Baymont Hotel provided an exceptional stay during my recent visit. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was immaculate, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, from the complimentary breakfast to the well-equipped fitness center. The convenient location made exploring the area hassle-free. I highly recommend Baymont Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

There is a big gap between price and the quality or service. Internet access in the room requires an extra fee, and coffee availability is limited. Parts of the facility are quite old, and the fitness room is in poor condition. As a small consolation, breakfast could be included in the price to win guests’ hearts through their stomachs.

We didn't have any towels in the room

No se obtuvieron toallas frescas cuando se solicitaba y tuvo que hacer la segunda solicitud de toallas .... también tuvo que pedir que los canos de basura se vacían dos veces y sólo se vacían uno (1) puede y otros dos (2) las canos de dormitorio y baño quedaron sin tocar. Intenté pedir servicio de habitaciones de la Gateway Grill pero tuvo que dejar un mensaje y no recibió una llamada de vuelta hasta casi una hora después y por entonces había pedido de Uber Eats!!!

Renovations were pleasant. Updated rooms with working air conditioning. Coffee, microwave, and refrigerator in the room. Darkening draperies are a plus. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and sausages. Without labeling, not sure if the sausage was pork or turkey, though. Also cereals, yogurts, packaged baked assortments, and several juices. Other amenities included a Coca-Cola machine with a selection of grab-and-go items for purchase.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

El hotel más antiguo que puede no tener todas las campanas y timbres que un lugar más nuevo podría, pero no puedes ganar el precio y es tan limpio como la publicidad.

Me alojé para una simple escapada de fin de semana y realmente lo disfruté.

There was no hot water in the bathroom and shower. I also did not see any room service to clean the rooms

Perfecto todo! La ubicación está cerca de todo a pie. La habitación era grande y espaciosa. Reservé para tres personas y tenía aún más conjuntos de toallas. Era limpia y las camas estaban muy cómodas. El desayuno está incluido con muchas opciones frescas.
