a medianoche. A solo una manzana había un mercado nocturno con muchísimas opciones gastronómicas. La habitación era espaciosa y las comodidades eran relativamente nuevas. La ropa de cama y las toallas también eran bastante nuevas. Sin embargo, las toallas de baño no olían a recién lavadas; tenían un ligero olor a humedad. El cabezal de la ducha estaba obstruido con cal y tuve que escarbar un rato para desatascarlo. Salí temprano por la mañana y me dejaron en el aeropuerto a la hora en punto, así que me perdí el desayuno. Sin embargo, el conductor me trajo dos huevos del restaurante y la recepcionista incluso me dio pan y leche. Me sentí muy agradecido. En general, la relación calidad-precio fue excelente.

We recently stayed for 2 nights and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk were warm, efficient, and provided a seamless check-in experience. The room was so good and cozy.

The hotel interior design is super nice and the room is cozy! The location of the hotel is good as is away from noisy crowds but yet not to far from the 百年东街 & 摩尔城 shopping mall。

Location: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices. Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go. Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix) Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly. Facilities: Washing machine located in room. Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives. Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par. Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby.

Rooms are very good, amenities very good, staff very very good, especially Hugo Liang. Only problem is LIZARD in my bathroom.

It was one of the best stay I ever had in China. Specially I was with my dog (golden retriever). I booked single room but when I arrived to hotel, they upgraded my room to deluxe suit without any charges. Suit was so big and facilitated with dog bed and bowls. Hotel environment are so big and view to lake was marvellous. There is 3km jogging path around lion lake with map. All the area is so clean and all staffs are so friendly: I booked for one night but the next day , I had texted the staff about how to extend the another night and she managed everything for me via text message and everything went so smoothly. The swimming pool was so clean👍🏼 I will back to this hotel for sure and for my golden retriever. Most recommend 👍🏼

My main complaint is the squatting toilet and that the toilet/shower area and the wash stand area are of different levels and there is no demarcation strip to show the difference. I almost tripped several times and luckily my foot did not go into the toilet hole. I had to put a pair of bathroom slippers at the edge of the toilet/shower area to alert myself about it. I have to praise the room cleaner who came to clean while I was in the room. I complained about how dangerous it was and that I had to put bathroom slippers to remind me of the difference in floor heights. The next day, when I came back to the room, there was a warning sticker on the floor. There was no chair in the room which was quite inconvenient, especially when I bought dinner to eat in the room. Other than those two issues, the location is good if you like to visit public parks. There is one really near the hotel.

La fruta de bienvenida no estaba al llegar. Me acordé de ella más tarde esa noche y llamé a recepción, pero tocaron a la puerta y no había nadie, así que no la dejaron. Había un montón de pelos flotando en el inodoro, sin tocar. La piscina y el gimnasio estaban bien. Hay un centro comercial abajo. Acababa de abrir y estaba lleno, pero las instalaciones aún no están listas. No se puede tomar el ascensor del hotel al centro comercial; hay que subir a pie al primer piso y luego entrar por la entrada principal.
