Lobby smelling because you open the Thai and Chinese restaurant that make more smell at the lobby The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one . In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. Location is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself.

To be honest, the pics I saw on Trip.com led me to believe I was booking at your basic roadside hotel. And, sure I really had no problem with that since I was coming out for the WSU orientation with my son, and just needed a place to rest up and have a place for our luggage. For some reason Trip.com had it listed at a lower rating, and I figured I was getting the great rate because of it. No problem there, either. I actually booked about 2-3 months out as well, which helped with the rate. But....... after a crazy 8+ hr drive there in 88 degree weather, Cougar Town was an Oasis at the end of a Mirage! Right in the heart of Coug-ville! Couldn't have been in a better location. Everything in walking distance, the town was amazing. The Inn Keepers were nice and helpful. I felt like I was at my ”Little Home Away From Home!” The posted pics did no justice for what we found as we open the door. Hands down the BEST small hotel I have ever been. Definitely a Woman's eye for comfy-ness, with a color scheme that says Home to this Man's eye. Nice linens, something you would see in a catalog. Widescreen TV, roomy fridge and microwave. Spacious Vanity, sink space. Clean bathroom as well. IF you are planning to stay awhile, there is plenty of room to unpack your clothes and store them in the large dresser in the room. I really liked the electronic key entry. The ONLY con that I can report, is the shower head was not the best, and was skint with the water pressure. But, I get it though, I am sure the water bill can get crazy owning a hotel, so I can give a pass on that point. I am planning to come back mid-August for student drop-off and I will definitely be staying at COUGAR TOWN! Going to book my room now! Thank you for memorable stay! GH

Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

Me quedé 5 días y en general fue una experiencia maravillosa. Lamentablemente, tuvieron un problema con la calefacción en ese momento (me dieron una calefacción portátil pero no fue suficiente) y un día no limpiaron mi habitación. Pero me encantaría recomendar este hotel debido al servicio de los empleados. Fueron súper amables y atentos. Y la ubicación también es perfecta.
