The location was great, the rooms was clean, friendly staff. About 9:30pm the heater in the room started making a popping sound every few minutes. Maintenance came, but couldn't get it to stop. I was taken to another room, but maintenance couldn't get the heater to blow hot air - it was blowing cold air. I was taken to another room - maintenance put the heater on, but it kept shutting off. Head maintenance said to put the heat higher - he did and assured me it would be fine 3rd room. During the night the heater shut off and never came back on again. I woke up at 4am because I was cold. I was afraid to touch the heater for fear it would start blowing cold air, so just pulled the blanket/sheets up higher and went back to sleep. When I told front desk of the issues in the morning on check out, they said they could take off the parking fee, but nothing more because I booked through a 3rd party. I was stressed when I decided to take a night away. The stress of being ushed around to 3 separate rooms and then the heat going off when it's still cold outside created even more stress. Staff was friendly, maintenance was helpful and friendly, but let's face it, I went there to be relaxed and de-stress. Didn't happen.

2 days no cleaning. They were supposed to come in the morning even when I was not there. But when I came back around 2pm things were the same, no cleaning.

PROS: Nueva, limpia, seclada, decente lo suficiente gimnasio, tranquila, cansada, no hay más limpia química que las toallas y hojas que permanecerán en la piel 100%... Siempre trago mi propia debido a esto. CONS: Las puertas de la habitación pesada se mueven locomente duras, rápidas y se apretarían los dedos, derribaran las cavidades y agitar las paredes. Me desperté cada puerta muerta, duro a no. ¡Escucha a la cabeza a la hora de gastar dinero en construir un hotel y no considere tener puertas tranquilas de calidad seguras! SOLUSIÓN! ¡Tuve que usar un poco de ”ruido blanco” para ahogar las mulas de puertas locas. Casino es un final inviable de la línea en la vibe purgatoria, pero no estoy en esa actividad y no estaba allí por eso. Si desea un hotel limpio, nuevo y en su mayoría tranquilo, esta es una buena opción si encuentra un buen trato. Servicio No he pedido comida pero el té y el café complementarios están bien si se almacenan, NO leche alternativas y la lista de comida aburrida para pagar por.

¡Tuve una estancia fantástica en este hotel! Su proximidad al aeropuerto hizo que mi viaje fuera perfecto. Las habitaciones estaban impecablemente limpias, la comodidad era inigualable y el servicio al cliente era de primera categoría. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente para una experiencia agradable y sin complicaciones.

My mother in law stayed here for a night and said everything was fine. No complaints. Easy to find, clean.

En general no hay problema. Es bueno para viajeros de negocios. Recomendaré a mis socios comerciales que se alojen en este hotel.

Overall was a really good trip and we loved the swimming pool and the hot tub. The only down side is I think that the all day pass was a bit pricey

Good hotel and fairly priced for this small City of North Bay, ON.  Price is competitive.  I would like to make mention of an outstanding employee named Ami, who, went out of her way to really ensure that all were very happy with a beautiful breakfast.  Best breakfast Staff considering she was alone while it was quite busy.  Very Professional staff. It was my second visit and I was not disappointed.

Lo usé en tránsito. El autobús del aeropuerto sale cada 30 minutos, así que te recogerá si estás esperando en la parada del hotel. No hay nada cerca del hotel, pero puedes cenar allí. También hay restaurantes cerca. Sin embargo, hace mucho frío ahora mismo y no puedes ir a ningún sitio. También usé la piscina, pero estaba fría. Los vasos de ramen que compré para cenar costaron $7 cada uno. Eran caros y no sabían bien, así que no los recomiendo.
